    You don't have to go through all that annoyance, just turn off (or down) the morph.

    (if you can't see the morph turn on Show Hidden from the pull down menu in the corner of the parameters tab)

    I don't have any need for another teen, I have all the previous ones and that will more than fill my need for teens in the small amount of renders I will need them for.  And, even though I am eligible to get the other three bundles for free if I buy the pro, all of the clothing is modern and I have very little use for that. This one is a pass for me but I do think she is cute, although not necessarily a youngish teen, she looks very much on the verge of adulthood to me...

    Wow, as much as I love the Teen characters for their Thorne/Sarsa look, I'm actually liking her face, old lady expressions aside.

    Hopefully, we'll get a Teen Boy next week. I doubt it, but it would be nice to see Daz try something else in the wake of Jayden.

    Teen Josie 8 (still) hasn't turned me into a fan of the Teen models, my Mum likes her though. 

    There are only two items that I like in the Pro Bundle. But for now, they'll have to be wishlisted.

    only one i had any interest in always used only her or sunny so didn't se any reason to buy the others if they never get used

    Okay..

    Josie 8, Makeup 05a ("a" ones have freckles, ones without "a' don't), Lips 03-G, eyes 03, Turned off the eyelash morph, no other changes.
    Boho Shorts Outfit tank top without any adjustment, tinted turquoise in Base Color.
    Super Messy Updo Hair without any adjustment, Style 04, Color 02.
    Earrings for G8F I haven't released yet.
    FWSA Light FX preset 06 with Eye Highlight Square, no adjustments.
    No spectral rendering, no special tone mapping, about 2500 iterations.

    This is about as out of the box as it gets.  No, she doesn't render orange, and the lines on her face in the promos are from the expression.
    Needless to say, I think she's fantastic, best G8 base character so far IMO.

    She definitely looks like a teen in your render @fisty.  I played with  FSWA Willa for teen Josie and got some very nice, realistic espressions.  I think the promos may have used extreme expressions that were not as flattering.  .

    Yeah, even her mouth with no expression applied looks a little brooding.  I think with making the head size and eyes a tiny bit smaller she'd be very passible as a realistic teen (like 16-18 range, I don't think she's meant to look 13.. and with the other main characters looking more in their mid to late 30s I'm happy to have this one to mix in and get more 20 something aged characters.)

    Hmm.  In a complete reversal of how I normally see new products, Josie 8's Pro Bundle looks fantastic but I really can't say I care much for the figure itself, at least from the neck up.  I agree with a lot of the folks here that the mouth is just.off, and it's especially bad in the shots where she's smiling.  It's just too small for the size of the face and the folds are too deep and in the wrong places... honestly, she looks like someone who went to a plastic surgeon and said make my mouth smaller.  And given how much to do has been made about one of the big benefits of G8 is being able to change the eyebrows... WTH DAZ?  On the positive side, the body shapes look okay and I love the fact that braces are a standard option.  So yeah, I'll be buying the Pro Bundle since I can get it at 72% off, but I expect that I'm mostly be using other characters with Zev's Growing Up morphs rather than Josie herself.

    Comparison Pic  -- Paisley looks like a young Scarlet Johansson to me (maybe becaus I randomly put the red hair on her).

    The heads look kind of adult to me. I've seen similar heads sold on female models in the store. Perhaps it is the skin resource but get cognitive dissonance when looking at her.

    I am pleased with the results I have been getting with my G3."genepool".

    she looks like no teen I have ever seem more like a fairy or something. For some reason the character has none of the awkwardness of a teen. Very stylized 

     

    ...indeed, at least Josie 6 and 7 did have a bit more of that awkward teen physique.

    ..."tweens" are usually 12 - 13 years old.   Josie 8 looks more like 18 - 19.  There's an age gap of about 5 years.

    Thank you for the comparisons- really shows the character mix capabilities.  Curious, what swimsuit/leotard is pictured?  I also saw the suit in another promo shot, but it wasn't cross-referenced.

    Teen Josie with Jocelyn Hair and the Denim Jumper. The lips are not the default, I played with the bump, glossy, and added a teeny bit of metallicity. The eyelash settings are in this post in my Art Studio thread.  I undid the parameter settings for the eyelashes so I could go more negative with them.

    Same here, and I did get the orange banner/message showing up last time. Wasn't there a glitch then, though, that not all the messages got sent out at the same time? Maybe it'll be up by tonight, or tomorrow, or s**n...

    My leotard - https://www.daz3d.com/leotard-for-genesis-3-female-s it was a christmas freebie so you probably have it.  The auto-fit from G3 to G8 works pretty well but it obliterates the HD morphs (which are the trim and wrinkles) so I made a normal map for them.  Apply the sleeveless style first then plug the body one into the 4 body material zones and the other one into everything else.

    You can transfer items VERY easily G8 to G3. It involves posing the G8 clothes to match the G3 neutral pose and transferring rigging. Sickleyield has a tutorial that goes both ways.

    I wonder that too. I mean George 8 had pretty much the same face as George 7, surely not all very overweight middle aged men look the same?
