    Is this a new install, or did you have it before?  If it's new, then look in the zip file, following the path in the error message in the log.  Armwarmer-BL.ds might not exist.  The file may be named differently, or it may be fictional.  Report it.  This is not your fault, sometimes these things are leftover from a previous version, and they made some fixes and changed a file name, or eliminated the file, but didn't change the manifest, so it's still looking for that file.

    If it is a product update...look at my suggestions above.

    I downloaded through dim RDNA FUngi and RDNA mushroomz but the prodicts aren't showing up. I tried reimporting their meta data but couldn't find their numbers listed.

    Greetings,

    I'd bought Melody on RuntimeDNA as a way of getting to the Fox & Wolf characters, back in 2012.  When Melody and Micah showed up here, the price was such that I figured even if I'd bought Melody already, grabbing Micah for that price would be great.  I did recall that it required RTEncoding to decode, but I hoped that would be handled during the transition.

    Turns out it hasn't, unfortunately.  Today I was given a refund for the Melody and Micah bundle I'd bought here.  They're working on fixing it, but since it's not usable in its current state, they've evidently decided to refund folks who bought it here.

    I understand this, entirely, and I appreciate it.  I do hope, very much, that they do turn it into a proper A3 morph.  The big advantage the Capsces/Littlefox Fox & Wolf has over the Genesis foxy and wolfie is that it has an actual muzzle.  I do have it in my runtime still, I believe, so I suppose it doesn't matter hugely, but I do look forward to an 'official' version.

    Given that the refund came as a surprise to me, I thought I might share with folks that they're still looking over this stuff, and while they want to fix it, and I trust that they will, it's not ready yet.

    I bought the bundle. Dixie for A3 that I suppose migrated in the same pack is in my product library. Then, the problem ar melody and micah, single or bundle.

    It is my understanding that they will be decoded. I submitted versions of Furries without encoding or PMDs. Probably just take a bit to repack with updated versions.

    I just got an email from DAZ saying that the item was unworkable, and was issued a refund. (Actually I had forgotten I had already purchased it at RDNA so that's cool.) It goes on to say "We will be updating this item and re-releasing that asap."

    So, I guess we wait for Melody and Micah to get updated.  At least, now we know there will be an update sometime.

    Take a look at the log.  (I am assuming you use the DIM).  After your attempt and the failure message, open the log and go all the way to the bottom.  You will see the error with a little more detail.  For example, it will show which file it was extracting that caused the failure.  sometimes it's a file that doesn't exist in the archive (zip file) and so it chokes and fails.  sometimes it was something you already had installed and maybe it was before changing a hard drive.  This happened to me recently.  I upgraded to Windows 7 Pro when they were ending support for XP.  So, things were being reinstalled.  But I had my drive with the runtimes on it still.  I find that when you do a new OS sometimes the drives that were there before are all set to read only.  So, to check this out, I looked at the log, saw the file that it failed on, went to the folder and saw that older versions were there (this was for an update) and they were read only.  I changed that, then deleted all the old files, and ran the DIM again, and it worked.

    Thanks, will check the log. I'm aware of the disk problems when upgrading to a newer OS, I've actually had to reformat drives to get the permissions set right. Not the problem here though.

    I wouldn't mind downloading updated versions, though I'd be much calmer if the migration and merged purchases list was complete first.

    I don't kow where they got the main promo from, but it has nothing to do with Sugar for A3...

    Anyway, that outfit was split in two products originally: the main one with the dress, and the expansion with the accessories (jewelry, parasol and sleeves). And there was a budle with both packs.

    It seems like the budle and expansion got transfered, but not the one with only the dress, and expansion was tagged as an add-on for the bundle and not the dress.

    Yes, I was actually comparing it to the bundle and it included the same promos and items/textures, so I didnt see anything new. And the main promo didn't make any sense either. Ok, confusion cleared up, thanks!

    The "Furries for..." extended morphs for Melody and Micah are certainly taking their time arriving.  Obviously, not your fault, Beth.  But given the half price sale RDNA recently had seems to be over, maybe that's a sign they may s**n (Mom!  Bill typed the "S" word!!!) appear in the store here and in  customers' product list who already purchased them.

    The metadata is, in general, being worked on - I usually see updates when I connect.

    Any word yet on filters for the Product Library page to make it easier possible to find the RDNA transfers? I think I have all of my purchases moved over now, but when the only way to check is to try each one individually...

    Interesting...

    For "shiggles", I tried entering a few speific items.  I can state with certainty that only my "base" Melody and Micah figures are listed, but none of the "Furries" add-on morph and texture sets.

    I still don't have Lucian hair even though it has even on the store for weeks. How long does it take for accounts to update? I too have about 8 updates from runtime dna but that one never showed.

    Hmmmm I haven't seen a single upgrade in Smart Content "updates" of RDNA stuff yet.
