    Your both probably correct. Id just like an official word on it. Then I can throw my hands up in the air and lament the fact that I wasted even more time complaining about non functional, over functionality... busted......broken.........

    Check the price after you put the item in your cart and hit checkout.  I'm seeing the extra 30% taken off there.  A normally $19.95 item shows as $13.97 in the store and then $9.xx in the cart.

    I'm likely not understanding how this is supposed to work.

    I just assumed it was to let us know about the loyalty discount.  It's definitely not taking another 30% off.

    I might not be following but sounds like that item is on SALE for 30% off then getting the 30% off loyalty discount which is what I'd expect. With all the categories boosting discounts based on what else is in the cart it's like a magician's show.  I expect the banner is simply referring to the Loyalty discount as others have said. I don't believe we're missing another 30% off. Or is that what you were saying?

    I had Plumeria Earrings and Pudding ala Mode in my cart this afternoon for free.  I was debating whether to another item and  just went to check out and they are free no more... angry

    I took out the item I had decided to buy as well....

    I took the chance of buying a few things today, since I got word that some DIM fixes had been implemented. Unfortunately, there are still DIM problems. I'm back on buying hiatus again. sad

    And now DIM give me this error.

     

    And manual download from the Product Library also fails. I am right back to having paid for items that I cannot obtain.

    I'm thinking of returning everything I've purchased in the last 30 days. I'm really tired of this...

    I haven't purchased much at all, because of this. It is really getting ridiculous. Daz people must be frantically pulling their hair out trying to solve these problems.

    Also getting this rather often the last two or three days. It seems that the server ist hit very hard by download requests, and is runnung out of server connections. Obviously, the server cannot cope with the current traffic it gets and starts denying connections.

    I bought the male version of it which had Interactive License as well. Why the female version doesn't have the Interactive License ?

    I just did a test cart and put in an item that had 30% off and it's 51% in the cart. Perhaps relog or one of the other troubleshooting things.

    Someone mentioned this earlier in one of the threads. It looked like they were logged in, but needed to log in again to get their original discount back.

    It's the name of the sale. But was fixed already. Originally it was "enter the darknes". laugh 

     

    As for the DIM link it just doesn't do anything on any product. The "download and Install" link via DIM after a any purchase just goes to " https://www.daz3d.com/install-manager-info/ ". Rather than how it used to work which was give the same link the order page does to download the products via DIM. Seems odd to have a button that doesn't do what it says it should.

     

    Also, every single order now displays

    "Your order contains some products that are not currently available through DAZ Install Manager.

    Visit this order's details to manually download and install your products."

    Regardless if it is applicable or not. (I have actually never seen a product that has be undownloadable by DIM, but i'm sure there are some).

    I think the team perhaps took it in the wrong way.

     

    They fixed the message about "Your order contains some items", but also completely removed the DIM option. 

     

    This is what it is now indecision (I suppose it's one step closer)

    Oh also, to not just post about the lack of DIM download thingy again and be somewhat useful, the current (extra 60%) discounts on PC+ items seem a bit off (as seen on https://www.daz3d.com/platinum-club-plus ).  

     

    https://www.daz3d.com/daz-house-cat-with-dforce-hair is only 30% (in cart and otherwise)

    https://www.daz3d.com/victorian-christmas-tree is 0% off (likewise in the cart)

     

    (though both of these seem to be because they're not actually PC+ items)

    Thanks. Tried that again, and a different browser, but the result is the same both in the banner, page, and the cart...so I think it's my account. I've sent in a support request. We'll see.

    No, the loyalty discount is for specific things listed on the promo page rather than being store-wide.

    I was just writing to say the ChillScapes Backdrops freebie has gone from being free (as per email) to being $~10... but now it's vanished out my cart and apparently out the store completely, so.... *shrug*

    Probably not. The Loyalty Discount only applies to items on the Holiday Sale page and the PC+items are not on that page,

    Tthis weeksPC+ freebie (Chillscapes Backdrops)  disappeared from my cart and now I get an 'OOPS' page when I try to link to it. Grrr !!!
