Heehe... Nice to see you again LG Squirll, been a while since I browsed the forums. Frankly I really like the DAZ Products, CS crew and forum Moderators. Never had a personal issue or even a gripe about fairness. However being a contrarion to hype, I do find it trucky not to cross a grey the line when posting either inquisitive, helpful or interesting comments so I do need to be eatra contentious about my posts here.
No talk about number two on the forums.
..another blood red sunrise this morning. Bad air quality alert extended through Friday.
Here's what the sunlight through the windows looked like this morning as well as how much thicker the smoke is today.
Wonder when my ride home comes?
Those California fires are scary! A lot of homes destroyed already! They said on the news the other night that the smoke has actually reached New England!

...the smoke here is due to fires i Washington State, British Columbia, and Southern Oregon several of which have no containment at all.
People are warned to stay inside but my place doesn't have AC and closing the windows it only becomes more hot and stuffy. Need to go somewhere where it's cooler but that means spending money.
The smoke is so thick looks like a layer of altocumulus clouds and the sunlight on the sidewalks is orange-yellow in colour. Can barely even see the West Hills which are not far from here (about 15 blocks).
gawd feel so awful on victoza, havent kept food down 2 days now. being sick on an empty tummy uber awful. nibbling on a bnana
If I call my iPad a Kindle Fire, does that make it a Kindle Fire?
I did a bing search "why is dim not installing cms" and it brought up Daz sites that say download.daz3d.com not www.daz3d.com
can you skype on a kindle fire?
Yeah. I got skype on this tablet.
I woke up in middle of deep sleep last night to a feeling I had to visit the bathroom. Took me a bit to go back to sleep.
Well crap.
True that.
I brought my computer with me to find out it is at half battery level and I left my charger at home.
what if we spelled it like 'crappe' is classier

snacking on dried banana chips, seems to be settling.
was the first time my dayjob told me to go home for being sick.
Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It is very affectionate.

This egg seems quite harmless.
the pc sale should be starting soon, nuthin interesting to me in the new releases sigh
read on the interwebs clinical depression can make someone lose interest in hobbies.
dunno if the problem is me, or the new releases are really not interesting.
but, dont think i'se is the target demographic.
It's quite interesting to note that there are 2 different words, meaning 2 different things. In the US the word came into common usage after a gentleman with the name of Thomas Crapper heavily promoted sanitary plumbing and pioneered the concept of the bathroom fittings showroom. He became famous when he got his first royal warrant from the then Prince of Wales, later Edward VII, who asked him to provide the plumbing for Sandringham, including thirty lavatories with cedarwood seats and enclosures. This was in the 1880s and the aforementioned word came into common parlance in the US in the early 20th century. It must be noted that Thomas Crapper did not invent the flushing toilet but did promote their use and manufactured and sold many, all embossed with the legend "Thomas CRAPPER and Company". This is the reason that the toilet became known as the crapper, in much the same way as the name Hoover became synonymous with Vacuum cleaners.
However in the UK there is, or rather was, an older English word, The word crap is actually of Middle English origin and predates its application to bodily waste. Its most likely etymological origin is a combination of two older words, the Dutch krappen: to pluck off, cut off, or separate; and the Old French crappe: siftings, waste or rejected matter (from the medieval Latin crappa, chaff). In English, it was used to refer to chaff, and also to weeds or other rubbish.
Actually the PA sale should be starting soon. The PC sale isn't until Oct-Nov.
didnt they switch that around?
something started end of august last year.
Originally it was the PC sale in September and then the PA sale next(November I think) they switched it a few years ago so the PA sale came before the PC sale and yes it often these days starts a few days early.
Complaint: I bought some raspberries at a fruit market (not the good one I usually go to) and the price was $3.50 for a half pint. It counted out to about 60 berries. So, that's over a nickel (5 cents) per berry!
Are they covered in gold leaf? Since when did raspberries become luxury fruit?
When I was a kid we had raspberries coming out our ears this time of year, and would discard a half pint of wonky ones when making raspberry shortcake for a family of four.
Non-complaint: I went to the local Texas Hot place today and decided to try their fish fry (basically "fish & chips"). It was very tasty and cooked perfectly and there was way more "chips" than I wanted to eat but I gobbled up the large fish. Mmm..., yum!
Complaint: I shouldn't have indulged. My poor old digestive system doesn't handle greasy foods well any more. Just two hours later it started reminding me of its limitations.
It used to be PC anniversayr in October, and then PA in November. PAs complained so they changed it to PA in Septemeber and PC in October.
...spelling it "crappie" means a type of midwestern panfish.
...mmm reminds me, FishFryDay is tomorrow.
...oh poo.
...well a bit of an improvement today, Had a layer of marine clouds move in overnight into the morning which helped to scrum much of the low lying smoke from the air. Still slightly hazy but can actually see blue sky today almost to the horizon and the sunlight is much brighter.
Another bout of 90s again beginning on Sunday, through Tuesday but hopefully it will be the last heat wave for the year. This will make a total of 31 days of 90°+ weather (it "only" made it to 89° yesterday most likely because of the extremely dense smoke which filtered a lot of the sunlight) which is 6 more days than the record year of 2015, basically a full month.
Having difficulty opening Opera. Not sure what is going on.
