     Rod Wise Driggo , Did you try click on the update icon? I wasn't aware of that before but I read a while ago that clicking the update icon can help, and it has for me. Just saying incase you haven't tried that.

     

    Over the last couple of days, I have done that multiple times with no advantageous results at all.

    I can't think of anything about my account that would prevent an order confirmation to be sent, given that I still get forum email notifications.

    Sure, several times. Earn a nice and quite long progress bar animation but nothing else ;-) - As mentioned there's a JSON error it seems so unless DAZ is fixing no DIM downloads for me I'm afraid.

    Sorry that I couldn't help you, most people are probably aware of the update thing, but I just thought I mention it as it helped me. I did't have any downloads in DIM until clicking that icon. And when clicking the download through DIM after the purchase is done I get the download DIM, not a start of the program so I have to click one of the stuff in the order to get DIM to open. And some stuff doesn't download so I have to click many times. But I am glad it works at all, altough buggy. I hope the Store will be back to normal soon, well, better than normal that is lol.

I submitted a ticked yesterday and just got a reply that they are working on it. I replied that my latest order today was without an email also, no reply to that yet. Weird that the other emails from Daz gets through, but the ones I really need doesn't. 

    I'm getting forum notifications too, so maybe the order email is coming from a new email address that is different than the forum notification. It was surely different prior to the conversion, so could be a problem in setting it up. Thanks.

  • Just a note. The purchases I just made are not showing up in purchase date order. Only randomly with other recent purchases. I'm not going to search here to see if it's been mentioned already - my eyes are too messed up today to try reading that much...
    No biggie. Just another small problem to add to your list. I respect all the work the techs are doing! And the sales are amazing.

    I've been getting email receipts for all paid orders within a couple of minutes so far since the update, just tried with freebies only to see if that worked too, and also got a receipt within a couple of minutes here.  I have no spam or other filters in my email account so it may be some spam filter or whatever that is catching the new DAZ email address.

    I'm having that DIM json error too, but I also had it in the old store a couple of months ago, there they fixed it in two minutes after I reported it.  But maybe it's more complex in this case.

    Seems to affect a number of people including me, while it works for others.

    On the off chance this helps determine that there is a problem, I am not seeing anything in DIM, even though I've bought quite a few PCFAD items over the last couple of days. I tried manually downloading DIM and installing it, but that didn't change anything. I'm on Windows 10, FWIW

    I'm having that DIM json error too, but I also had it in the old store a couple of months ago, there they fixed it in two minutes after I reported it.  But maybe it's more complex in this case.

    More likely they are prioritizing stuff and fixing the site (i.e. bread and butter) outranks convenience at the moment. 

  • I'm having that DIM json error too. Started another thread and was directed to here.  I did try everything including stopping and restarting the associated content manager service.

    That probably always have priority for any company yes.  But DAZ is not really obliged to offer advanced services like DIM etc., it's just an extra (but probably for them profitable) bonus, so I can deal with it.

    I have checked my spam folder in my mail, and in the mail client and there is nothing there. And I don't know why my mail would stop Daz mails, it's terrible with stoping spam mail lol, I get spam mail all the time about contest I won that I didn't enter and such junk mail. So it would be weird if that is ok to not stop but an order confirmation from Daz is stoped? Just saying, to help Daz find the problem, in my case it's not in the spam folder, so it can't have been stoped because of a new adress, in that case it would be in the spam folder wouldn't it?

    I'm still having that DIM json error too - despite clicking to allow DIM up update (it closed itself and did nothing more). Refresh doesn't work either. I do have a very large amount of content (over 8,500 items installed in DIM).

    I manually downloaded a few purchases from yesterday and added them to DIM - they show up in "ready to install" so I tried downloading the thumbnails - nothing happened (the download green bar briefly appeared but no thumbnails appeared) - these are mostly old products from PCFAD, so I suspect the thumbs should exist. Obviously this is a minor problem compared to many others, but I thought I should report it.

    Finally, I picked up "Atonement" from PCFAD and clicked on Jack's PA name out of interest to check how much of his store catalog I'm still missing. I was surprised to see "Moon Gate" there as I knew I bought it years ago (I remember using it in an old contest entry). I checked my records and found I did buy it in October 2012. A search for "Moon" or "Gate" in my account Product Library did not find it, but putting in the product id number did - see attachments. I hope I'm not missing too many other products this way, because I can imagine accidentally re-purchasing! Is this a known problem?

