Is there a new sale page or is it supposed to be still the Tristan one?
The new banner is out in email, but the shop is not refreshing.
The new page is also a Tristan one. If you scroll down far enough, you will find today's Debut releases.
And guess what? The $2.99 sald DOES NOT WORK again!
Sure it's Christmas, so I can understand why the staff would be busy, but constantly handing out empty boxes and calling them Christmas gifts really sucks.
How hard is it to examine your code? Don't rely on "we can't get it to fault" testing. Examine the system. Hunt until you find it. If I had left a bug this significant back at my old job run for this long, I would have been forced to look for another job the following week.
In process of reporting. Been hoping the page would refresh with new, but no joy yet.
i don't know if this was pointed already, but i had a gift card issue, after i redeemed my gift card to buy some stuffs the value not was credited to my credit store it's displaying 0,00 when i was supposed to have 49,09(the gift card value), i've ended loosing some stuffs sales in my cart because of that, i was unable to buy because my credit store is 0 and i can't redeem again the code because it's saying it is not valid anymore.
Late Christmas night I dumped a really large cart. Didn't screen-cap those pages, didn't even use the export-csv feature from Daz-Deals (which DAZ needs to incorporate into their website. Every last feature). At least three parts of the sale didn't work properly, including the multi-item discount and the $2.99. I was able to purchase a 30% off gift card.
Dumping carts is my new "goto" solution in the event of sales errors.
New stuff is up, but page is being re-arranged to make the new stuff more readily vilsible. Will take a few.
i saw the 6 New Releases on the front page of the store at the normal time, but the entire sale page was the one from yesterday. The new releases are there, but still everything the same as yesterday.
$2.99 sale still not working for me. Fourth day in a row....
I'd say, have a nice Christmas, but make it a New Year's resolution to get a complete overhaul of your website software. If you can't even trace the problem, there's something really buggy going on.

has it been updated to just put the new releases at the top? but everything else is the same? Stonemason et al are still on 70% off, Sickleyield and Riversoft Art et al are still 65% off? I'm just checking the sale is the same as yesterday, with just the addition of the new New Releases.
As far as I know, yes. Edit: just verified, yes, same except for new debut.

65% off pages have the title "freebie pa items", which very clearly, they are not. They also include new items which are not on sale.
Please note: the sale is the same as last night's except for the new debut items. The same page title is there, as are the new items which, as stated last night, are not on sale.
Edit: the sales include the ¥ symbol which means "¥ Discount excludes new releases and PC+ Items".
I have to confess that the offers look so complicated that I feel it's pure guesswork what price many items are meant to be, let alone what they are actually going to be. So I can fully understand why the wretched cart system is confused. There is a saying in mechanical engineering: KISS. Stands for 'Keep It Simple, Stupid'. It applies everywhere. It is a good principal to start applying to DAZ offers too.

And again the 2,99 isn't working properly. Today it isn't working at all. Except, when I log out - but then I can't buy. Really, DAZ, is that the way you want to do business? There are stores and sales which are a hell of a lot easier to work with. I'm tempted to give up on these sales. Very, very tempted. The other days ended with me culling as much from the cart as possible, all things "Might be nice to have, but not really needed" which I would have bought otherwise.
I started putting a couple of $2.99 items in the cart, and they work fine. I've never used this before. Maybe it's one time use total?

No. At the beginning of the sale, when things were still halfway working; I bought three $2.99 items on three separate days. There was one day inbetween when it didn't work. And then four days in a row. It's upposed to be up to five items per day without buying new releases. (As I'm a Poser user that rarely touches DAZ Studio, and on a tight budget to begin with, these new releases are not an option to me.)

Yeah, I have the same issue, Spent my money on a GC, can't redeem it.
Now have to wait for customer service to get back to me . . . . some time.
To clarify, as I understand what you meant now, the "Freebie PA items" refers to them being items by artists who have generously made holiday freebies this year from what I can see.

At the moment, the 2.99 sale does not work for me at all (yesterday it worked only partially), but it is possible that (part of) this problem exist now for me as I made my previous buy after midnight local time (EU time zone). So while it is a new day in 'DAZ-time' it isn't in my time zone......
Yeah, dream on. Haven't bought a single thing here for four days and it's still not working....
Well, I spend, but not blindly ... about 4/5 of my shopping cart got culled due to not functioning sales.
The $2.99 sale isn't working for me still, and the price has gone up to $9.95 now. With one debut new release and some PC+ items in the cart I think I should qualify for at least one item from the $2.99 list.
