Really good deal on War Beasts, any two of the items and it goes to 69% off. I have the sixus one orange banner, but I don't remember the price being this low before. Or maybe I'm wrong.

I felt this way for years. I bought the full Photoshop 5.5 many years ago when it was new, the 7.0 upgrade and have the CS5 Master's Collection. But when I tried a trial of the CC 2015, I really liked it and decided to try the 9.99/month plan. I'd never used Lightroom before, which came with it. I've been pretty happy with both programs. $120/year is a drop in the bucket compared to what I've spent in the past, and you get all the updates. A couple of months ago I got an offer from Adobe to upgrade to the full subscription and Adobe cloud for $29/month for the first year. I love it! I have plenty of time to try everything and figure out if I want to keep it before it goes up to the regular price. So far, it's well worth the money and has more than paid for itself.
True, but subscriptions can add up quickly, and with more companies taking that road... Especially when you cannot say 'thanks, I'll stick with this aging version from here on', but your files are held hostage as it were.
I get my Adobe software through a deal from my place of work, but if my subscription stopped, I can no longer use my InDesign files, unless I continue to pay Adobe for a current version. Used to be that you could just stay witn an old version of software

Yes, and I appreciate it when they do offer it. I think Marvelous Designer does as well - and if/when I upgrade it's what I'll probably do.
The perpetual fallback license is exactly what's missing from Adobe. The annual cost to subscribe to CC is comparable to what it would cost to upgrade every year. And if there were some sort of fallback license, something that rewards long-time subscribers for their loyalty, I'd be on-board for this service. But the idea of getting used to using the latest version and features, and then having to fallback to my "old" version of CS6 when the fixed income makes it too expensive to continue, does not sit well with me. If Adobe doesn't care enough about their customers to provide some sort of loyalty program, then I don't care enough to give them my money. I won't even subscribe to their stock photo site. They got their last dollar from me when I upgraded to 5.5 (which at the time, came with a free upgrade to CS6.) Literally, the buck stops here, (in my wallet!)

I don't know exactly what say the vendors have in the discounts, but today's has NO additional discount for buying more than one of the new releases for the day, whereas the Bad Boys did. Maybe those vendors didn't want an additional 20% off theirs.

I found it personally amusing that the Water Fight sale page didn't include the one new item that would be most appropriate for it. Fortunately, the barrier for entry to trigger the extra 10% dicount on the vendor list is any new item, or two new items for the 10% gift card, not just the new items from the water fight sale page, so thiis item can still be included as part of the sale, as far as one of your new items (in spirit anyways).

I have to say, this week has seemed kind of weird for coordination of new releases and sale themes... since during the week there have been items that fit the themes, just not on the same days. Oh well.
I'm disapointed that the stack-ups don't work across days. I've got 3 from yesterday and 2 from today, but it won't count as 5.

Is it just me or did the discounts from the first G3 sale banner disappear? I had 5 items in the cart yesterday that were nicely adding up to 68% off (with new release extra 10%) and now all of the stores from that page don't show discounts (the 40% without any purchase) let alone the promised 65% off.
It helps us check if you give an example cart and from which sales. Thanks.

The most I can get off is 30% and that's the item that's killing my cart today.
It's also the most valuable. The pieces the props. Just everything. Just wow,. The 3D water is another incredible piece. Can't wait to see what happens in a 360 render.
Anyone know if my cart will be safe till tomorrow?

I bought a few things on the Day 1 sale at the end of day 2. I had more items in my cart, but the price was hiked on those items between days, so I dropped those items. The removed items cut the cost of my order in half.
Yeah, I'm disappointed as well that we can't mix and match our five items from each of the three days. I'm hoping we get a 'catch up' sale at the end of this where all the days are mixed. As it stands. I have a few items from today's sale in my cart, but I'm kind of non-commital about them at the moment/don't really need them, and we've been spoiled by deeper discounts in recent sales, so I may wait instead.
There were a couple of G2 items in the sale briefly just after midnight, but as soon as they were removed from the sale, I dumped them from my cart.
The one thing that I really wanted from Nikisatez's library wasn't included in today's sale. *Sigh*... So I wait.

sowwy It was queried a lot earlier, and then re-reported later, and I forgot to post about it. I was multi tasking (as usual) The shopping arrived, the cats were complaining about being locked in the back utility area, I was longing for another cuppa tea, the delivery guy was getting soaking wet because the neighbours 2 doors down had parked right in front of my house, so he had to walk up and down the road with the shopping and it's pouring with rain up here (David B would say "how unusual", with a sarcy grin) , umm can I think of any other excuses.
