Varies per person. The last 2 days I've not had a single $2.99 item work when logged in, irrespective of anything else in the cart. Literally 1 $2.99 item in the cart and it's always $9.95.
If there's anyone else who's having trouble getting to some of today's new items...

I don't know; but we just had a Pro Bundle last week. On the other hand, while they are usually two weeks apart, there have been one or two times when we got a Pro Bundle every week.

Oh for heaven's sake! Yesterday the "5 ‘Holiday Countdown’ Items $2.99" sale wasn't working for me, and today it's STILL NOT WORKING!! I mean WTF DAZ??

Well, quelle surprise, 2.99 not working tonight either, colour me amazed.
$2,99 offers isn't working for me, either. Second day in a row. Haven't even bought five of these over the entire event, let alone today.
Oh well, unlike yesterday there isn't even anything I actually want, today.
I have the feeling that DAZ is combining two things that actually do not work together.
Since a while, DAZ switched from ordinary sales, to combined conditional offers - the sale price is only triggered when combined with other factors.
Then they use a software that cannot cope with that sort of stuff at all and causes gltitches all of the time.
I've been buying stuff here since 2004.
It's never been such a mess as right now....
Again, this is difficult to troubleshoot because it works for some, including the mods and Daz. It's frustrating for those that it doesn't work for. It's frustrating to Daz. But imagine you have a car that isn't working right and you take it in and they can find nothing wrong. This is the impasse we are at. How do you fix what doesn't look broken to you but to others it does. There are customers for which it is working. This doesn't mean they aren't trying to look into it.
Edit: I just bought things again and the 2.99 worked and with the new item gave me the additional discount. If I could only reproduce it, but I have been unable to.
@crispalomino I have a question. Are they looking into if it is geographically related? I know some of the folks who posted it is working (Myself included) are Florida. The gentleman who stated he is in Germany, I am getting the feeling it has yet to work. Could this be a regional issue?
I'm Germany based as well. The $2.99 sales have worked for me less than half of the time.

It's not working for me and I'm California based. It seems to work every other day for me.
In Sydney. Australia the $2.99 is working for me when I put a couple of items in the cart, though I didn't check out (I already have all the old stuff I'll ever need).
Well of course now it's NOT working for me LOL. But the store just changed over an hour ago. Here ya go.

Number of 2.99 items in cart: tested with 4, tested with 5. One new item in cart. Edit: Tested without a new item and it made no difference. Not working. Still not working at 3:30am Central TIme Florida.
Status: Does not discount to 2.99 Stays at 9.95.
I got the $2.99 items to work but only as long as a new release isn't in the cart too. The minute I add a new release to the cart the $2.99 goes back to their full price. I'm in California if that helps.
So I just tried another test cart and mine now goes to reg price after adding a new item.
I have yet to get the 2.99 part to work on the sales over the last week. As soon as I add any new items, the items jump to 9.95 (I've tried multiple browsers). For instance, I put in 3 items from the 2.99 section for today (12/24):
With only those three items in my cart, they all listed at 2.99 each and the cart totaled $8.97. I added the Auto Face Enhancer Genesis 8 Male(s) Bundle to the cart, and the three 2.99 items listed before jumped to 9.95 each. I do have the 30% loyalty discount so not sure if maybe that might be causing something weird, since for some it works but others not.
It worked for me on December 18th, 21st, 22nd. Bought a single $2.99 item on each of these days.
Right now, putting a single item in my cart makes the price $9.95. Adding extra $2.99 items does not change a thing.
When I use a second webbrowser without checking in, the items cost $2.99.
Signing in, makes the price jump to $9.95
Combining it with a new offer makes the price drop to $2.39
Seems the store software is doing totally different things on different computers.
Does this work on your other computer though?
Only have one computer, but I tested using two webbrowsers simultaneously. Signed in with Firefox, did not sign in with Windows Explorer.
Not being signed in gives me the $2.99 sale price. Can't buy it at that price without checking in first, though...
Doesn't it sound as if the 'use once' element is broken, carrying over sometimes from day to day?
