If Daz can't recreate the problem, it is difficult to do anything. I understand the frustration; it is equally frustrating for Daz when everything seems to be correct on their end. The fact that some don't see the featured stores discounting and others do, presents the problem in a nutshell. In this thread, we're seeing responses from people for whom Lolo is not working, so we don't know that it isn't working for others.
Lola it didn't work for me so I just emptied my cart. Sorry that its frustrating but you can't expect people to spend when your advertised offers don't work.
It might be worse than Lolo not discounting correctly. I'm a PC+ member and all the items in the "Build Your Own Bundle Sale" start with a 51% discounted price. When I buy five items I don't get the extra discount added to Lolo. But while writing up a ticket to get store credit for the difference I noticed the discounted prices for the other items didn't seem to work out as I expected either. My quick guess was that the math just uses 30% initial discount +65% additional discount regardless of the fact that the items start out with a 51% discount in the store.
Was up late (again!) last night so I'll probably go back to bed before finishing and openning the ticket later today.

Lolo still is not discounting. Ranger, the discount is actually working correctly, but the problem you're having is because Lolo isn't being recognized as one of the items in the "Build Your Own Daz Originals" list, so it's only counting that you have 4 qualifying items in your cart instead of 5, so it's giving you 50% off instead of 65% off.
Yep, Lolo not working for me too. Tried several browsers and different devices.
Ha! Funny that the math works out the same both ways. Thanks! Either way I took the time to open a support ticket so someone should look at it.

I have a purple banner. It says "Add the Frontline Heroes Bundle to your cart with an annual PC+ Membership and you save 40% OFF the purchase of your Membership."
In my cart there is just the Frontline Heroes Bundle and an annual PC+ membership.
The PC+ membership is not 40% off but still $70.
This is why I let my PC membership drop earlier in the year - so often sales don't seem to work. It is just frustrating.
All I can suggest is opening a support ticket.

The Love-May Cupon from the "All New Dial Control from Zev0 and Bitwelder" sale isn't working (I get a "coupon cannot be applied message).
I'm attaching both the promo I'm trying to use and the cart. I have a new release and three products from the artists. It was working during the weekend as I already had my cart assembled (but didn't check out) and now that I'm ready to check out it's not working.
Does it work if you add two more, to make exactly five items?

It still doesn't apply the coupon even if I add two more items from the artist's store selection. Not that it should, since the promotion doesn't require you to have 5 items, just "up to 5 items". Yesterday, the cart was working so it seems the coupon has been deactivated despite the promotion still showing in the rolling banner.

I usually get a gift card email link within seconds of an order, now it’s been 20 minutes. Anyone else with this issue?
Same here. I got the order confirmation, but no E-mail with the code.
I got the email in less than a minute after the order confirmation.
Me too. Did place two separate GC orders one hour apart and none of the emails arrived so far. Only received the order confirmation mails. Not sure if this is related to paypal checkout.
I used paypal as well, perhaps that's the issue.
Same issue here. I always receive the gift card codes after a minute or two but this time nothing. (payed with paypal)
I paid with paypal for a giftcard and received the code almost immediately, so I doubt it is only connected to paypal.
Still no code and it's been over an hour. *sigh* I guess I'll file a ticket.
Same here also. I paid with PayPal and haven't received my code.
ETA: Over an hour and STILL NO CODE ! Now instead of being able to spend it I'll have wait days for a ticket to be resolved. Definitely not happy !