    I should have added I was unable to post on the forum until now, so there may be many more who can't access to post about this problem.

    I'm going to suggest something a few of us do- get another forum member's email address so they can forward messages to the forums or customer service, asking for help for you. It's particularly useful if you get locked out of the site (can't sign in at all, get that looping round and round of signing in.)  You can't submit a ticket for help if you're locked out LOL!

  • I would like to give my money to Daz for the new cyberpunk bundle but keep getting "There was an error processing this request". Hopefully this is resolved before sale ends otherwise I wont give my money.

    I'm sure this has been mentioned by now (but I'm old and afraid I might not live long enough to read the whole thread) I'm being charged sales tax and never was before. I want to keep purchasing items, so will I get this money back as store credit? I t seems I should.  Thanks.

    Okay, DIM worked for long enough to download some stuff, but then returned to the 0 products available for download. I have a large library (8500+ items) and I saw something that people like myself might be more affected. However, downloading items manually took a lot of tries, larger files would repeatedly fail to download though the smaller ones were okay.

    I did finally receive the email confirming my paid order - though it's still weird that the orders for freebies got an email confirmation almost instantly and the paid order took a while.

    The PC+ annual membership is showing as owned for me, though it's still letting me add it to the cart - I'm a bit hesitant to check out because I don't know if it will correctly add a year to my membership which is due to expire in December, but I also don't know if it'll auto renew if I wait until then or not - previously it was renewing at a discounted price but I'm not at all clear if that'll still happen.

    There are still two "phantom" products in Still New, Vulcan Flyer: Warmaster Division and Skies of Economy Redux - Volume 4. Clicking on both products goes to the "Oops" page and attempting to add them to the cart from the Still New page seems to work, but they don't show up when going to check out.

    I've added some stuff to my cart and the prices are still messed up, plus it's showing every item as "owned", though whether that's a glitch from the Daz Deals extension or the Daz site itself I'm not sure. It might be because I have the PC+ annual membership in the cart?

    Same. Literally my thousands of interactive license has disappeared.

    And people like us pay more for the Interactive License than the product themselves, which is fair in my opinion.

    But with the disappeared license, it's very concerning and we don't want any legal problems with prodcuts that we have lawfully obtained the right to use.

    I'm seeing a lot a of the same issues posted.. please know that everyting is being reported, but it might be some time before everything is ironed out.

    Please take a moment before you post to just check and see if it's already been posted, and if it has, then don't worry about repeating it.. we're aware of all the issues and they're being worked through as time/energy allows.

    I appreciate this is frustrating.. but please be patient, and it will be sorted ASAP.

     

    CURRENT ISSUES:

    The bigger issues are getting ironed out - some remain, some are now more intermittent/user specific.

     

    Discounts (Price fluctuations in cart - ongoing)

    Please check the cart prices, not just the product page

    Wishlist quirks (could be Firefox related?)

    PC Sub renewal quirk

    DIM issues in general (incl purchases from the 1st)

    Gift Cards (Please file a CS ticket if you haven't received an email(s) with the code)

    Store messages/banners not being visible once closed

    PC Coupons (Currently offline and being investigated)

    Interatctive Licenses

    Everything else (filters etc, product list order, gallery and wiki still offline)

    Store credit page (Display etc)

     

     

    Work will continue on fixes during the day, so as things get resolved I will refine the list above.

    Hey Jack, Maybe I missed it, but I havent seen any response about the fact that Daz is recording credit card information without user permission. Could you acknowledge that?

    Or is this issue going to be further ignored?

       Is there anything about not being able to check out with a credit card?  I've been trying all day to buy a bunch of PC for a day items and it keeps coming up with an error.  I've tried logging out and then back in and, a different credit card.  No luck.  Oh well, money saved.

    Well, I'd like to enter my card info the same way as in the past. With store credit being suss and the drawbacks of Paypal, why would you take away the one problem-free method of payment?

    Same issue here. I ended up using an Amazon card, since I needed something for a project.
