I'm on a fixed, limited, monthly income. I usually only buy any DAZ stuff once a month. If my payday matches a DAZ sale, I might spend some money. This month, that money went to rebuilding my YouTube video setup. Oh well, it appears there is always another sale.
I dunno if this was for Interactive Licenses but I see it in your list now and thank you for that :)
Can I ask... If I buy the Interactive License with the Millawnia bundle (it's the only bundle I've tried that holds the discount in cart) will this add to the library? Or is than an unknown?
Well if it doesn't, then file a ticket.. it will of course get fixed/added ASAP.. but it won't get 'lost' or anything like that.
This is all related to the same issue, it looks like. It happened to me too. Entering the PC+ Coupon caused malfunction with my account. When I tried to use my PC+ Coupon I got immediately force logged out and this error message popped up: "Unable to load recent personalized data. Cart contents, product ownership and account information may be incorrect." I couldn't access my cart and every page loaded with the "Unable to load recent personalized data..." error. I wasn't even able to access the forum. I put in a support ticket about it.
Today it appears to be fixed (at least on my account, since I'm able to post on the forum now and don't get the above error anymore). However, I highly recommend people put off using their PC+ coupons until the site bugs are worked out.
Yea the coupon/exploding cart issue was fixed.. the coupon itself is a bit more tricksey..
It's been another intersting day... some progress.. some new puzzles.
Well, I'm still avoiding buying anything until all these glitches are sorted. I'm guessing quite a few others are holding off too so I'm trusting DAZ to re-introduce the expired sales offers after the store is stable enough to ensure confidence in their customers.
Exploding carts! lol :P I'm glad it got worked out, at least the explosion part. I have faith that the rest will get sorted out too. It's just going to take time. I think after all this you might be in need of a long and relaxing vacation. I hope you'll be able to take some time off and recharge your batteries soon. *big hugs*
Is DIM broke? Worked a few days ago, but now it says I have 0 files ready to download.
I just went on a shopping spree and bough the new Millawa 8 bundle.
No dice here - just endless progress bar....
It is taking extra few seconds to log in and then few seconds later showing Ready to Download correctly. DIM is working fine for me.
Can't seem to use store credit unless it fully covers the price of the cart. Attempts to do so result in errors such as warnings to refresh due to price changes. Refresh usually undoes the store credit use. Otherwise it just fails to accept the other payment method be it paypal or cc.
I wouldn't count on it. I haven't seen anyone from Daz commit to or even hint at that. The sales appear to march on, whether they work or not. There is even a new character bundle today. There will probably be some kind of sale related to the store difficulties, but I would be surprised if all the old sales come back as is. There will likely be a PC+ final catch up, but who knows what form it will take or whether prices will be the same as they have been. Often catch up sales have higher prices than the original sale price. These are just my guesses, of course. I have no inside knowledge.
Still slowly downloading purchases ... failed downloads have something to do with the "server" ... and then I got one of these again so here's the name of the file that was supposed to be downloading: Volta Hair and Beard for Genesis 8

I have a growing list of files that are failing to download in the product library. So far this issue is effecting eight different products since the store "update".
Ok.. I'm calling it again.. the mods are gonna be about covering stuff overnight as always :)

Seems to affect a number of people including me, while it works for others.
This is my first order since the site has been going through this update, and it's been over 1.5 hours and I haven't received an email about my order of freebies. Just sayin' in case others are experiencing longer delays too.
Have two issues to report that I don't see in the OP:
I've been downloading manually. Some of the difficult ones can be downloaded "after a little while" ... for a few of them I had to do the downloads "one at a time" - I gather that the servers are like, busy ;-)
This sadlly has been going on for days now.
Recommendation:
1) Revert back to a build of the Daz3d website that is properly functional.
2) Fix the new broken build of the Daz3d website offline.
3) Test the new build of the Daz3d website offline.
4) Then release the new build.

This is not possible. So what we do is politely mention of what is or is not working {if not already listed/known about} so that they can fix it. They did test what could be tested before going live with the new website. For what it's worth, this particular make over appears to be going WAY smoother than the previous one. The forums are intact, we can edit the threads we've started, we can edit our posts, etc.
I made an order yesterday and one earlier today and I have not recieved any of the confirmation emails. But I get the subscribing/bookmarking threads emails and newsletter. I submitted a ticked yesterday and just got a reply that they are working on it. I replied that my latest order today was without an email also, no reply to that yet. Weird that the other emails from Daz gets through, but the ones I really need doesn't.
OK, sorry to bother but as some other thread was closed and I was linked to here:
DIM won't show stuff in "Ready to download" tab and lists JSON errors in log. Should be on the latest version and DIM did not request an update or anything else. Manually downloading ZIPs and installing through DIM works but is a pest with a huge amount of products. A quick fix would be highly appreciated so that I can finally use all those PFADs I recently bought.
Rod Wise Driggo , Did you try click on the update icon? I wasn't aware of that before but I read a while ago that clicking the update icon can help, and it has for me. Just saying incase you haven't tried that.

Not sure if this counts as a bug, an error, or a "someone should clarify this" item, but:
The non-bridge items on the Freebies page in the shop are all listed at their full price on the page, but appear to discount to zero when put into the cart (and the cart itself is checked).
This could give the incorrect impression to someone who's just coming to the site for the first time (or one of their few early visits) that the items aren't actually free.
If the price listing is intentional (and they shouldn't actually be listed as $0.00), then a note on the page stating "items will be discounted when added to the cart" should be included.
If the price listing is not intentional, then someone should ensure that if the item is on the freebies list, it shows a discounted price.
Either of these will reduce confusion.
Sure, several times. Earn a nice and quite long progress bar animation but nothing else ;-) - As mentioned there's a JSON error it seems so unless DAZ is fixing no DIM downloads for me I'm afraid.
