The "OPEN-GIFT" coupon wasn't for a free item, it was a "20% off one item" deal on December 23rd and 24th (but only for a single use).
The "DAZ-CHRISTMAS" coupon was for a free item from the linked selection (which includes GraffitiWorx) - it was first offered on December 25th and repeated on both December 26th and today (again only a single use). So if your Iray GraffitiWorx was free, it must have been the DAZ-CHRISTMAS coupon you used?

....tried doing so in all upper case, title case (first letter uppercase), and all lower case yet I get the same message. Not sure why as I know I never used it, unless a purchase I made is not showing up on my orders page as all other free items from the 25th to the beginning of the week are the special holiday ones that have no product page. Odd.
Just fyi, there are 'new' items in Fastgrab [but not at Fastgrab prices of course].
Can not access forums on desktop computer that uses Chrome. Get a 400 Bad Request when clicking on forums link up top. Get same when trying to comment. Can read one page of thread when clicking on link in email from the notification bot but get the bad request when clicking to go to next page.
In other words, CANT ACCESS FORUMS WHEN USING CHROME. Would like to know why. Am using iPad to comment here cos I can’t comment any other way.
woukd also like to know if this thread regarding the problems that are STILL happening from the new store software is actually still being read and acted upon.
I'm using Chrome without an issue. It's safe to assume that SOMETHING's happening, but with the same effect as nothing's happening. Maybe they decided to leave well enough alone until next year.
I've had no problems with Chrome, either. I think it may be global location that is involved somehow. I have no idea how or why, but it's one of the only things I can think of. I'm wondering if the new "cloud" provider is not as entrenched in all global markets. Or perhaps their bandwidth is limited in some areas.

...the only issues I've had with Chrome is it freezing up now and then and giving a "not responding" message which I need to do the three finger salute to clear. Otherwise, no issues with the forums here..

Daz's Quality Control's always good for a chuckle when it comes to metadata. Never expected them to moon us, though.
Lovey Bear has got new SKU (formerly 2151) so it's no longer showing as purchased if you purchased it with the old SKU.

Thanks for the heads-up. I wonder if giving it a new SKU was a mistake. That product page says: "This is an update. If you have previously purchased SS Lovey Bear, reset your download for the updated files."

This is not new. It was released with the new SKU a while back. it automatically showed up in the DIM and My Product Library, I think. It's been a while. I think they added new textures, perhaps some Iray, I can't remember.

If you buy a product, I consider it to be ridiculous if that product is not in your DIM, NOR in your Product Library. ZERO TRACE except in your orders. Customers should not have to go line by line through their orders and check to see if everything is in their Product Library.

I did a search for Character Mixer for Genesis Figures, and then with ALL also in the title, as the URL indicates, both in the Product Library and DIM.
It was NOT in DIM, and NOT in Product Library. My gosh, I wouldn't have caught it except I wanted to use it. This is hiding a product in TWO OUT OF THREE PLACES where that product should be. I don't go to my Orders to find a product, I go to DIM and Product Library.. Please get this (Blankety blank) store, DIM, and Product Library fixed!!!!!
See if yours is listed in your DIM and Product Library. Right before this fiasco, Jenna 8 wouldn't download, along with several other products. Edit- So when I go to the ORDERS and click on it, it appears in the Product Library. THEN when I do a search in that Product Library, NOW it shows up in search. This is so screwed up.
It is a new sku and not an update ... yes, the old one had an update "This is an update. If you have previously purchased SS Lovey Bear, reset your download for the updated files."
So from SS Lovey bear to "Lovey Bear Re-energized".
Now it is simply a change of the SKU from 2151 to 13280, which breaks the "Purchased" button.
It's not new that it has a new SKU - it's been like that for ages (although its release date is September last year - I thought it had been around about as long as the SKU suggests, and that there had been forum discussion at the time)
Yes, according to my records it was already updated when the SKU changed, as the screenshot shows.
I'm not sure what to think. "Lovey Bear Re-energized" is in my product library page showing an order number and date. The Order shows it was bought as SKU::2151 on 2018-04-01. There's no "View Product Page" nor "Product Sku:" displayed on the product library page. The '_products' var in the javascript says it's SKU:2151. product data changes that the store software can't handle are frustrating.
And I'm confused by the need for a SKU change. Is it that SKU:2151 has been retired and SKU::13280 is a new product? What's that mean for updates going forward? Why change a SKU when there's no sw change necessitating that change?
If we still own "Lovey Bear Re-energized" shouldn't they either add it as the new SKU to our product list or change the SKU number in our history? (not being a fan of revisionism I'd prefer the former)
I'll probably open a ticket after I sort out what I'm having for lunch. The product library page missing the SKU number and link to store page should be fixed at least.
At some point as fas as I know, all my products were in my Product Library. Now the occasional one is still listed but the actual product page does not display. Nothing to download either. The java box with the circle thing appears [as though loading a page] and that's it. I put in a ticket concerning one product - it's a product that was shuffled around to be as part of a bundle. I noticed that it is being put into more than one bundle. So I'm getting rather leery about purchasing any of these bundles because what is happening to the products already in our Product Library?! They are not supposed to disappear.
OK, Lovey Bear Re-energized is in my Product Library. However, no product page link. When I search for the new SKU, it does not show it as owned on the product page. This is disturbing. I wonder if they'll do this with other items, or have already done this. I agree, it makes no sense to change the SKU if the product is not new. My order was in 2010.

That has happened to soem people, I'm not sure if it's meant to be resolved in geenral and yours is a special case or if it is still hanging in geenral. Please open a ticket in case it requires individual attention.
Thank you, and yes I had done so. Support is trying I guess but so far wild guess they don't know why this is happening. Wanting me to try different browsers etc. My mind figures if this browser can download item A, it can download item B -- if item B ever shows up again. That doesn't sound like a browser problem to me.
update: it does not work in Microsoft's E either.
I have over 100 products in that condition. I submitted a help request 6 days ago. They haven't gotten to it yet, though.
Possibly they are looking at making a general fix then. Fixing them all at once. What gets me is that it wasn't broke before so why now?
Sounds like the same boiler-plate answer to every problem. Oh, and I was going to remove some of the unnecessary quotes, as you should do with forum ettiquette, but NOW they screwed up the forums too, and your comment as you're typing it is on a separate page. You can't see who said what easily with all these nested comments. So I just deleted all of them. This reply has to do with that "try a different browser" solution.
Once a condition persists for an extended period it is described as "chronic" and is no longer viewed as treatable. Have we reached that point?
I sure hope not 'cause yes, it's affecting their business.
