There are some awesome deals to be had over there. Very nice coupon, great quality products.
So VUE is a progam that's great at large scenes and creating clones/instances/lots of things to populate a set.
I noticed some of his products have " XXXX for VUE" in the title and some do not.
It's listed as required software, which means it's not one of those I can "export to Daz" in any way shape or form....?
And this product https://www.daz3d.com/the-host requiring this not-on-sale-awesome-product https://www.daz3d.com/night-world-mourning-sun-for-michael-4 doesn't load the thumbnails. My screen dims and nothing happens.
AKO47 also doesn't load the promo pics

Oh snaps! I remember reearching Vue- it was among the list and the pros were you could buy the modules and slowly build your engine.
Oh man did I read a lot of sites arguing over that popular list of 3d software.
Vue is a big deal. But I think I grabbed one of the alternatives and made a few postcards and it was overkill. lol
The name escapes me.
Erm... so apparently, the store can do negative sales... interesting, but not all that helpful. XD
Vue looks very cool. There's a free version you can download to try everything out, but it's heavily restricted. There's also an artist's version (I think it's $149) and then you can add on modules as you need them. Been thinking of playing in it, but too much on my plate right now. Everything I've seen done with it is gorgeous, and it has been used for matte painting in many films- both realistic and stylized (the Despicable Me movies used it, and I think I read it was used on the Sherlock Holms series with Robert Downey Jr. Info is in the interview section of their site.)
Vue is a pro tool, and no mistake, but I'm not sure if I'd recommend it for Mac owners. I've tried various versions over the years, and they all seem to be incredibly unstable on Mac. They have an approximately yearly release cycle for major versions with bug-fix releases in between. Sometimes after 1 or 2 bug-fix releases you get something that's sort-of stable on Mac. Then the next major release hits, and it's back to Crash City.
Your mileage may, of course, vary, and it could be something particular to my system(s). But I've never come across any software that crashes as hard or often on my machines as Vue.
Is this still happening for you?
Yes, it is. It's part of the "Pillage Like You're Platinum" sale, with the fixed pricing of $6 or $10 for non PC+ customers. Except this one was cheaper than that. So whoops...
Ah right I will let them know. I couldn't duplicate it as I am a PC member
Ah, okay, thanks! Interesting to know the software will let that happen, though.
What price do you see whn you take it through to the checkout page
I hadn't tried it, since I was passing it up this time... but I just tried, and it goes back down to $5. So no worries, I guess, it's just cosmetic.
Why can't you just log out of your account? Wouldn't that work? I can't remember if you have to have an account to put things in the cart.
When I have about 15 tabs open and watching the last thing I want to do is log out.
In Firefox you can open a Private Browsing Window. You are going to be logged out in that one. Probably there is something similar in Chrome
"New Incognito Window" in Chrome.
New InPrivate Window in Edge.
Lots of awesome stuff going to the wishlist today. Sigh.
So, the Genesis 2 Female flash sale that just went up mentions a 60% discount, but a few of the items are showing at only 58% off. There's an * next to the 60%, but since the banner just links directly to the list of sales items (instead of a promo page), I have no idea wihat the asterisk is for.
Looks like the discount is not applying correctly in some cases, logged out I'm seeing 0% on some, 40,50 & 60% on others (the majority are at 60% thought), logged in as a PC+ member I'm seeing 58, 66, 72 & in at least 1 case 87% off. Might be worth giving it a while for the changes to settle as I have sometimes seen that it takes a while for the changes to roll though the entire catalogue, of course it could be yet another sales snaf, in which case hopefully somebody will be along to fix it and explain the *.
Yeah, not seeing any additional discount over the current prices. Whatever is listed, no matter what the discount is coming up the same in cart. So, I'm not sure if the 60% was meant to be a flat percentage of the base price, or off the currently discounted price. Also, not seeing the usual additional 30% off DOs for PC+ members.
Carts blank now
Edit: Meant the Flashsale is Blank lol.
Okay 3rd edit. No I don't do drugs. But I had a brain fart and had PC+ ticked (two head thumps).
Once it's in the cart, does it round up to 60% off? Can you please give me an example cart so I can try to put in the products? Give me examples of ones at 58% please.
Looks like most of them have been sorted, logged out I only find the items below that don't have 60% off, a couple have more and three have no discount at all.
Looks like it's fixed now. A couple of the items I recognize that were at 58% before are now at 72%. Thanks whomever fixed this!
The lowest %off is now 66% (which would make sense since I"m platinum baby, we plat peeps get a little extra off on things!)
Edit: Some things were removed though... Said items are currently at 58% off, but are no longer part of the G2F Flash sale. Ahh well!
Bother. I'd thought Morpheus 7 sale would roll off before the Zev0 pose sale... I need countdown timers...on everything. :-P

Not a lot of enticement for me on the latest old content deals...probably because I already own a ton of it. I have liked quite a few of the newer releases, though.
Although 50% on old releases is not that much, I'm tempted to get some BadKitteh stuff (April Rain). What made me wonder is the Exoline boots and Accessories. Why is there a dedicated G8F version now? Shouldn't G3F-clothing do quite well on G8F? And why is the G8F-version a little more expensive than the one for G3F?
Yeah...I'd hoped that G8F would signal more cross-compatible content (as well as a cross-compatible figure), but that doesn't seem to be the case... Although, it's likely up to the PA what they want to do the work to support...maybe. :)
