  • Germany. Things get 2.00 in the cart, but the moment I add a new item they are full price.

    They START at 2.00 before adding a new release item ? ok this is just getting ridiculous.

    I suspect tnat was a typo, since 0 is next to 9 on the main keyboard.

    If looking to pinpoint the problem to specific servers - $2.99 offer doesn't work for me in Ireland. Items are $9.95 (unless new item is in cart, which brings price to $2.09).

  • So, yet again, 2.99 in cart, but after I added the New Release, it jumped to 9.95. I'm in Tennessee.

    same as mambanegra here is the wonderful state of Arkansas. 2.99 but jumps to 9.95 after adding a new Release. I'm grabbing the Matsumoto Castle first. Then I'll grab my new releases on the next order.

  • I'm in Mexico, PA account and the sale works as advertised for me. (Thought I'd comment in case it's useful to pinpoint the problem others are getting).
  • I got one even better. On Sunday/Monday, there were no new items- it was the same items from the day before.

    Now, there's a new set of items that just showed up as still new.

    The Snow Beast banner stayed up as new for two nights in a row.

    And of course the Flash Sale thing didn't work so that cart got dumped.

  • If signing out makes things work for me, I am not sure if this is a regional thing.

    anyone else just bought a GC that doesn't show up (no mail yet)? is there any other place than one's email where one can check the GC number?

    EDIT: OH NO! i made an error while writing the recipient, my email is wrong i made a typo!! WHAT CAN I DO???

    No, the code is only in the mail. 

    Have you checked your SPAM folder? If it's not there I'm afraid you'll need to open a support ticket.

    i wrote a ticket. no need to check spam - i made a typo with the GC recipient - 1 letter missing :(((( and the sale is only a few more hours :((((

    Open a support ticket, Daz support should be able to send the code to the right email address. Unfortunately it will probably take a bit of time with the holidays.

    i am soooo stupid. i could bite myself in the neck for that ://// - i'm already so broke, every gc is a sin against my budget, but ti thought hey it's holidays, soo.. why not allow me some sin... aaargh. please, someone hit me with a bat or sth.

    Today is the first time I have noticed the 2.99 sale doesn't work for me, altho I haven't tried it everyday. I put 5 of the products in my cart all showed 2.99 .. as soon as I added new releae they shot up to 9.95., tried adding a 6th 2.99 item no difference.

    As far as the region theory, I am in Canada

    I can ask, Novica. I am California based. Chohole and Jack are UK based. Let us know where you are at and if it works and which way or not for you and we'll add these as data points to Daz when we report.

    All 2.99 items showing up as $9.95 until I add a new item, then they change to the sale price minus my loyalty discount ($2.09 or $2.10) - cool way to sell those higher-priced items, guys! I didn't need that HDRI set, but it was the cheapest thing on the list ... no

    When this is all done, maybe DAZ should put ALL the items that were on sale for $2.99 back up as a make-up, for everyone who couldn't get the sale price on the day it was offered.

    I'm a programmer in my day job. Makes absolutely no sense these problems are a function of location. For those where everything works, tell us what browser and operating system you are using. That might tell us something.

    Everything works as advertised for me. I'm using Firefox when I am in my pc (and I use Chrome in my phone and it also works). Operating system is Windows 10.

    Things do NOT work for me.

    I'm clinging on to the very last days of Windows 7 Pro 64, and checked the DAZ website with Firefox, Internet Explorer and Chrome. Deleting browser history did not help either..

    win10 64 bits, chrome 79.0.3945.88 or firefox 56. with daz deals addon on chrome. switzerland, just in case.

    everything worked absolutely perfectly all day long, 2.99 items went even down to 1.88 with all sale discounts/loyalty/2 new releases and coupon night b4.

    .... which sucks even more since i messed up with my GC and can still not redeem it :/

    I'm using FireFox and Windows 64 bit. I had new releases in my cart and then added a 2.99 item in the and the price was 9.95. Then I REMOVED all of the new releases from my cart, and the price dropped down to $2.99.

    So, today all $2.99 items added are $9.95, until I add a new release, then they drop to $2.99, minus my Loyalty discount. A new release can be PC+, and two of them allows for the NIGHT-B4 code.

    The sale has been working every other day for me except yesterday, when it worked for the second day in a row. Today is back to "normal" where a new items causes the $2.99 prices to revert to $9.95.
