    Daz English again. "Extra" should not have been included. Otherwise, the discount on Daz Originals (which includes Gift Cards and PC+ memberships going by the ad copy) is 45%. Thus, we would expect---if we were ignorant of Daz's language barrier---forty-five percent off and another twenty percent off the difference. This is not the case because it's Daz English. It MIGHT mean what it says, but it probably doesn't.

    I can't agree, this is plain English with no special rules or by-laws required.

    Plain English but not good English. The issue lies in the clumsy sequence of the phrases. Although it can be understood what is meant, it can be misleading. One added phrase would have eliminated confusion.

    Doesn't work for me either although yesterday it did but reverted to the full price before I could check out.  Trying today with new :debut: items still don't work

    Only thing I can imagine it that for whatever reason the store think either that you're  not in the group of people who can use it (but that should be "all users", so I don't see why), or that you already used it (again, I don't see why, but well...)

    WOW...i WENT IN AND DELETED/CLEARED CACHE, ETC. Selected basically the same pro bundle packs. applied coupon..it came up invalid. 

    I then logged out and put the stuff in cart. IT WORKED !!!  so it appears it thinks I already used it or something? Is there a way to know?

    Never mind all the items just changed on that pages,. And according to this line  on the offer

    There are 2 coupons, one (SPECIAL-GIFT) for free select starter bundle with no other condition, the other (SPECIALER-GIFT) for free select pro bundle with purchase of 2 new items.

    The screenshot you posted was a pro bundle with the SPECIALER-GIFT coupon, so it's missing the 2 new items.

    New item from the absolutely FREE* starter bundle with Coupon Code: SPECIAL-GIFT  list  & still giving me the same coupon not valid same as yesturday. I did say I was getting this error with both offers

    Well, I tried it all kinds of ways clearing cache changing computers used different browsers but to no avail.  I think because I had the code in my cart but never checked out is what caused the problem.  This is a new thing because I have always done that but never lost the coupon

    Well several people who said it didn't work today said they tried it before, so that could be linked. It's surprising though, since you didn't make any purchase it shouldn't have counted it... Unless it flags it as "used" when you put it in your cart not when you checkout.

    PS: Mistletoe and Skies 4 are getting their additional 20% off, so that's good news

    PPS: Thanks for the Olympia 7 Starter bundle. Since I don't buy the big bundles as a rule it was a treat!

    The store is glitchy, to be expected. Most of the time before you report it, Daz is aware of it because currently they're tweaking things. I don't envy them trying to fix this mess, but they really do seem to be trying.

    I don't think Skies of Economy Vol. 4 counts for the cart anymore. The offer requires either Debut or Still New releases, not just any new release, so you'd have to pick items from the debut category on the sale page and the Still New Releases page. That one isn't listed, they get pushed off by newer additions after a couple of days or so.

    I don't envy the person who made the call to have the new software go live before it had been adequately tested.  Nor do I envy the PAs who lost launch-day sales because people decided not to bother.
