    OK, dear commenters, I have been working on this next episode for several days. This may be the busiest and most bizarre render yet. Many of your comments formulated this scene. I skipped the XI restaurant, though, because it looked too complex for my GPU. I built my own restaurant from other product pieces I already have.

    Let's Get Some Food

    Other-Richard: I'm hungry. Let's get some food. I see people going over to the tower and talking about a restaurant up there. Do you have any money?
    Richard Haseltine: No, Lola's credit card is off limits for now, and Jack is carrying all of our CSC discretionary funds. I don't have pockets. 
    Other-Richard: They always have too much food in these places. We'll just sneak in and grab some unused food and make a quick escape before we are caught. Sound like a plan?
    Richard Haseltine: I'm in. I bet they have those magic boxes, like in Ron's apartment. You jump in when it opens, and when it opens again, you are in a different place.

    ...In the restaurant...

    Other-Richard: I got a loin chop! What did you get, Richard?
    Richard Haseltine: I got a lion cloth. It doesn't taste good. 
    Other-Richard: No problem. I'll share. Let's get out of here.

    Hmm, not cat-people obviosuly - theer should be at least some people making silly noises at us and offering scratches. I am not impressed with the French (although I suppose those may not be French people, as such - humans are prone to wandering).

    Unfortunately most of those people are LowPi (some with G9 skin wearables). LowPi has no facial bones so no expressions. They appear neither fond of you nor upset with your antics. Their eyes and lips are just textures on a stationary face. They don't even have fingers to stroke or scratch you. They have mitten hands. They only get fingers with their G9 wearable. They are probably all tourists, so don't give up on French society yet. Other-Richard was nice to share his loin chop with you. The day wasn't too bad in the end.

    I hadn't, actually, I was concentrating on deciphering the lion print on the not very tasty loin cloth. You got so much in to the image. Fantastic.

    Close examinaion of the photo tells us it's the French Brunette lady's loin cloth you came away with.  After all, she's the only one with bare legs visible and her hands in the air.  PersonallyI thought it was pretty damn slick and the look on your face suggests indulgence, so stop complaining ...

    Everything is possible. There could be many interpretations.

    Maybe not, since their mouths don't open. Good point. However I don't have a robust computer like your new one, so I have to make many compromises to render your wild adventures.

    Richard's face is pretty much as per the poses in the pose set I did (Promo image here: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/uploads/FileUpload/22/030f4085164d1b142a1a297d86ba24.jpg). Cleaning paws & claws is a serious business for a fleabag.

    Pigeons!

    Richard Haseline: The sun is going down. We'd better head back to find Jack and Ron at the cafe.
    Other-Richard: Look at that gigantic church over there! 
    Richard Haseltine: Wow it hurts my neck to look up so high.
    Other-Richard: Look down instead. There must be a million pigeons in this courtyard.
    Richard Haseltine: I bet I can scare more pigeons than you can.
    Other-Richard: Bet you can't! I'm bigger!
    Richard Haseltine: Let's go!
    Richard Haseltine: I think we found our first Catalympics event. We'll call it the Pesky Paris Pigeon Pursuit. We'll tell Phil Harmonica to hold it right here at the giant church. There is plenty of room for cats, judges and audience. Our work in Paris is done! 

    Yes, Richard Haseltine and Other-Richard are both in this render. Can you find them? They each got a few pixels.

    Only several hundred. I mostly limited the scatter to visible areas of the render. The Richards have had an eventful day in Paris.

    I think the two close-up renders are quite artistic, and it's a damn shame that Iray doesn't render motion blur.  I think they would have looked even better with some motion blur on the wings, especially in grainy monochrome, which would even have added a bit of 'Street Photography' vibe to them.

    Anyway, nice images, Barbult!

    Where Have You Been?

    Jack: Where have you guys been? The cafe closed and they took all the tables and chairs inside a long time ago.
    Ron: We've been sitting out here on the sidewalk in the dark, like a couple vagrants, waiting for you cats for hours!
    Other-Richard (aside to Richard Haseltine): Are these guys for real? 
    Richard Haseltine: We had a great time! You should have come along instead of sitting here getting drunk on wine. We had dinner in the Eiffel Tower and chased pigeons by a giant church. We settled on our first Catalympics competition. We call it the Pesky Paris Pigeon Pursuit. We need you to text Phil Harmonica and tell him we are done in Paris and ready to move on, Jack.
    Jack: Done? Ron and I didn't get to see anything.
