    Yes - it appears the banner is working for me now.

    But not the additional 15% for being a PC+ member...

    I tried it just now and now I get the oops page and says "Unable to load recent personalized data... etc". And now can no longer get into my cart...

    Maybe try adding another item to the cart, that used to fix some cart display problems for old store.

    FYI, for some reason on Firefox, pages at Daz3D.com and for banks??? are being displayed with a yellow triangle caution thingie over the lock on the url address up top. This started last night so don't know if it's a Firefox thing or what. Claims are that any information sent is not secure and viewable to the whole world. I did send a feedback to the bank as well but golly gee whiz.

    This may be outdated, checked about 15 minutes ago:

    The bundle for which we have a banner:

    Shows in my cart at $33.24. Not buying it right now though.
    I "x' the banner, go into my acct. Messages, under exclusive offers there is nothing. Should be at least one if not two 'cause I "x"ed close the previous offer too.
    Anyhow, refreshed the bundle page, full price showing, in cart goes back to $33.24.
    So it would appear that closing the banners does not make our discounts go away and that is good.

    Yes, it does. I clicked mine away, but there is nothing in the inbox (there used to be one in each box), and no way to know it exists anymore. Does the banner show for those who didn't clear it?

  • I played a bit with my shopping cart, and it seems fixes are beginning to fall into place....

    •  20% banner discount for the Millawa bundle: fixed
    • 15% discount on debut items for PC+ members: not fixed
    • SAVIN-60 coupon: fixed
    • discount for buying 2 or more debut / new items: fixed
    • Friends of the Sale: not fixed

    Three out of five is not too bad, but still hoping to see the other two resolved really soon.

  • I have been locked out for a day after trying to purchase the latest free plat bundle, cart does not work(oops page), keeps signing me out and I was getting the same message as others about unable to load personal data. I sent a ticket. This is the first time it has signed in and I do not know how long it will last, I may be banished again.

    Sorry, dear for taking so long to get back. Apparently, it messed my whole account up. It would let me browse but I wasn't signed in to Daz and every time I would try to reply to you in the forums it would sign me out. I honestly do not know what I did to get back on. I deleted cookies and data and that didn't work so I then just restarted chrome and that didn't seem to work so I restarted the whole dang pc and apparently, that did the trick and let me sign back in and shows my cart! YAYYYYY.... LOL, however, thanks for trying to help but please don't get mad if I just go ahead and ignore that one piece of advice. BUT THANK YOU FOR TRYING TO HELP! Hahaha... Mickey

  • I should have added I was unable to post on the forum until now, so there may be many more who can't access to post about this problem.

  • Quick question at Jack, is the help center answering any open tickets at this point? Only asking because after two days there's no 'looking into it/here's the fix' messages other than the 'we got your ticket' Monday morning.

    Yes. I used to always find them under "Exclusive Offers" but it's not there.

    I did get an answer to my ticket from the help desk- but it did not in any way reference the issue I reported- so they appear to be overwhelmed as well.

    I am one happy camper, the issue I had with my account being broken and me freaking out, is now fixed and was able to grab what I had sitting in the cart.. smiley Thank you Daz Crew for the quick fix to the issue whatever it was that caused it.. laugh

    After it seemed to get better, at the moment it looks like Things got more worse.

    I can't login over hours. So i tried to sent an e-mail but even that does not work!!

    Some maybe minor problems but others are boring!!

    Part of my mail e-mail:

    seems the problems got bigger.

    This Morning it looked better than yesterday in the Store. Filters worked etc. (Morning = 8:00 GMT).

    But this Afternoon (16:00 GMT) it looks very bad:

    I can’ t login. So it is not possible to post something in the Forum.

    I get the Banner: “Unable to load recent personalized data. Cart contents, product ownership and account information may be incorrect” – even when it looks like I am loged in!

    All Icons in the Forum are gone. No Banner for Discounts and on and on…

    I checked all with several Browsers and several PC’s

    I hope you get all fixed soon and let us know on the Main Page or on the Top page of the Blog.

    NS: also if you use the Mail Button on the Store Page it creates a wrong E-Mail address: 'mailto:[email protected]' in Outlook 

    NS2: but even a mail to [email protected] gets: "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender"

    Yeah, I tried that myself with no luck. It won't even add to the cart. And I'm not getting the orange banner for the discount on today's bundle. Can't add anything to wishlist, says I need to be logged on, even though I am. Logging off clearing stuff doesn't work. Tried different browsers and still not love. Honestly I'm pretty frustrated, especially after going through the select 5 items and taking the time out to look at everything with no filters enabled - only to have my cart disappear and my account jacked up... Now I'll excuse myself while I go find a good hard surface to bang my head against...

    Checkout seems highly unpredicatable today. At the start I was getting a total of a bit over $60 in the cart which went to $72.29 at checkout. Going back to the cart and then back to checkout kept the original price at checkout but when I clicked Use Store Credit it said it was using $72.29. Now going between cart and checkout I keep getting $72.29. With all the discounts which are sometimes shown and sometimes not shown I'm not sure how to work out what the total should be!

    I'll probably leave it for a while and see what happens. If it sticks on $72.79 I'll just accept that is what it should be. If it goes ap again I might just give up on the whole thing!

    I got the $60 dollar price shown once again in the cart but I saw it was charging me less than $5 for the Compact Cyberpunk Aprartment. I think this must be an error since it's normal price is over $16 so I accepted the $72.29 total and bought the lot.

    I don’t know if this was mentioned before but the store no longer lets me check out through PayPal and apparently Gift Cards are discontinued or pulled for now so the only way to shop now is by credit card? I think I’m done shopping here. 

    ETA I got the secret link to order a gift card from another forum member but I’m wondering if it’s legit since the store has hidden it and I don’t want to take the chance using it if Daz meant to pull gift cards from the store for now.

    Two items I haven't seen - both low priority

    1) The first promo image on new products is 380 X 494

    2) The readme index stops at 70999 and many of the index numbers we can access are showing the "placeholder" page
