If the $2.99 sale just can't be fixed as it is now, it would be nice, perhaps, if they could restructure it somehow moving forward so that it works, instead of continuing this format that doesn't work in some way for a lot of people. And bring back everything at the end (at same price including loyalty discounts) for those of us who had to miss out. Just a thought.

70% Flash Sale still not working.
I went offline around 5am this morning (have to sleep sometime!) and come back to 128 posts. Wow. I think this is the most messed up sale I've seen in 6 years. When people are reporting the same feature working/not working (and multiple people state it isn't, and multiple state it is) then that's a mess.
For new people- you don't have to miss out on the sale. (And for others, perhaps a suggestion or two below)
1. Put what you want in the cart and screenshot it.
2. Also screenshot the promotion- with all this going on, remember the sales staff have to know if the Flash sale you're referencing was ACTIVE, so your screen shot should include the bottom right corner with the date and TIME. The easier you make it for them, the faster you get results once they get to your ticket.
3. Remember to mention your Loyalty Discount
4. Show them your math. I always do it multiplying what I should be SPENDING. Aka if it's 20% off, mulitply the price by .80 (80%) by 30% loyalty would be x .70 (70%) then when you get to the end, you have the price it should be. (If you multiply what's taken off (like .20 and .30 in the example above) then you have an extra step. You have to subtract that from the price. The other reason to multiply by what you're spending- you see the price dropping AS IT GOES ALONG and you may spot the amount that you're currently getting, and can go, "AHA- the last step of loyalty discount isn't applying."
LOL, so I stopped trying the FLASH SALE, and now the Loyalty sale won't work.
I still can't get the loyalty discount to work either. Was working just fine this morning but when I went to check out around 1:15 or so all the items in my cart had lost the extra loyalty discount.
Edited to add: Apparently the Flash sale is working for me though....go figure.
The loyalty discount isn't meant to stack on top of the 70% flash sale, is it?

FWIW: I was having issues with the $2.99 sale, but if I removed EVERYTHING except those five items it worked fine. I *thought* it required at least one new item in the cart, but I just successfully checked out with 5 of the $2.99 items. If I had anything else at all in the cart - FULL PRICE. I got what I wanted even if it didn't make sense. I didn't get my 30% Loyalty Discount, but I can request a credit for that if I feel it is worth the time it would take.
The Flash sale not working for me is happening the same as the 2.99 sale in that if I log out the prices show correctly with the discount, picture attached. As soon as I log in the prices go back up to full with no discount. So the bit about the store not caching correctly I'm assuming is the bit of the store that carries our personal account data e.g. previous purchases. I get why that affects the 2.99 sale but not a Flash sale.
Can we please revert to Flash sales with coupons until this is sorted. At least I should be able to enter a coupon and not rely on the website behaving.
Maybe we have an old Rajneesh fan in the sales department.
No, the Loyalty Discount is applicable only to offers on the Holiday Loyalty Sale page, excluding the offers in the Today Only section (unless they say otherwise).
I tried this with the flash sale items in my cart, and it is doing the same for me: the price is discounted when I log out, but it goes back to full price when I log back in.

I am home from work now, 70% flash sale does not work on the PC. At least I have a screen shot now, I suppose I can create a ticket. This close to Christmas I doubt if things are going to be fixed in the short term.
2.99 not working here. It's a nice product but I've only $11 left in my store credit and I'm not spending it all on this and then requesting a refund. Be luckiy to see it before the new year...

I found that the $2.99 sale only works if you have under 5 and remove any new items from the cart. Other items in the cart are OK. It's the new items that are making it NOT work and makes the price go to $9.95.

To add to what I posted yesterday.
Today, not only did it work exactly as it was supposed to (up to five items kept the price at $2.99, a sixth made them all jump to full and then a debut new items brough them all down to the $2.99 price + their additional discount), it worked for me not long after the server rolled over. Since the deal worked for me yesterday, I was fully expecting this to not work for me again until tomorrow.
This "bug" seems to have no rhyme or reason to it.
This is interesting - I didn't realise this before...The "up to 5 at $2.99" only works per order. You can't buy two, and then an hour or so later, come back and try to buy one more. It won't work. You can only get the up to 5 per order - it won't give you any at $2.99 in another order. So definitely take your time choosing the items and get them in the one checkout.
edit: i know the fine print says "usable once per customer" but my brain wasn't registering it properly LOL. I was thinking a total of 5 once per customer, not one order.
for me $2.99 sale works once in two days and only 1 item worked for flash sale after that no discount on anything.

By the above statement, if i take any newly released pro bundle like "Rynne 8 (51% off)", i can then pick 5 items for $2.99 and furthermore i get 20% on order if its bigger then my loyality discount? My loyality discount is 5%.so was i supposed to get 20% extra on Rynne 8 if i pick it?

i have 0 pro bundle for genesis 8 female and if possible i want one this sale.
Now that i think about it, flash sale did say upto 6 items from these select artists. I did buy 1 flash sale item and maybe i was supposed to order 6 in one single order and since i didn't maybe that resulted in no discouts after my first purchase. Just a random thought.

Yep! I just found small white text below that flash sale banner. it is usable only once damn.
I don't think the extra loyalty past your 5% would apply to the Rynne bundle...I think that is just for the 2.99 items. Certainly I didn't receive any further discount on the new item I chose that triggered the 2.99 pricing.
