Yes, the Chest hair figure is missing from his product page. Also included is a very nice set of eyebrows which is not mentioned either. The chest chair comes with three materials to control density: low, med and high in addition to materials for it and the eyebrows.

I made a snip of the Hair Mats from Dain 8, Iray for you and the hair on face and chest. The brows are under anatomy.

It looks a bit like Commander Hair to me, I used said hair for my 'Mattified' pic. I could be wrong though...
Yeah, that's kind of my attitude: I got three cool G8M base characters with mediocre pro bundles (Dain, Diego and Nix) and a bunch of useful odds and ends, for around $80 store credit, and I bought the store credit at 30% off, so actual money spent was much less.

Am I the only one who thinks the pin-straight body hair on Dain and Kalen looks really unnatural?
My eyesight is not as good as it should be on my monitors. Might be why I prefer to cover up body hair.
Someone in the thread waaay back asked for a render of the Future Soldier Suit on a female. I have put it on Ruben and on Lanya to compare. The breast/chest and hip areas are the biggest differences. I allowed for autofollow, not using any of my conversion packages.

Can't you just pose his shoulders up more? Like he's starting to shrug? I've gotten this look from other character when I've posed their shoulders too far down.

Just wanted to put an update out there in case anybody did the same thing I did...ticket for missed free Pro bundle has been processed and I was able to get my 2nd free G8 bundle...so I ended up with Jenni 8 and Leisa 8 as my freebies for purchasing Dain plus an add-on (I went with the HD add-on).

I really want to love this suit but the fact that there's no individual SURFACES for the tie / shirt / jacket, let alone it not being separate pieces is soo disappointing.

ok, someone which had bought both dain 8 pro bundle and it's "medieval pack", i would love if you could share the "poly count of the outfits from the pro bundle and medieval bundle and also if possible from this "extra"

OK here is Dain at 50% with a bunch of morph changes and skin setting changes. To make traps smaller I used a PA morph for traps and turned limits off and went negative. I think he adds to the gene pool a bit, but I have so many over-buff guys that I need to tone down. He looks Scandinavian to me, like his name should be Sven lol. (Actually I once dated a guy who looks a lot like this but he was Canadian.)

So-o, what exactly is wrong with the material zones on the Mercenary and Bouncer outfits? Someone called them chaotic, many others have expressed extreme disappointment. Can't the Geometry editor be used to separate the surfaces/regions/face groups (not that we should have to do it)? Salvageable or not?
I, too, try to support quality products, regardless of who it is for, but the male characters do constantly seem to get less attention. Although the deals for Dain are quite good, I get the impression of being paid off to look the other way to accept sub-standard fare, as if DAZ knew this bundle included inferior products and had to sweeten the deal to make it more palatable. Someone said to consider it as paying for one of the other Genesis 8 Pro bundles and Dain's is the free one, but that's not Accounting will see it. Marketing will put their own spin on it, I'm sure.
Still on the fence about this one. Do I get it and experience the disappointment first-hand, but get the satisfaction of returning it all to make a point, or skip it altogether and get it, and all the rest I have carefully selected, as bonus items on some future Pro Bundle release? That also means I won't be getting the Fantasy Bundle any time soon, either, missing out on the extra discount I would get.
Thanks a lot for the pictures. The differences are quite obvious, with the head shape and a totally different look around the eyes area. So no Fighter for me, until I get a chance to get Dain cheap ^^
@NorthOf45, I can't speak to mercenary outfit yet.
RE: Bouncer Outfit. Overall, it is a nice suit and tie. I will get some use from it even if I make no further changes. However, the top is a single piece (jacket, shirt, and tie). The mesh is a single material zone, meaning in its default state I can't change the tie color by itself. More importantly to those of us who use DForce, I can't isolate pieces of the top by material zone for use with DForce. In default state, DForce causes the mesh to explode. As you note, with some effort, folks can create material zones on their own. But unless I am mistaken, each one of use will have to do that individually because sharing an edited mesh would be against the rules.
Anyone know what hair this is ??
