Have made a few purchases that seemed to charge the right price, but still can't see the Platinum forums - so there's still something wrong in/with my account. But I suppose the ticket will be resolved eventually, as I'm sure the actual store working has a slightly higher priority....

I just checked out with a stored card (stored several years ago), worked OK. Maybe try a different browser (I'm using Firefox)?

Orange banner is/was back - after closing it it is gone and doesn't show in Messages ...
Yeah, banner for 10% off to replace yesterday's 20% off the same bundle. Unless it's another 10% on top of the 20%.

Well the thumbnail link has been fixed.
PC+ coupons are back and work properly (one use).
All of the license purchases are recorded and still safe. I'll look through tomorrow and see why they aren't displaying for some users.

@daz_rawb any chance you can speak about why some are not getting email order confirmations, but did before the site update? They're not in spam folders.

DIM has been working fine for me until now. When I open it, it wants to install another update. At first it would keep shutting down and tell me it wants to install the update when I reopen it. Now it seems to take forever to go through the update phse, closes when it eventually finishes, and still gives me the update message when I reopen...

Fixed, thanks for the find and report.
The emails were changed to send through the same system as the daily newsletters, so that all of the store emails would come from the same source, the old system we had of sending directly from the servers was ending up in a lot of people's spam folders.
Unfortunately, if you are unsubscribed from the newsletter it might filter these messages out as well, although these messages are marked as transactional and should skip the unsubscribe list. We are talking with our email provider about this.
Paypal payments give an error after being processed through Paypal and the order isn't placed. This is happening since yesterday. I am unble to pay for anything.
Latest attempt to update DIM gives me the message that the update could not be downloaded...
And coupons still aren't working for me,...
On the coupons, it looks like they're case sensitive where they weren't before...just had one take.
edit: and DIM opend properly after telling me it couldn't DL the update ???
I found your error in the logs, I'll have the developer that is doing the paypal integration work look at it tomorrow. I know some fixes went in today on the paypal stuff for a different error so hopefully this can be resolved quickly.
Someone is working on DIM right now, they completed some optimizations for people with a lot of products but now they are moving on to fixing the invalid "Update Needed" message. I'm not sure they will get it done, because it is 2am and I know I'm out of energy for the day but we'll see if they burn some after-midnight oil and get this fixed.
And with that, I'm going to tap out and get some shut-eye.

There are also several overlapping Items with the other two bundle actions, but some of the still new are not even working? Price stays the same, if the Item is a sill new item but not a part of the other two bundle parts.
Question #5: Is it possible to add new "Banners/Icons" for all objects that are in our wishlist, that are part of such actions?! Like the yellow hart, becomes red or something like that. Should be possible to match things up with our personal wishlists. I really don't like trying them out one by one and the list of items that are part is by far to big to look every day every site if there is something that is interesting for me. I already looked the last 3 days and there are not a lot of changes made. But i can't see in the wishlist which item is part of the sales action.

I'm having trouble doing off-line installation of DAZ Connect content. What I usually do is copy each product's .sea & .sep archive file to a directory named "install" which I create in the "cloud" directory of my DAZ Connect "data" directory. Then I go to my Content Library pane, right-click and select "Install Offline Products ...". If the installation proceeds correctly, a progress dialog appears, the content is installed, and the archive files are deleted from the "install" directory. But for a lot of products this isn't happening. However, if I go to the Smart Content pane and right-click on the product and select "Install" or "Install Update" it proceeds correctly.
New PC-for-a-day items aren't getting a further discount with two debut new items in the cart. Also, when I buy something and try to install it with Connect, the date of purchase is completely jumbled up, along with the package date and number, which means I need to sift through V4 era uninstalled products to look for my new purchases. I sympathize with the staff and how frustrating this all must be, not to mention the long hours trying to make the store work, but, as a customer, this is quickly drying up my will to further jeopardize my future by throwing my income at non-tangible goodies.
