    Yea, everyone has worked around the clock on this.. and I think everyone is getting some shut eye shortly.

    Before you turn in, be aware that Gift Cards are not being accepted. I buy everything with Gift Cards so until that comes back, I will not be buying anything. Now, I realize that DAZ already got paid when the gift card was first purchased, but the sooner I use up this gift card, the sooner I will spend money to buy another gift card ;) wink, wink ;)

    My store credit total is OK in one place now, but the details are still wrong. Balance one place is over $169 (correct) and in the details (-$3.98). And as someone else mentioned, the date/time is now 6 hours different than it used to be with no explanation why.

    Exactly the kind of stuff I'm seeing.

    And my PC+ membership is suddenly unavailable too. Consequently, the supposed products at $1.99 can always wait for I try to buy one of them. I took quickly the time to come this morning, like I have few time these days. I'm very disappointing.

    It's starting very badly with the new shop...

    I certainly hope so. I had a number of things in my cart, like the Stache Bundle, that are now gone. Warrin has vanished from Mousso's page, and I really wanted that character. As of right now, I've dumped my cart because the prices seem to fluctuate moment to moment. The discount price for Soft Expressions Collection 2 for Genesis 8 Females was showing up in my cart, but now isn't, for example. Items in Fast Grab are all over the place, pricewise. Not to be overly harsh but this was a terrible time for Daz to do an update, especially one without warning. Whomever thought that doing a major update and upgrade on a Sunday, a time when many people are off of work and can take the time to peruse the site and actually buy things should be... Well, maybe not fired but certainly subjected to a serious talking to. This was just bad all around. I'm certain that Daz has lost and is losing sales due to this. Money talks, Daz. Please plan better in the future. Looks like I'll be holding onto my money for now. Oh, and please fix the ticket issue. I'd like to ask for a refund for those two Platinun Club renewals that you charged me for in March, instead of just the one. When you do the, "Please choose a request type below," pull down it doesn't matter what you select, it acts as if there's nothing there when you try to submit a ticket, saying that you need to select a request type. I've tried it on Firefox and IE, so it isn't my computer.

    Everything I'm seeing is ludicrously high, my membership still shows as cancelled (right next to a for real-real cancellation link that I am TERRIFIED of clicking by accident), which means even just PFAD and regular PC+ pricing isn't showing up...

    Mine shows cancelled, too, but also that it's good through 11/2021 underneath in the listing.  I am not getting the membership pricing on items, and all the PFAD items I wanted aren't discounting to $1.99, so I guess I will hit the sack.

    As I mentioned over in the store changing thread, I was able to use Paypal and it went through, and the order numbers indeed changed as promised, they were 9 numbers and now they are two letters (DA) then EIGHTEEN NUMBERS. Wow!  However, they are grouped, and separated with hypens for easier reading. 

    We are noting among ourselves (and adminstrators are aware) that the Product Library is hit or miss with pages coming up, I've tested it for ten minutes and most of mine are coming up. They sure are coming up slowly though. Hopefully they will bring back the order number, order date, and SKU. (The ReadMe is the deals plug-in and as L'Adair explained in the other thread, are based on the SKU. So if that isn't there, the ReadMe won't be either.)  

    This is a mess, agreed, and hopefully the end result will be the stable site and cart they are trying to achieve. Thank god the forums are up and running. And thanks for bringing back the descriptions on the product library pages, appreciate that very much.

    Well, my whole cart from this morning was emptied and anything I add back is full price and it’s one hour before turnover...

    Yup, exactly, me too - my PC+ membership says "Cancled" and my cart disappeared too ... I submitted a ticket.

    My membership is gone (canceled), so are my coupons, as well as all items in my cart, and now there are no 1.99 items for me. I see that we are off to a brilliant start.

    Products I ordered yesterday (1 November) before the store changeover are missing from my product library. Will they be reinstated or do I need to file a ticket ?

    Just came on hoping all would be back to normal by now but unfortunately not. Another PC+ member with cancelled as my status. No PCFAD pricing and no coupons. I should be good through Jan 2022.

    I see the same when accessing the main product library page from the "product library" icon in "my account". If I go to a product page directly it usually works fine.

    i'm dying with laughter here! I know I'd said a few times that I wished thumbnails in DIM were a bit larger, for these poor old eyes, but I got a bit of a shock when I downloaded the thumbnails from my most recent order, which was yesterday before the store went down. And it's ONLY the ones in that last order. 

    You can see I'm hovering over the "impractical armour" product here......

    Sometimes Product Library show this blank page but it's a loading issue. Reload the page 2 or 3 times .

    Try Refreshing the page (F5) a couple of times. 

  • 1) My PC+ membership is showing as Active, with correct expiration date. However, PC+ items in my wishlist all show as 30% off full price, as if they were New Intro. (Not trying any carts right now with the store so crazy)

    2) Most PA items on my wishlist also show 30% off. Except for some that are 65% off, as if they were on a good sale. The PAs include E-Arkham, Sickleyield, Mattymanx.

    Sorry I don't have a screenshot; never figured out how on Fire tablet.

  • This morning all discounted price items when added to cart show at full price. Could you fix that?

    @3diva  People are reporting it's hit or miss seeing the Product Library images. Some are there, some aren't and it's not logical (aka, one generation or another one..)  They do load slow, so may show up later than you wait for. I am on Chrome, what are you using?  (Edit- I posted a screenshot over in the store changeover thread so here it is. Note that description part of what's included SCROLLS now. Not in paragraph or bulleted form)

    It'll be an improvement if the prices don't jump 'after' clicking the Order button.

    Well if these numbers show full price  (as they do now, regardless of what I put into my cart), there isn't a much higher price jump possible.

    Geez Jaki, you won't have any problems seeing THOSE!  And at least you can see your DIM  sad  I'm still at a zero for ready to download, but installed shows. Jon said there's a subset of folks who are affected so I'm glad you're not one of them.

  • Very minor problem compared to everything else, and not one I'm going to die-in-a-ditch over.

    Bi-weekly freebies showing with 30% discount on the freebies page and with 0% discount in the cart, where you'd expect 100% in both places.
