Heh I think we've pulled them while we look into it.
My PC coupons have not been working. Not on new items, not on old items, not on sale items, not on full price items. Still waiting for a small amount store credit. IF the coupon had worked 2 days ago, there was a product I would have purchased with the coupon and the store credit left in my account. But today that item has increased in price ?why but anyways ... but the coupon doesn't work so it's a mute point. Can't afford to buy stuff like bundles in case the store burps and charges me full price on top of which having to wait ? long to get store credit back ... nope. No sense in trying to buy gift cards apparently either so ... well ... back to downloading.
Jack Tomalin. Thanks for your kind response. I'm sure, you, as an insider have a greater understanding of the issues involved than I do. I did not complete the purchase. Instead I spent money on equipment for my second hobby: YouTube videos. Have a wonderful day.

It is now giving not valid error when I tried third time as a last try, but still it is showing not assigned or not used.
Another new release have 2 prices : 61% off or 84% off
None of the PC+ pricing is working for me still.

interestingly the store finally is showing the PC+ pricing for me but I am still a pleb on the forum
(it did in cart before)
DO prices still wonky. Some at the correct PC discount of 45%, some at 75% for no apparent reason.
I think SAVIN-60 is applied by default, it would explain this extra 60% off
Maybe this information helps to find some problems:
- weird things happen if you switch between forum and shop or if there are two Tab's with both open:
- prices switch between different prices, PC+ Prices and discount are shown, then not shown, add a Item to the cart works not every time
- summary in cart changes
- Filters do not work
If I close the Browser (Edge or Chrome), start new, logout and login at DAZ again everything in the shop looks good: I see the discounted prices, add to cart, summary in the cart is always the same.
I done that two times and it was always the same.
Another issue: the Forum Icons work fine in the old "Internet Explorer".
As I am a software developer since 35 Years: for me it looks like you have problems with the "chrome engine". I suggest to test everything in a Chrome based browser and another one.

Hi, Just bought the Millawa 8 bundle and would have bought several other items if DAZ had bothered to add a link to the clothing items used in the promo pictures. The gallery has this option (hope that continues!) and has prompted me to buy or at least add to my wish list many times.
The store search is practically useless. I spent an hour searching for an outfit and could not find it - finally asking on a Facebook forum did I find the answer and made a purchase.
Filters work fine also on Yandex
Interactive license discounts not working on bundles, show as discounted on page but not in cart.
Just also adding another day of:-
Past interactive licenses not showing up in product library (and therefore not showing on product page so allowing duplicate purchases).
OK, I saw were Jack had said the PC+ coupons should be working but for me they still are not. I even switched the underscore contained in our accounts on those coupon codes to dashes and tried to use the coupons in both formats and they fail. I constructed a cart of DAZ Originals on sale but not in the "PC+ for a Day" promotion and also not Debut New, Still, New, or New items and applying the coupons say as in the attached two images below.
Also, a separate support problem:
I've bought a cart earlier today that was completely ambiguous about whether or not some of the items were actually on sale or not. Sometimes they were full price and sometimes they were something like 60% off price. The PA (Sloshwerks) who made the items though is in today's list of "Friends of the Sale" so I'm guessing they were intended to be on sale. Anyway, I got a message at the DAZ Checkout to say something to the effect the cart pricing was wrong so I couldn't checkout so it told me to refresh the page, I did several times before I got the intended discounts, checkout again, this time it goes to PayPal, and then even on PayPal there is even the possibility to refresh to PayPal page I found to get the prices to change. However I found that originally on PayPal the price did match with what was on my DAZ cart checkout so that's working as expected but why the prices on such sale items flucuate like that I don't know. The order was #DA20-1104-7DBC-BB79-4C91 if DAZ support wants to look at it further.
I've tried everything I can think of but DIM is still showing 0 Downloads - I haven't been able to coax any of my purchases from the last few days to make an appearance, even trying to install via Daz Connect is giving me nightmares - they do show up in my Smart folder but refuse to install.
I did manage to access a very old account of mine from a few years ago that has about 4 items in the product library and that worked just fine...
My product library spans 197 pages so would this possibly be one of the 'few lingering issues with large accounts' mentioned in the Blog update?
Pretty please with ice-cream can we get DIM working again...

to download. They partially download and fail repeatedly. Other files must of been on different file servers because they downloaded quickly.
Filters working on store page in Chrome on PC (YAY!). Not yet in Chrome on Android (but I know they're coming!)
Checkout worked fine for the new freebies, and I installed them successfully through DIM.
I just didn't get an email yet (I checked the spam folder too) but no worries as I see the products in my Product Library.
I would love it DIM worked again. Even for... like... an hour.

DIM worked for me just a few minutes ago, but it took about that same amount of time for it to pull in products. The progress bar kept going and going, until DIM displayed the products.
I just successfully completed my first checkout on the new Daz store... a few things I noticed:
1. Store is saving my Credit Card number, although I did not check the box to "Save this credit card".
2. I did receive the email confirmation... in the past I recieved it immediately after placing my order, now the timestamp shows it arrived 13-minutes after my order was placed.
3. On the My Orders page, my newest order shows "Order Status" as Complete, but all my prior orders show status of Unknown... apparently the Payment Method did not transfer over to the new shop.
4. Newly purchased items do not show up at the very top of my Product Library page where recent purchases normally show, but they do show mixed-in near the top, and I can find them via the search filter.
5. While the Cyber Mission Bundle orange banner was showing, it also appeared in both my Inbox and Exclusive Offers (under Messages), but when I closed the orange banner, the offer vanished from both my Inbox and Exclusive Offers.
Other issues:
1. Every product in the Daz Documentation Center is missing the product documents, for example, the page for: Kayo 8

2. Filters still stuck on "Loading" in Edge browser on Win 10 PC.
3. Product Library:
* Missing SKU number - (necessary, espeically for products no longer in the store, so you can still look them up in the Daz Documentation Center).
* Manual Downloads - Several times I get "Couldn't download - Network issue" (note: this never happened with the old store).

Slower email confirmations is a thing I think now.. given the new store setup... so 10-15mins is normal.
