Giving a fan-girl shout-out to Phoenix -- thank you for doing such an incredible job with Billy, and making him available for the rest of us to nerd out with. :)
Regarding Billy. Yes. 'tis a pretty good likeness, just no signature lip curl. Was half expecting an out of focus wedding dress to be visible though a gothic window in a corner of one of the promo images.
If it were a celebrity's artistic photoshoot, she might strike this pose and press the shutter just before falling, and then people would go crazy discussing how she did it, saying it's not scientifically possible.
You can be however strong and flexible as you want. If center of gravity isn't above point of contact, she will fall.
Not replying specifically to felis... Not all poses are meant to be "held". This could be a pose "in motion". (Not sure where she's going, just pointing out "falling over" isn't disqualifying for whether a pose is useful.)
seen a few glam shoots where models have done seemingly impossible poses but that is the skill of the photographer and models especially if the models are ballirena, gymnasts, dancers and photographers use forget what they are called but those clickers that take so many photos real fast in seconds so the poses are more arty good for a fairy/fae, angel

I get where you'd think Billy Idol, but it's James Marsters as Spike (aka William the Bloody) in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. (Hence the vampire morphs).
[Adopting a very British 1950's newsreel voice] As I understand it 'Spike' is something to do with 'popular culture and the "Hit Parade"' [/voice] - something I confess I don't do. 1980's is pretty recent for me music wise.

I made the same mistake, and I was very much in that show's target demographic.
This looks pretty good. It's about time there was a newer alternative to Big Bill. I'm not paying $53 for it though so it can stay on my w/l until I can bring that price down.
I have no need for it at all, but the new Daz+ release, SE Nekobini Cafe, is super cute.
so guessing the editorial license is no longer a thing at least for new stuff now cause I've seen a lot of that as real physical products sold in various stores, doing a google lens search found out the name of the cat Maneki-Neko and doing a search of that found out about the different versions/meanings pretty cool and all those little figurines the cat, mice, puppies, mugs, pillows Space Elsa has ctreated something special and at that price too so glad didn't cop the EL Japan has some great themed cafes/places
The Maneki-neko is a famous Japanese good-luck cat figurine that features a raised paw, a gold coin, and various symbolic colors.
Paw Meanings
Right paw raised: Invites money and good fortune.
Left paw raised: Welcomes many customers and friends into a shop or home.
Color Meanings
White: Brings general happiness and purity.
Gold or Yellow: Attracts wealth and business success.

Maneki-Neko is a very common item and there are no copyright issues related to its use, unless the Maneki-Neko looks like the one from Pokémon.
I can hardly believe this is a Daz+ product. The whole row of ceramic animals in the back, complete with dogs and mice, is such an exquisite scene. The color scheme perfectly captures the Japanese "kawaii" style. Space-Elsa is now one of my favorite artists.
I'm not into things that are so cute, but the SE Nekobini Cafe is one of the best looking DAZ+ releases in a very long time. It can be used for kitbashing as well, so many possibilities.

wow that's really cool to know that something so common isn't copyrighted when just about anything and everything is now days even the happy birthday song this is a really nice looking product with so much in it,

well it is good for a cosplay theme with the waitresses and others dressed up in some of those outfits some complain about on here like the maids, bunny and others or those anime dresses mini dresses with the ruffles that Baby Metal wear seen few videos of places like this and wearing stuff like that and act as characters oh and the decorated themed foods and drinks they have based on characters would go well with this

It's because they're so common that they're not - and can't be - copyright protected. Whoever originated the concept has been dead for centuries, so while it would theoretically be possible to trademark a specific design of the maneki neko, nobody can lay claim to the general idea.

I recall a debate here some time ago about franchises trying to lay claim to common objects that they themselves had once taken from general culture, and I hear that there are some franchises that can be pretty obnoxious about it. This was my comment on the subject back at the time:
"Well, at a certain point, (pretty much) everything is inspired by something that came before. Even - and, I would argue, especially - franchises draw on pre-existing ideas. If I write up a story/comic/RPG game/whatever based on completely alien, unrelateable plots, subjects, characters, settings, objects (assuming I could even come up with something that was not based on pre-existing ideas, which is a big assumption), who is going to ... relate to it? Care? Be interested? Take Star Wars: it's inspired by every outer space/fighter pilot/amorphous "evil empire" movie (TV show, book, comic, etc) that came before it. It was not written in a vacuum; it's a recombination of existing elements. The party that owns the IP property of the Star Wars universe can reasonably claim the unique characters, places and things that were created for Star Wars and its various official sequels, products and so on. However, they don't get to own the basic ideas and objects that they themselves adopted from pre-existing fiction and reality. They can own the exact shape and markings of R2-D2 or unique gadgets attached to a long leather jacket. They don't get to own the idea of a long leather jacket. Or of generic round robots. Every western ever had long leather jackets; practically every early space movie had round robots... "

I don't have much need for a kawaii type locale but it definitely could be kitbashed. It's honestly a great location, even if you wanted to remove the kawaii part of it and just turn it into something else, which is probably what I'll end up doing. It's pretty easily set up for that.
The counter entry for staff also is rigged which is a nice touch. The doors other than the front door aren't rigged though so it'll require manual rigging if those areas will be used.

Maneki-Neko has been a prominent cultural item in Japan for hundreds of years, so it really can't be copyrighted except as a trademarked design variant, like the above mentioned Poken version, or how Disney managed to get register trademarks on the designs for their versions of classic fairy tale characters.
Also fell in love with https://www.daz3d.com/se-nekobimi-cafe but here comes the brickbat...where is the food? It is pictured in the first eleven promos, which is some serious bait and switch when it's not part of the product. There's not even a 'food not included' in the description. I shall be more discriminating with this vendor going forward and make sure I check ALL the promos.

This pose seems out of center of gravity.
I love their poses, but this one just made my arthritic toes hurt.
And bending the toes the wrong way, too. Ouch.

There are rarely so many "would like to have" items any given day. There are too many today.
I'm not a professional, but I remember it being a pose dancers use to exercise their bodies (maybe their toes), basically leaning against a wall.
You can be however strong and flexible as you want. If center of gravity isn't above point of contact, she will fall.
Yep, it's a matter of physics, not strength of will.
If it were a celebrity's artistic photoshoot, she might strike this pose and press the shutter just before falling, and then people would go crazy discussing how she did it, saying it's not scientifically possible.

As a general point, I agree. As in the sprint start pose below:
However, it's obviously dynamic. The static pose of crushing your toenails is the exact opposite of dynamic.
