It seems like DAZ is really pushing G8 Pro bundles lately -- One every week instead of one every other week. I'm not sure I can afford to keep up with that pace and I definitely will need my discounted gift card.
https://www.daz3d.com/operation-arrowhead-spy-kit-for-genesis-8-female has not lost its new status, and is not available in Sixus1's Featured Artist category in the new Sahira sale, despite https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-operator-hair-for-genesis-8-females with the same release date (19th March, according to the Read Mes - 62 days ago) and creator being available and no longer considered a new item.
(In fact, the entirety of the rest of https://www.daz3d.com/enemy-agent-bundle has lost its new status, although I don't believe any of the other artists involved are on sale as part of today's deal).

Possibly because the outfit was late, so as an individual product (rather than a promised part of the bundle) it may not quite be 60 days.
If that's the argument, then the Read Me needs updating to have the correct release date. As is, the given release date is the same as the rest of the bundle.
Well my gift card finally showed up. No apologies for the delay or anything. It just appeared in my email.

Ok, maybe I'm doing something wrong, but it seems like these sales should combine based on the wording. I have Sahira and 4 add-ons in my cart. I also have one new release from the 'Africa' set and one from the 'Oh My' set. I then have several items in my cart which count as both "$60 free Select DAZ originals" and either "70% Rains down select DAZ originals" or "1.39 PC+ Oh My". The ones from Rains Down are showing as free (ie, part of the $60 off) but the ones from "Oh My" are still 1.39. Should those not also be deducting $1.39 from the $60 total?
For deals where a specific price is mentioned, it is usually set to ignore other discounts.
I'm very very disapointed. It was only a sale from monday. It did not overlap with any other promo. Why was this removed so soon?
Tried to stack $1.99 (or $1.39) items from yesterday's sale with the free items/pro bundle purchase today but that's not working for me. Items show up as $1.39 and not counting as free though it shows up in the free list. Probably working as intended, but reporting in case it is not.
Intended or not to stack, there seems to be a problem. Adding those items at the $5 value, seems to work fine with the $60 off. But the moment i add the item to turn them into 1.39(or 1.99) the calculations goes all wrong. The 1.39 value do not counts in the $60, that as you said, is probably intended. But three seems to be still discounting something from the $60. This is an example cart: pro bundle + 4 addons. Yesterday trigger items and some of the 1.39 + Centaur 7 from today that i added just to make volume. Only 2 items get discounted for the $60 and are less than $40 in value so they should show as "$0", still this is what it calculates:
Its all down to the order in which things are applied. Reducing items to a particular fixed price seems to be the last thing applied, while removing an amount of dollar value is one of the first things applied. The effect of this is that prices can go from 0 to 1.39 or 1.99. Although it would be nice, today's and yesterday's deal will not stack.
I notice that https://www.daz3d.com/operation-arrowhead-spy-kit-for-genesis-8-female has now been added to the available items, but it seems to have lost all discounts (including its DO discount).
Good grief! But thank you, I feel so much better about myself! Yes the sales have to end... I am not sure if they run like this 365/yr or it's just during this pandemic period that the sales have gotten out of hand!

Event sales are really crazy, (March Madness, PA Festival, PC+ Anniversary, Holiday Rewards—in March, September, October, and December, respectively, roughly. The last three run near enough to back-to-back, I call them the end of the year sales trifecta!) but there is pretty much a new sale every day. And that's not including Flash Sales, Blink sales, "Couponia" sales, etc., which can happen at any time, and generally have nothing to do with the daily or event sales.

I have promised myself... gonna go cold turkey until I get my hands on a heavily discounted gift card as this is getting out of hand for me!

The problem lies in needing to keep a close eye on the store to find those heavily discounted Gift Cards. And while there are, occasionally, discounts that stack, it's still unusual to see discounts over 20%. I have seen 30% a couple of times in recent months, so perhaps 30% is "the new 20", but don't count on it.
One of the ways I have kept my spending down is to use Store Credit for everything, (except Gift Cards, of course,) so I purchase GCs whenever the discounts and my budget align. Then I treat Store Credit as if it's real money, because when I run out, I can't buy anything. I'm still a Daz-aholic, but it has helped. (I've spent as much, if not more, in the past five+ years, as hubby spent on a brand new Ford Fiesta in 2015. Shhhh… Don't tell him that!)
I tried that strategy as well but failed miserably :D
Then this week, after taking a look at my credit card statement, I noticed that I had spent WAY much more on DIGITAL clothes than on real life clothes and food... so I took a step back and decided it's the frozen turkey treatment until I can next get a 30-50% off gift card!
