Submit a ticket to the DAZ 3D Customer Support Site directly as even if you can't log in, it's possible to submit a ticket to them with your name, contact information, and account information.
My DIM worked yesterday fine to download a lot of products purchased yesterday. Today, I bought a lot more products and DIM keeps saying it needs updating. I am using DIM 1.4.0.67 64bit. Today, both my PC+ coupons worked for November however.
I have this problem not being able to see most of the store page since the 1st of Nov 2020, the only way i can log into my account is via the forums as the log in entry to the website is not available, all the front page of the website displays is the current days sale and doesn't load any products at the bottom of the page like it normally would, instead it just says Calculating.... and tries to load the page which never loads, if i click the sales banner the link works but no link works in that page, i can no longer purchase items, i can only access my files by loggin in via the forum now.
I have launched two help tickets have been told there are some issues with the store page, the Tech support suggested some links in forum to check out which really doesn't help matters because the store isn't working the shop cart doesn't work and i can no longer see anything in the store front or any of the links.
The only thing that does still work is the studio, all my content still works, the editor works fine and i have all copies of my files stored in a safe location not online incase of issues. I just can no longer purchase more content or make full use of my PC membership which i have 1 year of. The discounts for this month were not working properly either and were only reducing content by 2 dollars not the 6 dollars it was supposed too.

Did you try another browser?
I haven't used another browser i just deleted all history cookies and did a full refresh, tried multiple links, i could try using edge but i hate how it barges it's way onto my system at times so i don't use it.
Ok i just had a look with Microsoft Edge and the site works fine through that browser, Explorer seems to have issues. Not using spywear like google chrome either.

Have you tried clicking on the little blue man Icon to see what you get in the drop down box?
As noted by a couple of others, the banner for the Millawa 8 bundle disapearred from messages when I closed it in the store.

Yea, known issue and added to the list..
The "buy 2 to get an extra 10% off" is supposed to work with items from all categories with that message, ie you could get the bundle with the second bundle or one of the additional debut new items or one of the still new items.
Or at least that's how it worked before the store upgrade.
I've seen the same with IE when testing access with another browser, is that what you're using?
edit: yes, looks like it was IE.
If that's what I've seen in IE, the blue man icon doesn't appear at all. When in the forums you get the menu if you click where it should be, but not in the shop (clicking where the cart icon should be works there though)
But the store has changed and as we are seeing you cannot expect things to work how they did before, so presuming that it worked before one way and therfore will work that way now seems to only being leading to confusion.

I don't use it much, but still have it as sometimes I need to test something with it at work.

Ok this is what i have learned, I just tested Microsoft Edge Browser, i can access and see the site fully, i also tested out purchasing and using a monthly coupon and all worked fine via Microsoft Edge browser, when i try to use the usualy Internet Explorer the page fails to load fully and the only way i can access my account is through logging into the forums, the little blue icon doesn't do the usual drop down and log in, the page just sits and calculates and never loads products.
This are different using Mircrosoft Edge and i hate this browser, even when i search for product in store now i get just a page or two of whatever i list in search instead of the usual catagory page with the usualy people/ assets , places and so on, i just get a page of random junk that i'm not looking for. The search is crap now and doesn't load all the good content.
Also when using Mircosoft Edge i'm not getting any reciept of purchase sent to my email box and the number in my order list has changed, it also states all my previous orders made are Unknown,, why? is that because i'm using a different browser, its still attached to the same email why isn't it sending me conformation of my purchase.
I can still download my orders via my previously installed manager, i can also install them via central, but Microsoft Edge doesn't sense i already have the manager and won't grab the exe like explorer would to load up the new files, I now have to manually start the install manager to grab the files. Install manager being the only auto installation thats see all your products, central doesn't see everything.
Please fix Explorer as using Mircosoft Edge does suck badly.
I am done shopping here if Daz thinks it needs to keep my credit card number on file. You folks can't even update a website without constant propblems. It will be just another hassle to have to go and fill out a form with mt credit info, go through the checkout and back to my account to detele the saved info, (If it actually does delete, who knows)

Yes, there's a problem with email receipts for some people.
That one is normal, order number format for new system is different.
I see the same, so probably linked to data transfer between the old an new store system.
None of those points are linked to using Edge.

Ok so all are known problems, since i don't really use Microsoft Edge i assume the problem of it not knowing previous transactions would be down to me not using that browser but that shouldn't be the case for the DAZ3D website, seems to be effecting us all so it will be an issue thats to be fixed i guess.
I'll just use mircosoft edge for now while IE has issues. I can still see my purchases on that list i assume the email conformations for new purchases will arrive someday in the future when this new system has been worked out. I will try an avoid using the store untill then,, i have most content i needed for my projects anyway so it's only if something peeks my interest that i'm likey to grab it now or if i see licensing go cheap for a couple of the items worth licensing.
*giggle* ... maybe I'm just too tired... Though Jack's forum pic -is- wearing a red hat. He's talking about adding to a -list- (and likely "checking it twice").
(Though the situation feels more like a roller-coaster ride than a sleigh ride ...
)
I noticed that bug also, which is why I came. When a new purchase does not appear at the top of the list, one fears it may have vanished. Thankfully, so far, the new stuff has only gotten mixed in with other semi-recent purchases. Though it sure can be alarming, until it's found!


I'll wait to download until the store sorts itself out. I'm too ill for a[nother] wrestling match just now.

This makes sense and would explain why I never got the PC+ newsletters and am now not getting confirmation emails. Thanks for the explanation. How does one subscribe to the newsletters if you've unsubscribed at some point? I had a look through my account settings and I couldn't find an option anywhere?
Just fyi: This product: https://www.daz3d.com/westbound-for-genesis-8-females does not have any downloads on the Product Page in my Product Library. I did put in a CS ticket on this 'cause I don't know if it's just this way in my account or if it's this way for all. Update: Now has download button :-)
Our products do not have any order information with them.
Also, sometime it might be a good idea to put some info or an image to those teenie little thingies in the upper right corner of these forum pages. Visitors coming in aren't likely to know how to sign in or anything the way they look right now ;-) [Firefox]
