    Sorry I'm so late to the discussion, couldn't find the time to post - I reall need to say how much the product also reminds me of many, many housing blocks you can find in Berlin in the 'not suburbs but not city center either' areas (both former parts, so not just in the ex-Soviet controlled areas)  Like Matt shows here, I think the basis is a cheap building style from the 60s or something like that that was used all over Europe in variations. I'm so happy to find this on here, even if the quality really isn't all that great!

    I guess not. I can't answer for Kanji lettering, so my assumption was based on the right to left magazine formats I saw, and that when I was in Iwakuni in 1979-1980, there were multi-language Japanese/English signs posted in some places, even in the train station, where english words were spelled backwards (not mirrored) - under the Japanese text.

    Regardless of left-right order, this is a mirror error.

    This error is common in Xivon products.

    I believe you have witnessed the changes of history.

    I only saw Chinese characters written from right to left when I was a child. Because Chinese is traditionally written vertically, from right to left, horizontal writing is also done from right to left. Japanese and Korean should be the same; for a time, both left-to-right and right-to-left writing existed simultaneously. However, after Western culture spread throughout the world, right-to-left writing can only be seen in historical sites (or as a product of some ancient culture).

    After carefully inspecting it after purchasing it, I was amazed by the sheer number of details this product has. All the doors, windows, and cabinet doors can be opened; the refrigerator and microwave can be opened; all the faucets can be rotated; the clothesline on the balcony can be raised and lowered, and its switch can also be rotated; the rice cooker can be opened, its handle can be turned, and it even has an inner pot; even the toilet paper dispenser has a movable design.

    If the microwave knobs could turn, the clock could turn, and the lids of the kettle and all the bottles could be opened, that would utterly terrify me.

    When was the last time I saw such an intricately designed room? I don't recall. Please tell me about other rooms and houses with such incredible detail.

    Thank you. European apartments have always been on my list, but I didn't realize FirstBastion had such a beautiful apartment with a balcony and hallway, perfectly meeting my needs.

    I'm really happy to see FenixPhoenix's and Esid's FPE Magic Power Props. Not only it feels like the first "magic effects" set in a while, but also their products always have a lot of options. I mostly resolved to adding magic effects in postwork since a lot of existing products is either old or not the best quality, but that product might make me reconsider.

    This covers almost every kind of special effect, and it's rare to find one that includes rune patterns. My favorite is the slashing effect. Now I need to figure out how to piece together an order.

    I hope to release a martial arts-themed version in the future; it would be fantastic if it were in the style of traditional Chinese ink painting.

    @joanna and @Asucafe, thank you for the support! At first, this product was supposed to be small and have double the props, but I went crazy with textures, so we ended up splitting it into two packs. The second pack was submitted last week, and it does include at least 2 ink like options for one of the props! The effects leverage displacement a lot, so you can get different results just by playing with the displacement of each option. 

    Also, some of these will be hard to see in the viewport, so using the cartoon view to pose them will help you out! :)

    And I can't get over the length of her neck. She's a really nice character, but that neck...! And I know I could use morphs to make it shorter, but... yeah, that neck!

    I heroically resisted for a whole day, but then FPE Magic Powers Props somehow found their way into my cart... ;-) I already own loads of Magic stuff, but when FPE does something like this, I just can’t resist. The design and the endless possibilities for variation are always worth the money. I’m already really looking forward to the second part!

    Well T3D Sylvie does indeed have a long and also thin neck, compared to her T3D sister Mila.  And she can produce a nice smile if you push the right button.

    @memcneil70 and @caravelle, thanks for your support! I didn't do it with this pack (because I didn't think about it), but pairing the FPE Magic Powers Props with ghost lights to create light without having to increase the luminance value of the props (since then you lose some of the texture details) gives fantastic results. I will see if I can re-do one of the promos to showcase this and post here as an example.
