Unique is certainly the word. Seems to be mostly stuff that's been there for the last few days plus one new item. indecision

I liked the boots - although won't indulge in the expansions - and that JaMaRe tunic but wishlisted. I think I am going to buy some of their older things. Their page has a lot of rarities for Daz. Lots of G8/8.1/9 in one set. There's historical medieval (especially for males/male presenting) clothing. Some is everyday modern, and shocker - the lingerie is actually lingerie that is NOT super extreme/super skimpy skimpwear; it looks like stuff a real person might wear for a romantic night.

If you like the boots, you might want to take a look at: https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-cb-narel-clothing-set-for-genesis-9

Props to @CynderBlue for the note on the texture-bundle (great to see): https://www.daz3d.com/cb-narel-boots-for-genesis-9-8-and-81-with-leather-suede-and-alligator-texture-expansion-bundle

(I own the clothing set and they work great together; I've a slowly-growing collection of the artist's other gear smiley)

How did I miss that outfit? The bodysuit? Monokini? isn't my thing but I love that sheer overrobe! Also grumbling at myself because the Outlet changeover slipped my mind & I was going to get https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-cb-apollonia-clothing-set-for-genesis-8-and-81-females. Do you have it? I wonder how well it works as conforming

No I don't have the Apollonia dress but can confirm that the cb-narel-clothing looks as good as the promos suggest (the bodysuit included... but I appreciate it's a bit risque wink)  and from other items I do have, would guess the Apollonia will fit just as well too

I just recently had to do a bunch of housecleaning on the drives. Drat these $2.50 things .. plus most of my wishlist is now sufficiently discounted to demand consideration.

Some days are just too good to be - financial viable. Glad that I stocked up when the Gift Card was at 81%.

Note also that the 20% for new items for the two recent events do stock, together with the 40% of today for your wishlist if you have the necessary two items each wishlisted.

Well, I was pleasantly surprised this morning. One heck of a sale, even if geared towards G9. I thought, I won't get another chance, so I snagged all the G9 HD bundles for $2.50 each. Most of the wardrobe items should convert OK to G8. I picked up the Bank scene as the buy in.

  • WendyLuvsCatzWendyLuvsCatz Posts: 41,234

I really wanted to add all the HDbundles too, but even that cheap, I still need to pay my electricity bill to render it all devil

Amazing sale! I nearly cleared my wishlist (only 5 items left) and also picked up several $2.50 bundles. Noiw my only problem is what am I going to do with 91 tokens (including 31 from today's  purchase) I am about sopped out and anyway I spent nearly all of July's budget..

This deal is fantastic, but considering the hard drive space, I really have to delete a lot of things from my shopping cart.

    https://www.daz3d.com/blender-tv-studio-daz3blender-edition

Is this really that simple and easy to use? The instructions even mention AI rendering? I really don't want to buy these kinds of add-ons that require complicated methods to use. For me, once there's a problem with this type, it's hard to find a solution. Products like HeadShop and LOD that require help outside of DAZ really deter me.

Can this product be used with G8.1?

The discount is a perfect match for the first day's "80% off* up to 5 with any New Release over $1" offer.

  • Great sale between the $2.50 sale and the 40% off the wishlist, which was great after wishlisting a bunch of stuff over the last two days.  Now I just need to figure out what to do with a talking hot dog.

Can this product be used with G8.1?

It's using geoshells, so it'll require fixing the usual problems you get when you're using a Genesis 8 geoshell on Genesis 8.1:

It seems this will significantly increase the workflow, so I guess I'll have to give up for now. I can't believe how scarce "make up" is in g8.1.

    Thank you for your answer.

Well, as always, it boils down to new releases. There's nothing today to that I would ever use (plus one PA on my no-buy list), so the incentive to buy, especially that I don't have an orange banner to soften the blow, is much lower. If there was anything remotely interesting in new releases today, or if they did "any $+12 new release," I'd be much more inclined to play, because $2.5 for 25 items is a crazy good deal... Until you have to fork out $12 for something that isn't even on the "might use it some day" spectrum.

Aside that, definitely good deal today. Maybe tomorrow brings something equally interesting with a better selection of buy-ins. :)

I was looking at that first product too, I was always unsure of it because of how heavily it appears to rely on internet/cloud for features and updates, and I think this is the third rebrand now? But the premise is appealing. $2.50 is probably worth a go.

Second product seems to be based on geoshells, have a look at this. Short answer is yes, it should work but there are some steps to learn.

I think I'll skip the complex plugins that require time to learn for now, since there's always another sale.

This time, I'm considering buying https://www.daz3d.com/mesh-grabber-bundle-win. Since my membership is about to expire, maybe I absolutely have to buy this? While I'm at it, I'm also adding some plants from vikike176 to my cart. When I first came here to shop for plants, vikike176's trees were the ones that caught my eye the most, but I never bought them. Now, with enough experience, I can tell that these are definitely the products that best suit my needs. There are many plant products here, but those with a Zen-like design are rare.

In addition, I took advantage of the promotional offers from the day before yesterday and selected five excellent products at great value, as well as two new items with significant discounts. My store credit is almost depleted, and I'm sure there will be even better promotions to come.

too hard to pass on for sure @ 2.50 ... but I have to pare down even from $60. Too bad it doesn't stack.

On first glance I didn't see anything of interest.

But I ended up buying bundles for characters like Lucas 9, Charlie 9, Bishop 9, etc.

Those were an incredible deal at $2,50 per bundle.

Now let's see if I finally start Making Art again?!

If anyone is still browsing, if you already have a Semiquincentennial new release in your cart to shop The Best 250 category, that satisfies the buy-in for Featured Artist Stores on the other two sale tiles, allowing you to stack 80% off up to 5 + the 40% if they're wishlisted, from each sale.

(Same deal as today's sale, just gives you more artists to choose from)

I like Arryn clothing and jewelry. But the Elowen promos: I had to track down the jewelry in her promo: https://www.daz3d.com/vrv-talia-jewelry-for-genesis-9-81-and-8 . I might pick up Elowen someday.

Likewise the strand-based short hair is a wishlist builder.

The 250 sale is a great sale if you dont already have most of the items... unfortunately, that's usually the problem with "best seller" sales, and in my case there are only three (3) items in the sale that I don't already own, plus one character bundle where I don't own one item.
