    I still can't click on any of the items on the line shown with the red arrow in my screenshot, like People and Wearables. It always links to the items in the black line above. This is in Chrome. I had the same problem with the old store, but the problem persists into the new store.

    Actually, I'm gonna disagree.. the other store was really broken.. these are merely teething problems.

    You have to understand the cynicism, when we were told the same thing about the Magento store replacing the Daz-specific code store. So, only time will tell. We users remain skeptical, based on first impression.

  • Well I'm remaining hopeful. At least the Product Library wasn't lost this time. While the in between numbers may look messed up, the bottom line for store credit is accurate [last I checked]. Credit history is back now in proper order :-)

    I can finally see the Product Library now, but about one third of the products display a swirlie for the thumbnail image and no text data. After a long time like that, it gives an error like:

    .I can only access the forum if I use an "incognito" window. If I try accessing the forum without being in Incognito mode it keeps sending me to a page that says this:

    400 Bad request

    Your browser sent an invalid request.

     

    Does anyone know what might be the issue? I would really like to be able to access the forum without having to use an Incognito window.

  • It is adding the items into the cart at $1.99 now for Plat of the day and when I add them to the cart it displays $1.99. However, I saved a list from earlier this morning and sickleyield's -item: SY DeCrackifier for Gen8, the Universal Breast Helpers Genesis, Genesis 2 and Genesis 3 Female(s), SY DeCrackifier Genesis, Genesis 2, Genesis 3, People of Earth: Faces of Europe Genesis 8 Male and 8 Female, SY Sci-Fi Restraints for Genesis 8, SY Energy Beams Iray, are all missing. Was it removed?

    The URL is shown on the bottom of the Chrome browser page, to show what URL the link goes to. In this case, I made the Chrome window small vertically so you didn't have so much extraneous stuff to scroll through. The URL has nothing to do with What's Hot. What's Hot just happens to be on the bottom of my Chrome page. My cursor was hovering over People and Wearables, but you can see that the URL that it will go to is from the line above in the black bar (Gallery). It seems to be some kind of page formatting problem. I have had this problem for weeks. I don't think it is a cache or login state issue.

    It is interesting that you don't have the problem. Are you using Chrome, too?

    You're right. The other store was broken, BUT it did work. You could shop, find things(after a fashion), check out without too much fuss(most of the time).

    We have no choice now but to see it through & hope these problems get fixed faster than the Magneto site did when it first went online.

    My store credit total is OK in one place now, but the details are still wrong. Balance one place is over $169 (correct) and in the details (-$3.98). And as someone else mentioned, the date/time is now 6 hours different than it used to be with no explanation why.

    Check the far end of your balance, you'll see the number.

    And, time zone, maybe? I see a six hour difference between MDT on the order e-mail receipt and the time on the Order page. Utah was UTC-6 Daylight Time until today.

    You're right. The other store was broken, BUT it did work. You could shop, find things(after a fashion), check out without too much fuss(most of the time).

    The problems will get fixed promptly.. as I said, everyone is working flat out on it :)

    PC+ for a day is still full price on the store page and in the cart for me. NEXASSETS reported that it was working for him/her/them. I logged out and back in, etc.- pricing is still wrong for me.

    Not a criticism, I think it is amazing that you got the new store up so quickly, even if there are some issues!

    I know of another vendor's store which after several years, never really did come back, and they finally gave up....

  • So, my PC+ status is showing correctly, but none of the PC+ items show appropriate pricing.

  • If you mean who I think you do, they're a single person who has to rebuild the data after being hacked. My first game on Steam got pirated and that took the wind out of my sails too. Jerks ruin it for everyone.

    Hm-m, mine works out to the penny. The individual amounts correspond to the orders, just adding in the wrong direction starting from today's balance. Oh, well, all we can do is wait. And watch closely...

    I'm on Waterfox. but I just tried Chrome and it works there, too.

    I think I'll give up for today. I'll check tomorrow to see what magic has happened during my night. I'm just incredibly happy that the forums are working.

    One small issue is that the sorting of filters seems a bit different now. For example figures is ordered.

    • The Girl (115)
    • Aiko 4 (1429)
    • Genesis 2 Male (1036)

    So the most popular filter categories like Genesis 8 (or 3) female often don't appear normally (you can still see it if you type it in manually).

    I had several items in my cart this morning (8am ish Pacific DST) which all lloked right.  I came back to finish my purchase and my cart was empty.  Now I am told my PC+ status is cancelled although I am paid up through 4/2023.  Everything is pricing out now as if I'm a guest and not a platinum member.

    PC+ For Day items are showing full price for me. Double-checked and my PC+ status is showing active. 

  • My Pc+ membership says cancelled and the pc+ stuff is full price. I have a paid membership until 2022. They are aware of the problem and working on it, right? Do I need to open a ticket about it ? Also: is there no new sales banner for today?
