The same problem again: an item https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-torn-clothes-for-genesis-8-males is in both recent top seller and featured artist stores but it doesn't receive the discount from both.
Maybe this time I can get an answer before the day passes.
The discount is higher in historical. You wouldn't get two discounts. Are you not getting the higher discount (supposing you have a new item in the cart).
Edit: Oh, top seller. The discounts are identical, so 50% or 60% with discount. There would only be the one discount with regard to those two particular sales. Edit: can you explain what it is you expect to see?Note the prices on the Holiday Loyalty Sale page is not the regular price, it's the sale price with the discount off shown on the right. With migration to the new store software, DAZ is no longer showing the "regular" non-discounted and the current sale price together on the sale page. If you click on the product and bring up the product page, you'll see the Regular Price - Current discount percentage - Sale Price together.
I would honestly have expected them to stack, if they don't, why put a featured artist store into the recent top sellers items?
Them stacking would mean, with a new item 50%*50% - 75%. To this the loyalty bonus would apply.
In case of the item, I think the top seller completely replaces the featured artist discount.
This is easily proven by the fact that if you stack this with the zeddicus offer, you don't get the extra 20%.
For example I have 30% loyalty, with a new item in cart I only get 65% discount on the item.I would have expected 82.5%.
If you also add 3 zeddicus items in your cart, I would have expected 86%. Not even getting the 72% with the zeddicus items. Discount still remains at 65%.

So I do need the name of the item. Ideally, you should show your cart. I need to be able to test specific items. I do agree that if it's in the PA as well as historical, I would think that it should get the Zed extra discount. So show me your cart please?
It looks like it's the taxes that these people are being charged. Instead of being completely free they are getting charged taxes on the free items. Do you normally get taxed for items you purchase at Daz3D? If not then it wouldn't show up for you in your cart since you likely live in an area that doesn't get taxed here for purchases.
Since it appears that more than one person is being effected by it, it might be a good idea to report it. Just my two cents. :)
I've got a 30% loyalty discount but it doesnt seem to be applying to everything in my cart for example Drutherson doesn't get any extra discount when in the cart?

The only Drutherson product listed on the loyalty promo page is https://www.daz3d.com/z-gnome-of-mischief-poses-and-expressions-for-drutherson-8 which is part of the Zeddicus selection for tonight.
So only a selection of products are included - which are these it is far from clear, at least to me, on the ad page which catergory I can use?
What is listed on the Loyalty Promo page is my understanding.

Exactly all new and PC items that are featured - which are the featured ones what about the PA's that are featured does it include them? How does the discount stack with other stacking offers. Its really confusing.
As it says, it's the items that are featured on the loyalty promo page. So all the items on the page plus the selections from any of the categories on that page. As in the past, if a PA's store is featured, it's the selection from their store that appears when you click on the PAs tile.

Its doesn't seem to be working like that, and are gift cards suppose to discount or not?
Example: New Release is 30% initial discount then <loyalty discount> then, in tonight's case, whatever zeddicus discount depending on if you buy two or three items from the sale selection for zeddicus.
The Zeddicus selection will not get the loyalty discount b/c they are in the "today only" cat which is exampted and that section has its own set of rules listed above the cat.
You'll need to provide examples of what you got and what you expected. The gift card is dependent on the terms of the Zeddicus sale. If you have 2 Zeddicus items from the selection, the GC gets 10% discount, if you buy three Zeddicus items from the selection, you get your loyalty discount + 10%.

I'm not seeing this reported- in the featured artists' stores, AlvinBemar and The DIgiVault have zero items. I unchecked the Hide What I Own and there still wasn't anything there. Trying to refresh the page gets me back to what I own being hidden, so I can't check it. I did go to Alvin's store via Vendor and none of them even had a discount applied. So can you check those two stores from the featured stores section?
Sorry, somehow the forum bugged out on me and I can't attach a screenshot.
I thought I had already mentioned the item: https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-torn-clothes-for-genesis-8-males . On a closer look, the artist itself does not appear in the list but if you click the view all artist button the item is there. So maybe it's more of a bad filtering issue from daz on the button? I can't tell anymore.It's hard to know what is supposed to be true when you don't know if something works properly.

Hellooo again! Once again, I'm here! Because once again, I'm confused.
What are the exact steps (1., 2., 3.) to get the loyalty discount on giftcards, (+10%) because I have a giftcard in the basket, and I see neither discount. Thank you!
UPDATE::: AHAH!! I've figured it out! Please forgive my debilitating mental impairment.You need to buy 3 items from Zeddicuss to trigger the discount. If you click into "Shop all items" just below the details of the offer, you are sent directly to his/her store. Select 3.
why is this same scenario repeated every day. e-v-e-r-y-d-a-y old store new store, it doesn;t matter.... why do we even need a thread like this one? oh, the store problems happen everyday.
Oh, and if there are no specific zeddicuss items you want remember to sort the zeddicus page into Low price first, and reduce the buy-in on the card.
And it appears to only be adding tax on the two new Free Holiday items. I added an item from the freebies page and it works like normal showing the price, the savings, zero estimaed tax and a final sale of $0.00. Yet on the holiday Freebies it is charging taxes on the pricing somewhere along the line and rather than the taxes being removed when the price is reduced to $0.00 it is staying there. Was also able to get yesterdays Holiday items, an order from the freebies section, and PC+ freebies with no issues yesterday before the new items appeared in the store. It just appears to be an issue of taxes being added on the sales of those two specific items once they are marked down to $0.00
Also tried different browsers, clearing cache, now finally it is showing up correctly after logging out and back in on Chrome, and not sure if it made a difference or not, but adding the items from the main store page, rather than the sales page linked through the banner.
Not sure if it's just a California thing but I know when celebrities get swag bags worth thousands of dollars during Emmys/Oscars/Golden Globes etc... they DO have to pay taxes...
But those are are like income or gift taxes and not sales tax. I think the tax on the new freebies is sales tax which should be charged only on the actual amount paid.
This seems to only be happening to some people. I live in North Carolina and normally I am charged about 6.5% sales tax on the amount of my purchases; but I wasn't charged any tax on the new freebies.
I also normally get charged sales tax as expected, and have been able to get freebies for free. So it sounds like there's something more going on for people who are still seeing tax on free items.
