    All these late day sales changes are getting very frustrating. I made my purchase of the PFAD items I wanted together with the debut new releases I wanted. Now more items have been added to PFAD. If they had been available when I made my order I could have included them and gotten them at a better price with the debut new releases. But instead it will cost me about $2.80 more for the 7 added items that I want.

    are you sure you didn't miss them the first time? I'm not seeing anything new in PFAD that wasn't there when I went through them last night (unless they are items I already own)

    I'm pretty sure I didn't miss them when I made up my order. These are the items:

    They were there 6-8 hours ago when I went through them.

    I'm pretty sure I didn't miss them when I made up my order. These are the items:

     

    I checked out with Alien Metals - Iray Shaders at 06:14 this morning, it's been there the whole time unless they removed and then re-added it for some reason.

    Prison Shower Complex and the Hag's Hut, too. I remember looking at them early this morning and then deciding that they weren't what I was looking for after all.

    Hm, after seeing this post, I went through PFAD again and saw several items that caught my attention right away that I wanted... I suppose it's possible they weren't there this morning (about 12 hours ago), but these seem like items I would have recognized.

     

    **That said... it wouldn't have changed my purchase, but WHY does including a debut new item result in lower prices on the PFAD items?

    yes i definitely saw those yesterday my time....about 21 hours or so ago. I was looking at the hag's hut and the alien metals then.

    To encourage larger carts of PFAD items and more sales of new releases, most likely.

    If you're buying a lot of PFAD (or Category Sales) items, the discount essentially pays for a new PC+ item or takes a few bucks off a new PA item.

    I'll take the PC+ items if I find them interesting, but I've chosen new PA items instead a few times, and I've skipped new releases entirely a few other times. The offer seems to strike a decent balance between store and customer benefit.

    No new releases but I’m guessing as it’s catch up there may not be?

    The spotlight item (Oikos Master Room) goes to an 'OOPS' page

    PC for a Day Items are full price and not going to $1.99 in cart.

    No new Debut items (Yesterdays Debut items are  still shown as Debut items)

    Discounts not applying to Still New Releases.

    Historically, prices are not as good on a catch-up day as they were during the original sales day ... It would not suprise me if 1.99 with no discount is where the catch-up prices will remain ... but that is only an educated guess.

    And my question was from hours ago, when prices of PFAD items were lower if you had a debut item in the cart, but I didn't see anything on the sales page about it.

    ‘Items released as PC for a day thus far’...yeah, nah. Def NOT showing all the PFAD thus far. I was going to get the Collective3D items I missed yesterday and they’re not showing up.

    IIRC, it's been a feature of this Anniversary sale from the start and was listed on the main pages earlier in the month. It's continued, but Daz doesn't bother listing it on recent pages for whatever reason.

    I think it's just one of those serendipity things DAZ specialize in! I too have scoured the sales page to look for any clue, but found no reason. I just took it as a lucky accident tomy benefit.

    It would be nice to know if it will be the same sale after the outage and store update today.  I have a lot of the catch-up items in my cart right now; trying to decide if I should buy them now in case they aren't there later, or wait to see if there is going to be the extra discount and the new Debut items later.

    Probably because there are no actual Debut New releases today - the items in that section are from yesterday.

    Stache Bundle is not receiving appropriate discounts for banner discount.  Without the discount and the 20% cart bonus, it really has not grab value for purchase.

    DAZ_Rawb says here that your cart will not be preserved, but your wishlist will, if that effects your decision.
