I had one and used to join tape in loops, disable the erase head (forgotten how) and overdub loops singing rounds, harmonies, playing my recorder (the plastic flute type not the tape)

I figured it had to be pretty common when I image searched it

I can't remember which episode it was, but I've seen it twice now. The best I remember is he says the name "Wendy", follows it up with a bunch of flashing love-heart emoticons on the screen, and followes that by putting a bunch of cats on the screen. Pretty sure it was meant to represent Wendy > Loves > Cats ;-)

I'll let you know if I ever come across it again, cause I'm pretty sure it was you he was referring to. Maybe he knows you from your quirky YouTube stuff, since he often mentions others as part of the style of his videos.

Regards the turntable, yeah that's quite a bit older than the one I had, I think the Fidelity HF42 was a late 70s design that also enjoyed popularity in the 80s. Anyway, I suspect we're about to get a lecture on signal-to-noise ratio pretty soon unless we get back on topic, so I suppose we better had before the next page hits :-P

as for thread topic, some threads are more enforced than others as long as we stay away from so called controversial matters

I use Nano Banana to tweak my renders and give them a more cinematic look, especially when I want quick results or don't have hours to spend on rendering. This is a great workflow, especially for those who create visual novels or comics.

Perhaps he saw you comment on a piece of gear on a forum somewhere where you use that name. I dunno, but if you have a synth or some other piece of audio gear, that might even give a clue as to what episode I saw it in, since it might be related to a piece of gear you own, and that he did a video about.

just seems unlikely as I don't mention synths really in my videos though I do have a Roland Gaia plus several ordinary electronic keyboards and have sometimes played them along with VSTs with my Midi controller as background music

not made a thing about it though, doubt anyone knows other than the unrelated Melody Assistant Virtual Singer videos I got a bit of notoriety over how ear torturing they were

those are pure midi file driven, yes I compose many bad midi tunes with it

it uses a musical score, as a pianist, I cannot work with piano roll format at all

I have never rendered motion blur in DAZ Studio either...

I doubt many modern cinematographers do either, nowadays everything is added in production

easier to edit in aberrations than remove them

only homemovies have motion blur and photographers using film and a longer exposure

Bear in mind that in order to do what they do, A.I. models must have an internal grasp of Frame Rate, Shutter Speed, ISO. F-stop etc, so the question is how do you get at those parameters in order to render out something professional enough to either composite or match real footage?

Since I never see these options, I'm hoping that it would undertand such instructions. I've seen a video where an A.I. model understood lens type (which is promising), but that's not nearly enough for producing output suited to professional video work, or for producing something you can throw into DaVinci to use in an optimal, specifically intended way.

Have you looked at some of the ComfyUI workflows available within ComfyUI interface?

Some of the workflows actually have camera controls.
There is also a workflow from Avalon on YouTube (I bought his AI package, great set with seeds, workflow, prompt engineering, starter images, audio tracks for folley, music , speech, action etc).

Some interesting tricks is stating the camera model and type being used, depending on the AI model you use and it's awareness of real world cameras, you can prompt in or out motion blur. Set camera back information and more, not just lens.
There are a few real world camera assets here in the Daz store that can make a difference in your quest. Lots of experimenting with different camera settings and you might be able to get what you're looking for.

Thanks for the heads-up on that, and I have to say that's the most promising thing I've heard so far in that respect. The moment you mentioned being able to set "Camera Back" as well as lens properties, a huge smile crept across my face!

Absolutely, I'm planning to use ComfyUI. In fact I'm learning A.I. faster than I otherwise would be by watching videos about ComfyUI. I've never seen the sort of tool you describe, but man, I'm damn glad to hear that one exists since I think the whole system would be very crude and unprofessional without it.

Do you know the name of the ComfyUI tool that allows you to set that sort of stuff?
Also, is there a term that should be used to search for that specific type of node?
