stressing, goin to nurse "practitioner" in little while. readying to do battle over prescriptions. they dont seem to hear me when i tell them i wont cope with bad side effects pills.
i dont understand why they cant give me an insulin shot in the office to bring my blood sugar down.
Complaint: Windows 10 keep messing my computers up. It keeps syncing things between my computers and now my list of favorites in Internet Explorer (and consequently Edge) is a complete mess.
Plus it suggests that Microsoft has a lot of information from my computers and I'm not entirely comfortable with that.

Not everyone suffers all those possible side effecfts from pills. Granted, it's not a pleasant thought that it may happen. But, a shot in the office would be a very temporary fix. Unless you went in every day to get one.

..here it's brain dead motorisst who still don't understand that an LRT tram is much bigger then they are and doesn't stop on a "dime" (or even a "1,000$ bill"). A day doesn't go by when I get a transit alert that one of the LRT lines is delayed due to a collision between the train and another vehicle. We've had LRT in this city for 32 years now (weight of a two car train is about 55 tonnes) and articulated street trams (which weigh about 30 tonnes) for 17 years and one would think people here would know have to deal with them by now. The other day I was on a street tram and some brain dead driver in the lane on the opposite side us decided to accelerate and yank a turn right in front of of the tram while we were moving causing the operator to hit the brakes and the emergency horn (which sounds like an express passenger train horn).
This even happens to buses as well which have been around a lot longer.
Beginning to wonder if many motorists here learned how to drive by watching those Russian dashcam videos.
they gave me a different nurse practioner. they agreed metfornin wasnt for me.
it's known for it's gastro distress issues. she kept saying gastro distress, what it really is, is bowel incontinence.
she gave me a 3pack of the victoza pens, very nice of her. said they'd try to make the victoza affordable for me.
the valsartan(Diovan) i had was on the fda recll list. they trying me on a completely different blood pressure pill. i was 179 over something. going back in 2 weeks so they can check my bp again >.<
she kept insisting i take the jardian, it was kinda scary how insistent. common side effect for women is yeast infection. she doesnt understany my horror at the thought. there a lot worse side effects, but thats the horror one. upper respiratory inf another one. people were couphing in waiting room, prolly the jardiance.
and nother pill to help with the gastro distress.

...well after two blissful nights of restful sleep, back into the oven we go. 95° today 100° tomorrow and 94° on Wednesday then more 90s beginning this weekend.
...and of course another bout of wildfires and smoke (the smoke was so thick yesterday evening it almost looked like a layer of cloud). Woke up this morning with a scratchy throat while eyes are stinging and watering. Looking out the window it is very hazy with the sunlight orange-yellow in colour at about 13:25 in the afternoon.

Complaint: I'm flat broke.
My wallet is empty. All my cash has evaporated and I've already raided my savings. Daren't do it again. 
Non-complaint: Tomorrow's "payday". Yay!
Complaint: After "payday", after writing the rent check and paying off my VISA card (like I usually do), and paying my insurance I'll be $130 in the red again.
I've already raided my savings once this month, and it's a 5-week month till the next "payday". 
Guess, I'll have to not pay off the VISA completely and continue to eat sparsely, and stay at home for at least one more month or until the VISA gets paid off.
Non-Complaint: But at least I scratched off one more thing from my bucket list when I bought that bronze Shiva statuette at on-line auction last week. It's arrived and is absolutely wonderful. Traditional Shiva "Lord of the Dance" (or "Dance of Life" or "Dance of the Universe") design. Beautiful casting, beautiful well aged patina, no defects. It's the crown of my personal museum-like display of delightful things. I can now stare at it on my shelf for the rest of my life, and my bucket list is now shorter by one element.
But it made a big dent in my savings. 
But a couple years ago I came to the realization that my legs are weaker, my heart is wonkier and my income is pathetic, so I know I'll now never make it to the Pyramids in Egypt, and the museums and symphony halls of St. Petersburg, Russia. So, why not click off a few of the smaller things from my list while its still possible?

Been striking out here. About all I get lately is a free play quick pick ticket when usually I would match 4 numbers (35 - 50$ or 140$ - 200$ with the "multiplier" [2$ per play ticket]) at least once a month. Wonder if they changed the Megabucks algorithm as I notice on the Keno game there are a lot of consecutive runs of numbers showing up (one pull yesterday had a string of 7, one of 5, and two of 3) rather than a nice random "smattering" like it used to be. Noticing more consecutive number pairs appearing up in Megabucks draw results as well.

Yeah, I was going to say over here they do ask you to take a couple of weeks or so to let the meds settle in before complaining about them. Sometimes it takes a while to sort out a suitable combination, especially if you are being prescribed meds for a combo of problems.
Having Dim problems, but it is almost dinner time.
Having transportation problems. And being accused of playing games. I think my accusers are playing mind games.
Got to work and found a way to "smoke" inside the mall. There might be a reason they taste a lot like carrots.

Complaints are tolerated.
But only if they don't mention politics, or religion. Or don't besmirch people or corporations. Or don't run afoul of the moderator's mood du-jour. Or don't get reported by forum snitches. 
Which leaves us the whole broad spectrum of the weather, our personal health, and finances. Movie plots. Puns, and non-judgemental jokes. Cat pictures. Food. Science facts. And our daily blogs. Oh, and technical woes with DAZ products just as long as we don't make judgement calls on the DAZ products themselves.
