    I would wait to see what happens. It took a day or 2 for an item I purchased at RDNA to show up as purchased in the Dazs store. Luckily I didn't have any money at the time as well as have other more important things to buy currently, else I may have purchased it again by accident.

    I had it marked in my wishlist and was checking prices durring MM and saw that the cart icon had changed to the download cloud button.

    Melody and Micah are here, I own them but are not display in my product library or labeled as purchased in their shop page.

    ​Melody and Micah Bundle shows up in the Items ordered, but doesn't have an option for Install Manager. Also the Download button takes you to your Product Library, but there is not option to download there. I think this one still needs some work.

    Ah, then it is question of time. Just now I am seeing  sku numbers jumped to  30000 from 24000...wow!

    I'm wondering, now it's being sold by DAZ, if the Melody and Micah Bundle ​still needs to be RTE Encoded. DAZ could you repackage this to make it more practical (and downloadable/installable by the Install Manager)? ​Now's your chance to fix this.

     

    BTW: still not showing up anywhere.

    Yes, the two figures still seem to be set up to need RTEncoder to create the actual .cr2 files — which means DIM can't install them in a workable state.

    Hold on, I just noticed Harmony (the fancy outfit for Melody/A3) is showing as purchased like it should. Wonder how big a problem this is going to be?

    Funny it's still encoded, LLF posted on facebook that it was supposed to be without RTE encoding...

    I just bought the Melody & Micah bundle but it isn't listed in my Product Library. Other items I bought are there though.

     

    Should I put in a ticket or wait?

     Check if it's connect only! I removed the "context" option in my Connect tab and everything appeared in it's place.

    I just checked, still not available to download in any format. I did find my old copy and was able to re-install. Luckily I still had an old RTE Encoder, the RTE site referenced in the docs seems to be down.

    I wonder... now that we have Melody/Micah and one of the clothes sets that came out with them, will we see any of the other texture and morph expansions? I think I got all of them at RDNA, but there was at least one texture set that was retired from sale just before I wanted to get it.

    I wonder even more... would there be any chance of new ones?

    I assume the downloads were removed so that they could be rebuilt to not require RTEncoder.

    I don't know when it happened, but Diamond finally showed up in my product catalog!  Now, I can use the Carousel Pack I just got!  Still waiting for Micah and Melody to show up as purchased.  I think that is the only one so far that I am missing of what has come over so far.

    Can anyone confirm whether Lady Littlefox's Infamous Bundle for A3 has actually been made into an encrypted item? I nearly bought it just now until I noticed the little note in the store page. Wishlisted for now, until I find out.

    I bought it at RDNA - and it does show as Purchased in the store - and it does NOT show in DIM or in my Product library here at the store ...

    It is weekend, so we will have to see what comes out of that ...

    The items that make up the bundle are all regular download, so I guess that the bundle is just labelled incorrectly. As it's PC+, drop Jack Tomalin a PM, so he can have it fixed quickly.

    Allow up to three working days for them to appear in your history here, if they don't then open a support ticket. We have been told it will take one to three days, so most should appear in less than three days.

    The problem, or one of the problems I can see: Melody and Micah are not here in the store as single items, just the Melody and Micah Bundle - and I didn't buy the bundle, I bought them individually ...

    I get "Install failed" for Kiki Clothing Pack 1. Tried to delete package and re-download but no luck. Other stuff installs fine. Zip tests OK and manual install works fine. Anyone else?

    Take a look at the log.  (I am assuming you use the DIM).  After your attempt and the failure message, open the log and go all the way to the bottom.  You will see the error with a little more detail.  For example, it will show which file it was extracting that caused the failure.  sometimes it's a file that doesn't exist in the archive (zip file) and so it chokes and fails.  sometimes it was something you already had installed and maybe it was before changing a hard drive.  This happened to me recently.  I upgraded to Windows 7 Pro when they were ending support for XP.  So, things were being reinstalled.  But I had my drive with the runtimes on it still.  I find that when you do a new OS sometimes the drives that were there before are all set to read only.  So, to check this out, I looked at the log, saw the file that it failed on, went to the folder and saw that older versions were there (this was for an update) and they were read only.  I changed that, then deleted all the old files, and ran the DIM again, and it worked.

    Although I have tried several times to redownload, I repeatedly have "install failed" for the Bad Attitude Outfit Bundle. The log message is:
