    Store credit page is all messed up. I did screenshot mine before the update, and it now shows about $30 less than before the update. Boo. I'll post in the other thread as Jack requested, but I wanted to reply to your post to let you know you are not alone.

     

    Yeah, it's totally messed up.  It goes from top to bottom, earliest to latest, the charges are wrong, and the very first one, from June 2019, is the one they are using to show my balance, which as far as I can tell, is wrong.  They really should just take this down and start fresh tomorrow.  Hate to lose out on my cart; I got busy this morning and when I came back they were aleady down, but hey, would rather have the store running correctly.

    Anyone else's membership go away?  Mine was paid for the next year, and poof.  Oh my.

    Yep, my cart did have items in it and now it is empty.  Also, my PC membership is also canceled even though I have it until July 2022.

    Can you imagine the frustration and panic if the forums were broken, too, and we couldn't even report the problems or get any status back?

    Okay, bottom line, my store credit is fine [last I checked a few minutes ago] ... however there sure are some strange entries about.

    Just have to share this one. Given the complicated methods for calculating % prices, I seldom pay much attention to how the store does arithmetic however this is just such a hoot. I was purchasing a gift card and it shows as '0' .... so don't panic. I'm trying quite hard not to panic. The store credit list was also lined up backwards, most recent data at the end, not the top. Last couple of entries look wrong but like I said, the bottom line is - what the store claims I have as store credit is fine.

    So for a laugh, store math :-)

    Well, no point expecting any change for a few hours yet - PC membership showing as cancelled - never emptied a shopping cart so quick in my life, LOL.

    Well I can't buy anything. A lot of things are showing as 0.97 and other things show as $1.39 and such. When added, it goes to full price in the cart. :) Waited the whole day and it is close to a new day now. So, I hope I get a chance.

    Ok my PC membership seems to be back - showing as active member. 

    Store credit still incorrect. 

    Prices are all still wrong (not showing PC prices at all)

     

    edit: oooh I think my store credit is fixed! The "balance" and "balance change" columns still look weird, but my original amount is back!

    Now....if they can just fix the prices cos I'm not seeing PC pricing. LOL

    It'll be an improvement if the prices don't jump 'after' clicking the Order button.

    Spotlight item is supposed to be 85% off. It is only 30% off on product page and in cart.

    Not sure if this is happening to other products, but all images (cover + promos) of one of our products (https://www.daz3d.com/hd-face-burns-for-genesis-8-males) seem to be broken.

    Do you think DAZ could do a catch-up sale for the catch-up sale that got destroyed today?  Put all the $1.99 for a day sale items back on sale for a day or two?  Everything in my cart was wiped out.

    PC for a day is screwed. Shows up at full price. My membership is up in 2022, but it's cancelled.

    Actually, I'm gonna disagree.. the other store was really broken.. these are merely teething problems.
