    I have been debugging this with a user and it self-resolved. I think the issue we are seeing now is that the session is expiring/getting invalidated and we aren't sending the expected messaging back to DIM/DazCentral so it's trying to parse the reply instead of attempting to login again.

     

    Try logging out of DIM and logging back in and see if that fixes it (going offline and back online should be good enough) 

    Thank you for responding with a suggestion. I can't find a way to log out of DIM, but I did switch to offline mode and then back to my account and password again. That did not correct the problem. I got the same errors in the log. So, I closed DIM and reopened it and logged in. That didn't fix it either.

    I have to quit for tonight. It is too late here, so I'll see if it is magically fixed tomorrow.

    @DAZ_Rawb this problem magically corrected itself. This afternoon all my items appeared in Ready to Download again.

    Hmm.  Some procedures need to be checked.

    "Convergence Outfit for Genesis Male(s)"  is misnamed as it is for Genesis 8 Male(s) not Genesis Male(s).

    That's the product name, the store page URL, and the product and template ZIPs and where ever else the name is squirreled away.  It's actually correct in the "Details" section of the store page but wrong in the "What's Included and Features" section of the store page.

    Daz has run out of internet.  First time I've seen this with Daz, even during big sales.  Is it all those people trying again and again to download their stuff?

    So the GC sale with 3 Zeddicuss items sale...are you supposed to get 10% off plus your loyalty discount? If so, not working yet. Guess I will give it some time, but since the ad copy isn't clear, not sure how it's supposed to work.

    That's what the ad says but my loyalty discount is not applying to gift cards. I'm only getting 10% off them even with 3 Zeddicus items in my cart. no

    Quadruple ditto no loyalty discount on gift cards.

    This is a theme: During the PC+ sale, memberships were cancelled, and the loyalty sale won't give its discount.

    The "Artist: Romeo" link (on both the main product and the texture add on) leads me to a product called "Romeo" which is an outfit for Michael 3.

    Fixed for me now with 3 Zeddicuss items. It kicked in after I posted.

    - Gift Card is 37%
    - Zeddicuss stuff is 72%
    - PA Stores is 72%,
    right?

    Only question for me are the historical top sellers. Those came in heavily discounted the first days. Was that a bug?

    Those appear to be correct. I can't figure out if the item in historical is above 60, but if it's like 50, then with the new item in cart, it goes to 60% and then the loyalty discount on top of that.

    I don't know what to tell you. Hard to troubleshoot if it works for some. Try the troubleshoots: clear cache, relog, different browser, etc?

    I had tried it with only the free items in the cart. Now I have a bunch of other stuff I've been testing and they're still free.
