Aubrey appears to have lost her new-item discount, a full week early. Showing full price both inside the cart and outside. (Also, I'm a PC member, so she shouldn't be showing a completely undiscounted price regardless of new item status.)
I just opened Aubrey's page and see all items discounted.
I was just setting up a gift card purchase, and I noticed that the sender and recipient e-mail addresses (form auto-fill which I just click through) had been changed from the one I usually put, and it ended in "google.cam". Yes, I spelled that right. What's up with that?
Wouldn't auto-fill be a function of your browser?
Edit: I have sites I go to that remembers responses I put in some fields. I once typed my name wrong and now it is listed in the responses to choose from when auto-filling.
Yes, but I have never, ever entered that string in any field on any form. Maybe those people who are not getting their confirmation e-mail double-check where their code went. Set up another gift card and verify the sender and recipient e-mail addresses. Could be nothing, could be more than nothing...
In the order confimation it shows what email was the sender and reciever, both are correct on my end. And still no code, BTW. I have already filed a ticket.
Completed the transaction, no problems, got my code within the usual minute or two.
Still no code for me.
If you have checked spam and still have no code, we can only ask that you put in a ticket if you haven't.

I also see no discount at all on Aubrey. Only happens for the character alone, all other items seems fine. But it happends on aubrey's page, on homepage and in cart.
The cache may not be clearing on everything, but the price does appear discounted in the cart. Please try again.
Just to confirm like everyone else, no gift card code. It filled in correctly, so it's NOT US. It's the site as usual. Already filed a ticket.
Funny, Mihrelle's DO stuff has lost its flash sale discount half an hour before Daz Midnight, at least when I'm logged in, I'm only seeing 30% DO discount, without being logged in it's still 50% flash sale discount.
With multiple sales on, please make sure to specify from which sale and the url where the product is found. Please remember, also, we are in that store changeover period now.
Several (all?) DOs in the Flash sale also just increased in price. Probably the new Platinum sale that interferes - non-DOs seem to keep the price.
I bought a gift card last night and received the code 2 minutes after order confirmation. Payed with PayPal. So it's not necessarily the site. It's probably a weird combination.
I just had to change my password because DIM stopped working and for some reason you had to change your password to get it going again. I'm wondering if the people who changed their password were the ones not getting the code?
Not me, I don't use DIM, the only different thing I did was use the stupid Oh-My-My 30% off coupon code to buy the gift card.

Had finally found what sale you were speaking about. It was before Daz midnight and, at least on my end, I still saw the discounts. It unfortunately got caught, for some, in the changeover period. 1) I suggest not waiting till the last hour to avoid frustration. 2) take screenshots with timestamps and contact Daz through the ticket system.

UGH! I never thought of gift cards as DAZ Originals! But I do now see it has the DO logo on the product page. Did you get the 30% off discount when buying the card?
I'll have to keep this in mind for the next open DO discount sale.

Yup, that particular code even worked on fast grab items, which was unexpected. I of course went for the gift card though. Kinda regretting it now. >:(
It wasn't a purple banner, it was on the main page carousel.

Was that Party Like You're Platinum supposed to be cycled out so soon? I saw that it said "Today only" with no indication that it was a flash sale, yet it seems to have been replaced by the "Oh My 1.99" sale. I don't recall it being there yesterday either, given I chose to skip over the "Build Your Own Bundle".
It started yesterday and ended at Daz midnight.
