Yes, but of course so far no response except the automated acknowledgement.. So now I have to wait to able to use the funds.
I've got twenty of the Oh My items in my cart and one of the new Oh My items, but they're all showing up as $5 still.
EDIT: Oh I needed a featured artist too, nevermind.
I chose a new item from today and an item from the list of artists for today and the PC+ for the day items are coming up at $5.00 not the $1.39. Any thoughts? Thanks.
They will only show the discounted price in the cart.
Both the Operation Africa Bundle and the Tribal Outfit have disappeared from the store. I hope it gets fixed and returned to the store soon.

Gift cards are DAZ Originals; but They are often excluded from discount offers on DOs. However, they were not excluded from yesterdays offer.
And still no gift card code or response (except the automated acknowledgement) to my ticket. At the very least it leaves me feeling I don't want to buy anything here. Maybe DAZ should give us a little something extra for all the hassle and delay.
Past experience would suggest the Oh My $1.99 sale is going to be live for more than one day, based on the fact there are new releases in the promotion. Though Daz has changed things up a bit over the past six to twelve months, (I've noticed the trend but didn't try to document, so I'm fuzzy on the timeline,) typically a sales promotion with new releases stays live for six days. Of course, some of those promotions were modified when a newer promotion conflicted. But there is hope the same offer will still be available tomorrow.
In the meantime, while still working from home, I'm quite sure Customer Service is hard at work trying to get everyone their money. I'm going to assume for every customer posting the lack of an email with code here in this thread, there are several tickets filed by people who don't frequent the forums. If the problem is as wide-spread as posts in here would suggest, I suspect CS is swamped.
Hopefully, everything will work out well in the end.

Add me to the list of Gift Card purchaser via PayPal and no code appearing after some time. I'll file a ticket, but it sounds like the only thing in common for us is using PayPal, although not everyone who uses PayPal had a problem.
I haven't been here long enough to know but how often does DAZ offer sales on gift cards? And how high have the discounts been? I have seen only the 30% off recently but that's coming from somebody who's been here for only about a month. I guess the biggest sales are at Christmas.
I'm not buying anymore when I still haven't gotten the code for the substantial gift card I bought yesterday.
@drmaximus Gift Card sales happen every few weeks (sometimes sooner).
30% off with no buy-in requirements was an extremely good offer and not seen very often.
Ah that's nice to know that it comes around once every few weeks. Hopefully a big one comes around soon even if it requires a sizeable purchase for up to 40-60% off gift cards. I hate keeping a long Wish List that gets choked up :D

That's a really high expectation that will most likely not be met under normal circumstances.

From the last couple month i have been here. I think the biggest was arround 34% and that was combing a couple discounts, buying a new item and sizable purches of credits. Smaller purchases still benefited nice, just not as much.
Not that long ago, just before honorary platinum ended, we had a 20% general discount (if you had all victorias) that combined with the 10% for PC+ members at that point provided a 28% Gift card discount no matter the size.
So yesterday 30% was the biggest i got myself.
I think i read somewere that just before March Madnes there was a 40% discount? That i think would be the biggest achivable, and is extreamly rare. Bigger than that (as in 50%+) would mean that Daz could potentially loose money if people purchase a (non DO) PA item with that credit.

That's a very helpful insight, thanks for sharing! I bought one during the other 30% sale (which required a buy-in) but burned through that in less than a week. The sales have gotten seriously out of hand in the last couple of weeks (I've been here for about a month). I bet the biggest days must be 14Feb, 4Jul and 25/26Dec.

$6 off of $18 PC code is not fully applying to today's 'Oh My' sale. It's only taking off a few cents...

Also thinking about that - it's been nearly a day, and I don't think anything is going to happen before opening time Daz, so almost another half day. Not that a refund will go much quicker I'm afraid...
