    I'm glad I got all my shopping done yesterday and everything downloaded, for a change.  Now I can go render. (Got all the same issues - PC+ cancelled, no discount prices showing...

    We're lucky it didn't happen during the Holiday Sale.

     

    Personally I would choose January or February to update the shop.

    There's no way we could have carried on getting up every night to nurse the store turnover.

    I got a cartload of PA items on my whishlist In the cart with a 65% discount (same discount shown on the product page). In the cart they show up full price. All other PA items on my whishlist show a minimum discount of 30%, even the very recent ones. They also show up full price in the cart, and display the discount on the product page.

    Update: the cart is completely ignoring PC+ membership, that may be the reason.

    My PC+ membership shows the right end date, but it also says "canceled" for some reason.

    Also, the connection to Zendesk doesn't work, so I can't log in to check the progress of the help request I just made about shopping cart/PC+ membership problems. When I click on the "Sign In" link on DAZ's help page, I get an error saying no encrypted connection is available with the explanation that the server (I guess) could find "no common encryption algorithm."

    I see that the sale from yesterday has been extended, but PC+ For A Day items are still showing off for me. Instead of full price (as they were showing last night), they are now showing at 30% off. My PC+ status is still showing as active. 

    *edit* They showed $1.99 upon adding to my cart. I was able to checkout the last few items I wanted with the Amazon Pay button.

    the complete Shop is buggy at the moment.

    Even Fast grab items prices are wrong in the cart.

    I am still trying to buy the items from 2 days ago but everytime I look at my cart it gets more and more expensive - plus my cart got emptied and I cannot remember one of the items I had in it...  Also, the discount in the purple banner that I got 2 days ago is gone making one of the items in the cart twice as expensive now.  I am just going to wait and see what happens.  It would be nice if we could get that sale back when everything settles down...  including the daily items as I have now missed two of them.

    Yep, My PC+ membership shows good until April oif 2021 now but still shows to be cancelled and now has a link to cancel my subscription below it.  I sure wish DAZ would get this fixed.  I actually have a little money to spend but not at normal prices.

    I tried making an order with my credit card and it didn't work. Did someone else had the same problem and can we know when it will be solved because if I try to often to make an order with my credit card without success it will be freezed.

    I noticed in Sort By I can no longer sort by % off.  Is that a Daz store thing or is the add-on refusing to have a conversation with the new store?  Thanks

    whatever you do don't click that cancel subscription I did and lost my 6 days left

    I just thought it was related to auto renewal

    I can't even sign in to the help zendesk  to file a request or to see my old request. When I try to login I keep getting this error in chrome:

    Now what do I do? I can't get the products I purchased yesterday because they were lost from my product library and I can't file a help request to get them back. On top of that I still don't have my PC+ sales discounts and coupons back; so, I can't really take advantage of the sales.

    The sort by % off is a feature that the addon provides. Lots of addon features broke, unfortunately, but we're working on getting most of them back up after the store is stable. Some features look like they may have to be completely abandoned at this point, but we'll only be able to provide a definite answer to this when the store is fully functional, and we see what's intentional and what's not. Please watch the addon's forum thread for updates.

    think its pretty much pointless to keep trying when its not working. Just the fact the PC+ is not working is clue enough for me. 

    Hopefully DAZ will put out an email to customers when its at 100%

    Still not working for me. My membership is still showing as canceled and PFAD items are still full price in my cart !!!

    Also Still can't login to help desk.

    Yeah sorry Cris. I did log off, close browser (Firefox) and restart, log back in again, but no joy with PFAD

    Sadly not. My platinum is still missing despite having access to the forums again so all the prices are high again
