I got 82% off a small bundle of things (over half from my WL) a new artist-store release and the cheapest New Release I could find to stack.
Over the month I spent about $40 more than "budgetted" for a total of 79.5% discount = It's been "a bit of an odd" sale, I think

Yeah, definitely won't miss it. But more in the "don't let the door hit ya" vibe.
Crazy savings, but only because my wallet stayed shut for the most part. I spent less than $15 for the whole month. I like the stuff I got, and in fairness I spent even less in February and November, but still.
I guess it counts if plodding monontony can drive a person mad?
Most of the March Madness sale went by without me getting much whatsoever, but this past week has been sooooo spendy. Some really great new releases paired with some really nice prices on older stuff.... and just like that, I'm back to feeling like a DAZaholic again.
I picked up 386 items starting on February 24th, which I think was the beginning of this madness. More like mania than manic since today is my fun day.

Yeah... this March has definately been the most expensive month I've had at DAZ. I've cleared a good chunk of my wishlist, and picked up a slew of items I didn't even know I wanted. I just wish the Genesis 8 and 8.1 figures would come down a bit more in price, they're the bulk of what's left on my wishlist. <BIG HINT for next sales idea!>
So, I inadvertently let my gold star lapse this weekend. No point in today's sales without it.

Even with extra patience, the madness has been absurd this year. Got a lot of long-wishlisted things I'm excited to use.
I missed it...I can't find it
It's been mostly a win for me. Picked up some interesting products, while I've been happy with the March character bundles released, too (I judge a month extremely critically on the character bundles, it's the main driving force of my spending).
The only thing I didn't like was the Gold Star promotion. I had to make sure I bought things on a regular basis, and I quickly ran out of the daily Mad items that had any semblence of interest. The really only saving grace has been Filatoon, which can make some of those older-resolution envronments easily usable without being concerned about updating textures. I just accepted that I had to dump $1.99 on something to make sure I had a Gold Star in the hope that within the next two days, there would be something I wanted to really buy. On a principle I didn't like that, but it allowed me to get some cool stuff, so I begrudingly admit it worked out.
For AsuCafe and all the others who have lost the gifts of April 1, the small ball of the calm is available on the presentation page of the April Freebie Competition, for the islands I don't know.
