Product library is not longer working.
The product list is correct, but when you click on a product the page that gives the product content, its size, etc, and that allows to directly download the product is blank....
Working OK for me ( IE11, Firefox).
Works for me (Windows 10 Pro, Firefox 84.0.1

I have problems with product libraries for every product. The product page is blank, either when called from the product library or from download in the product page.
Logging out or restarting firefox does not solve anything.
Indeed, it started yesterday. All the product pages became blank for a couple of hours and there was this problem with the product library. Now, it is OK for product pages, but the PL problem remains.
Maybe I can file a ticket, but if I am the only one to have this problem, it should be difficult to reproduce.
Although this problem has existed since the new store was impelmented I don't believe it has been brought up before:
Showing the recipients name and email address for a gift card in the cart may result in this sensitive information being exposed in public when screen shots of the cart are used in the forums to illustrate problems.
I finally found the problem. I was browsing on a laptop with a small screen and I probably zoomed the display a bit too much. As the result the product description part, that probably has a minimum width, was displayed at the end of the page and was blank on its usual place at the top right. By scrolling I could find it.
So no problem at all. It was my fault. Thanks for your help.
Thank you for telling us what happened ... it may happen to somebody else and now we know a possible solution.
By the way: it looks like the "random product shown if after a search you have only 1 result which is an owned item"!
I searched for "empress dynamic", got 0 results - unticked the hide items I own box, yay! There it is!

This has been happening with multiple products now, but some of the stuff that I've purchased recently from the Daz3D.com store is still showing as available to purchase on the various sales pages, even though I've already bought it.
The Tara 8 World Adventurer Bundle is one of these. AND, if I go to the product page, note that I only show as owning 3 of the items despite the bundle showing as purchased. See attached pic.
Thankfully, I am still able to download all of the items on the product library page for the bundle, but ATM I have to go to the invoice or my Product Library to access the download page (note lack of download link button at the top, and clicking purchased just adds the bundle to my cart again). Note that I've been doing manual downloads for a while now as my rendering system is isolated from the internet.

I grabbed this one a few days ago as well (noticed this today when adding freebies to my cart), shows as purchased on the product page, but in the shop pages it doesn't show as owned, and I can add it to my cart again. This one's a freebie, but a number of the other items are not, which increases the chances that I might end up buying something twice...
The Tara 8 WA bundle being one example of something that is showing as 'not owned' in the shop pages, even though I've purchased it already (and yes, the 'hide items I own' box is checked on these shop pages, no such box exists on the sales pages to begin with')
So yeah, the shop is not correctly reflecting what I've purchased recently (say in the last 2-3 weeks) on the shop pages with a few products, and the 'Purchased' button, when clicked on he product store page allows me to add the item to my cart again... and if I click on the 'add to cart' button on the shop/sales pages, unless I actually go to the product store page, I'll have no idea that I've already bought something...
This really needs to be fixed...

There's been about 40 new items since then. Try a hard refresh (is it Ctrl-F5 on Chrome, like everyone else?). If you have Win10, try the built-in Edge browser to see if it makes a difference.

Clear the cookies from Chrome (just for DAZ, no need to purge everything, unless you want to).
Does anybody know if there is a way in your account pages to generate the sending of a confirmation email for orders here at Daz. About every 3rd order I don't get the confiirmation email.
No, there isn't. It's supposed to happen automatically by default, but the Daz store isn't functioning normally right now.

It would be nice if the order page in your account would actually show the price charged for each item.
There is a workaround for that: click on Print Order ... then hit Esc, if you don't want to print it. But you could do a screenshot (or, depending on browser and addon, do a print to pdf thing).
Thanks Kerya, that works but the text is so large I'll have to do multiple screenshots and paste them together. Or just make sure to not buy more than 1 page worth items. ;-]
If you are using Firefox, there are some addons to "print to pdf" ...
Maybe this will help the powers that be, but in checking closer, it seems (so far) when I have a Gift Card in the order is the only time it fails to send emil confirmation.

That is exactly my experience, too. The only order email I missed during the holiday sale was the one where I bought a gift card.
Doesn't Windows come with a PDF printer driver by default now?
Yes it does, my old printer didn't work with windows 10 so I didn't have a printer connected to my computer but always had the option to print to PDF in windows which I did alot of.
AFAIK I've got email confirmations for all orders except possibly one (need to go through them all to check), also those including or for a gift card (7 gift cards in all).
Just compared the number of orders and email receipts, I've actually placed 68 orders after the store update but only received email receipts for 61. ISP spam filter turned off completely so I'm getting all mail.
i don't know if it already was talked but the "new store license prices is being displayed wrong on products with the tag "new" they show they normal price when acessing they "product page", the discount is only applied in the cart, old products(not taged as new) seens to be working fine but.
That's why it is SO nice that now the gift card numbers are on the Completed Order pages :-)
