    Well, my whole cart from this morning was emptied and anything I add back is full price and it’s one hour before turnover...

  • My Pc+ membership says cancelled and the pc+ stuff is full price. I have a paid membership until 2022. They are aware of the problem and working on it, right? Do I need to open a ticket about it ? Also: is there no new sales banner for today?

    I have the same issue as @mdl062168 with my PC+ status. 

    Expiration Date:
    2021-10-27

    Current Status:
    Cancelled

    I had a bunch of items in my cart, as well. The website went down in the middle of me shopping.

    When the site came back up, nothing was in my cart and the system doesn't seem to think I'm a PC+ member anymore. 

     

    EDIT: I guess I was typing while Jack Tomalin was posting. Thanks for the update.  :-)

    This is terrible; even worse than before. I guess I won't be able to  take advantage of sales.

     1) My PC membership is supposed to run until Dec 2021 but it is shown as canceled and NO coupon codes are available 

    2) No PC pricing on PC items and no discount on DOs

    3) PC for A Day prices are all full price

    4) My exclusive offers (purple banner) have disappeared and are not working

    4) PC for A Day prices are all full price

    5) I'm only seeing 30% discount on Debut l New releases an NO discount on Still New releases

    6) Like Barbult the balance column in my store credit looks all messed up. The correct balance is at the top right but the balance column show negative values.

    7)  nothing in my product library

    There are probably even more problems but this is what aI see at a quick glance and they are bad enough that I'm not able to take advantage of the sales. It is almost changeover time so I hope DAZ will make up for missing out on the sales

    Yea.. its all good.. we're on it.

    So I don't need opening a ticket about it? They can see that I have a wrongfully cancelled membership? Just makin sure so I don't have to wait longer than I have to for the fix. 

  • The "Still New Releases" at 30% off and get an additional 10% off when you get two or more and PC members gat an additional 15% off of that are showing up in the cart at FULL Price and there is no spot to enter my Gift Certificate number when making the purchase.

    ATM? Yes. IMAO it was a very wrongly timed update as it's midnight in DAZ headquarters.... don't know where the serverside is but there will be extra hours in the night.

    Still not seeing PC prices on any PC products. My PC membership seems to have been fixed and current date is correct. Prices on the catch up sale page are all still wrong.

  • And, now the submit a ticket tool doesn't work. Daz has some really messed up stuff going on. It looks like they chagred me twice for my Platinum Club renewal back in March, and when I try to submit a ticket, the whole page locks up. Typical...

    Thanks for the reply! smiley I hope this gets fixed soon, I love being a Pc+ member. I'm glad there were no new pc+ for a day stuff today, I would be very upset to miss out on those.

    Daz should provide incentive for this inconvenience. It will be just and proper.

    The immediate goal is to get everything back up and working.. then I'm sure it will be looked at and addressed.

    I expected a shaky store switchover (as these things usually are) and checked out my cart before the switch, expecting the current chaos. Whoever believed the switch would be smooth must be danger seekers or living in a parallel universe.....

    Best grab yourselves a towel and don't panic. The high improbability drive will need time to settle down... Flower pots still have empty minds when falling down, whales are discovering their tails.

    I'm still a PC member with a correct expiry date, so far so good.....

    well looks like I kicked myself out of PC+blush

    I did have 6 days left

    I clicked that extra cancel option under cancelled

    probably a good thing because I was still deciding if I dig into my maxisaver account and buy stuffs before I go

    as you can see it is now cancelled today instead

    I tested a few handful items from the platinum of the day and that seemed to go through okay on a credit card. I was very nervous about buying something more since if it messed up, I would have to claim it back. But it went through okay. I use Firefox, so not sure if this has anything to do with any other browsers. I am hesitant about buying other stuff beyond Plat of the day, since some prices remain low and I know that can't be good. I tested one, added it to cart and the price was the same in the cart. The only time I expect prices to be that low is Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals. So I am unsure if this is actually that low or if it is the site messing up.

    On the plus side, the Invoice is more clear on whether I paid by card. Happy over that.

    Prices as low as what?

    Everything I'm seeing is ludicrously high, my membership still shows as cancelled (right next to a for real-real cancellation link that I am TERRIFIED of clicking by accident), which means even just PFAD and regular PC+ pricing isn't showing up...

  • In the Fastgrab there are items discounted and others not. Some items in other areas of the site seem to be priced higher than before and some others seem cheaper. I mean, if it is that cheap, I can buy one or two extra items and smile. But I am not sure, and I don't want anything to happen where the prices jump really high. Had that happen to me once and I was in a lot of trouble.

    Actually, I'm gonna disagree.. the other store was really broken.. these are merely teething problems.

     

    You're right. The other store was broken, BUT it did work. You could shop, find things(after a fashion), check out without too much fuss(most of the time).

     

    We have no choice now but to see it through & hope these problems get fixed faster than the Magneto site did when it first went online.

    The problems will get fixed promptly.. as I said, everyone is working flat out on it :)

    I have designed & implemented websites. It's a monstrous undertaking. The monsters I built were Dracula sized. Daz is a Godzilla sized monster!

    I'm not knocking the work Daz techs are doing because they're probably working in overdrive to get it done.

    There's not THAT many blokes working on it & the task is overwhelming. They're building a virtual city, with a million moving parts.

    That's why I said they should have left well enough alone, because this thing is a beast.

    So Jack, when you talk to the lads tell them to take their time & get it right.

    One other small thing. When you do buy something now, after checkout the DIM download option has dissapeared again, and the only option is Central. 

     

    It was great when this was added back so would be still nice to have once more. laugh
