    Horo, mermaid010, thank you.

Fantastic sci-fi scene, Horo. Makes me think of the Borg from Startrek.

My next render is an indoor scene. The 'old world room' is an environment that is or was temporarily free at DAZ, so I grabbed it. I had to do some un- and regrouping of e.g. the plant and the chairs to enable to move them. I posed two Genesis (2) characters in DAZ Studio, with clothing and hair, as you can see, and put them on the chairs before the fire. I also used a sphere with a fire texture (from David B) to get the fire blazing. To lower the size of the scene in memory, I modified some textures (e.g. walls, beams, floor) to procedural Bryce textures. Behind the curtain was nothing, so I made a corridor there. And I put lights on the lamp (they were there in DAZ, but not functional in Bryce). Hope you like it.

Hansmar - thank you. Very well done scene and material adjustments for this room with the two ladies and the books on the floor between them.

The city is one side (1 terrain from 6) of the CubeCity from Deep Space HDRI 1. It stands in a Fading Mirror Box. In the far background a self made terrain. Sky and ambient light by the Sunset4a HDRI from HDRI for Fun and a bit of light by the sun from above. I front of the camera a Vignetting Filter with f-1/1 from Lenses and Filters.

Hansmar - very cozy indoor scene, the lighting is fantastic.

Horo - interesting how you used one of the terrains from the cube, very nicely done.

Beautiful helix spiral, mermaid.  Very pretty blues and silver.

Hansmar, great scene setup.  The buildings are really cool.

Horo, wow, the space city? planet? ship?  is amazing.

The hall was assembled by parts from horo.ch > Raytracing > Resources >; Objects > objHallSet, the left train is Mae & West Bundle1 by Ali and Bea, right Lordi Railroad Company by Drachenlords. In the background an HDRI from High Resolution Terrains 2 and in front of the camera the EWL (extreme wide-angle lens) from Lenses and Filters. Two historic trains exhibited in a museum.

The setup is by David from his Landscapses 3 - Falls pack. I added the row boat and the helicopter and changed the camera position.

mermaid - your scene came out very nice, great waterfalls, too.

The terrain was self made and given a material from High Resolution Terrains 2. In front of the camera a warm filter from Lenses and Filters. Sky and ambient light by the ErmClouds14_SD HDRI (unpublished) and the key light by the sun. A mountainscape with glaciers in the valleys.

I love trains, Horo.  Beautiful render of these two.  Great looking landscape.

mermaid. Wonderfully rendered landscape.  Like the addition of the helicopter and the raft.

I was only away for a few days, and already so many great pictures have been posted here. Each of them deserves a comment, but I am sorry there are simply too many.

The model used in my last picture is from Daz3D "HMS Victory". The light comes from HDRI and the Bryce sun.

Elektro-Elvis - thank you. Very beautiful realistic looking scene.

Five terrains from Environments - Inclement Weather with an adjusted material from High Resolution Terrains 3. Sky and ambient light by an HDRI from Gritstone Hills and the key light by the sun. An environment with mountain peaks.

This is a Genesis 9-model called Clyde. Light comes from an HDRI, which I downloaded from PolyHaven. Rendered with Premium Effects, TA with 256 rpp and Boost Light activated. I used Depth of Field to achive a faint blur effect. I thought the image looks more candid this way ;-) Render Time around 20 minutes.

Addendum: Apologies for a second post. This was ment to be added to my previous post above.

Electro-Elvis – I agree with Horo, your renders of persons are always excellent.

The Torus Knot – Wings 3D model and the Camera are within an 8-sided pyramid, lit by a sky from David’s Cloudscape 5

Elvis, the big sky and gorgeous sunset make this image striking.

Horo, love the use of pinks in the landscape, very pretty.

mermaid, the mirrored look of this makes the object look like it's in water.  Very clever work.

mermaid - the Torus Knot is superbly presented in this scene.

    NGartplay - thank you.

Rather an abstract image. It resembles a messy and squalid technical room or laboratory. Only a pyramid, lit by multiple reflections from the WpH21_SC250 specular convolved HDRI from Hyper Textures Base and a bit of light by the sun. A messy laboratory.

mermaid - thank you. Very nice render with this object by Fencecepost (I don't have it).

Hansmar - thank you. Very nicely done alpine scene, looks very peaceful.

ed3D - thank you. This tool seems to work like a vacuum cleaner.

The Cube City is from Deep Space HDRI 1. It is surrounded by a sphere with a volumetric material as atmosphere. Ambient light and background by the DS-Sky04 HDRI from Deep Space HDRI 2. The star cluster left and the galaxy at right as well as the fine stars are from the Space Construction Kit and some reddish light by the sun. An alien city as cube in the far away space.

And  how  did  you  make  this  "Cube "  ??

And  the  Metro DataVac  is  very  well  made  &  very  strong

    +  Thanx

Thank you Horo, mermaid010, NGartplay, Electro-Elvis.

Great city-scape, Horo and your terrains are marvelous (as ever). But I am most impressed by your train-museum render. The laboratory may be messy, but it looks great. Don't clean-up!

Very good work with the waterfalls, mermaid010. I agree with NGartplay, the torus knot looks great, as if under water.

Amazing render of the ship, Electro-Elvis. I love the sun behind the ship. The whole render is shipshape! Your person renders are very good and Clyde is no exception.

I made a space scene with a space station (station 34C), a solar sail and several items from the space construction kit. I created the terrain myself.
