    I just looked in the sale items for both Jessai and Demonica and don't see the Rawr outfit listed in the Featured Artists (40%...50% with new item). You see it in that category?

  • I have a request from Daz:

    1. I need a cart with three of the 2.99 items where it doesn't work at all. Please also provide the SKU numbers for the items.

    These next two from one person with:

    2. A cart with three items where the items are 2.99.

    3. The same cart with the three items plus a new item showing the items revert back to their original price.

    Make sure you are definitely logged in.

    Well, 300 km and no sneaking up. I did take a clue from some other posts and deleted my new release item (VYK Kiyomiko). As soon as the screen refreshed everything elese dropped to $2.99. Add the new item back and $9.96.  So, took out new again. With no new release I loose the extra 20% which comes to $3.00 for the five items I am now permitted to purchase. DAZ Marketing, if you are paying attention, you owe me $3.00. I'll buy the new item and the get the freebie as a separat transaction.

    I notice a few seriously annoyed people posting their feelings. I think it a sad joke. Over the sale period I have had a number of real bargains and thanks for that. I have also been deprived of the expected price a number of tines, with the result, no sale.  I know folks are trying. I spent several decades in the software business (sometimes seemed like several lifetimes) so I have a little sympathy.  But that said, my eye was always on the customer. DAZ, you are running a business, Sort it out.

    1. I need a cart with three of the 2.99 items where it doesn't work at all. Please also provide the SKU numbers for the items.

    Here's a cart that does not work. (I did not buy a single thing since several days, never aquired christmas freebies since Dec 24th - meaning I should be able to get five $2.99 items)

    Not only do the 2,99 items not work as intended (still 9,95),  the whole store seems not to work with Firefox any longer. I reverted ti Internet Explorer, In Firefox I wasn't able to click a single button of the store. And the browser did work with other websites.

    Okay, don't laugh at the messenger. But what if those of us who CAN get the sales working, coordinate with someone who CAN'T, and do a screenshot of the cart you WANT to buy so you know what the prices are? Then perhaps sales can deduct that amount from a gift card if you were able to buy one, when they get the screenshot? There's got to be some way those of us who are getting the prices can help those who aren't. I feel really bad for those who the prices have never worked, they've missed great deals. And I experienced just one day of the 2.99 failure, and it drove me nuts, so I can't imagine days on end of it. :(   Edit- LOL we could call it Adopt Then Shop Screenshot Team

    It's the same for me. Dumb thing is that I'm a Poser user without fancy nVidia cards, and I can't do much with new DAZ Studio only releases. (Meaning that over three quarters of all sales here are pretty useless to me, and it is pretty frustrating to miss out on one of the few that works for me.)

    I can build the same carts as Phoenix1966, (same products added in the same order) but I get different results. The $2.99 sale works for me, I guess, unless it is supposed to drop below $2.99. Isn't it supposed to get an extra 20% off?

    I am in Florida, a PC+ member, 30% loyalty.

    Right you are. I did not get the extra discount for adding a new release. So it is not working correctly for me either, but just fails in a different way. sad I edited my message.

    Here is a suggestion: Why doesn't Daz log in as one of us who showed our failing cart? They have our password, obviously. Maybe that way they can see what we see and debug it. 

  • so.. is boxing day an "official holiday"? if yes - which means that for the 3rd consecutive day my ticket is still open, i'm going to throw myself under the next bus. luckily, there aren't any in our village, but the intent is there. i know, there's always another sale - but stonemason at 79%? hardly! crying

    because... support tickets aren't dealt with during official holidays i.e. the 25th - and the 24th they must have been soo xtra busy.
    result: i still can't redeem my GC after making a typo in the mail addy the 24th... and i'm going mad.
    in a way it's even good that i messed up the 24th since today's sale 70% stonemason is awesome, with loyalty to boot.. all those items i've been waiting for for YEARS. way better than my cart on the 24th. IF SOMEONE DEALS WITH THE ISSUE TODAY, that is.

    it's mind boggling, i just typed 1 single little letter wrong, and with backlog and holiday, a problem that will take 1 minute to solve takes 3 days. whyyyyyyyyyy gawd whyyyyyy am i so crappy at typing?

    things have been so plain horrible for me in the past weeks (or actually... ALL year!), i really need some positive event happening now.... and missing on the best of the december sale - after i killed my budget to buy a GC - def isn't merry. 

    No, Boxing Day isn't a holiday in the USA.

    Sorry you & others are having so many problems with the site.

    2.99 items still not working for me here in NZ. Last time I was able to buy one was 21st December, six whole days ago. On a happier note, I cleaned out my PC+ wishlist with the money intended for them, that worked fine. I am now skint but with a massive amount of new content to play with. Swings and roundabouts, my friends.

    Superb idea. They should do that even if the sale is ending, so they can see what went wrong and not just say, "Glad that's over with." I'm sure they have a lot of interest in finding out what is happening, it's not like they aren't trying. (I really believe they are.)

    Today, I can get all $2.99 items for $2.99, up to five of them. Adding another kicks them up to $9.95, no surprise. Adding a new release from today brings them back down to $2.99. I do get the Loyalty discount on the new item, plus the extra 10% being a Daz Original.
