Thank you, Horo, mermaid010 and NGartplay.

Wonderful bush track, mermaid010 and also very nice colourful abstracts.

Amazing terrain renders, Horo. I very much like the materials in the one from 21 January.

I rerendered the lady on the bed in the room with the shadows. I modified several things, e.g. the position of the camera, the plant and the sun and the texture of the floor.

The terrain was self made and given a material combined from High Resolution Terrains 1 and High Resolution Terrains 2. Sky and ambient light by an HDRI from Environments - Inclement Weather and the key light by the sun. A mountainscape with a deep gorge between two peaks.

Here - on second thought - the anaglyph of the same scene, just the haze reduced.

mermaid, vibrant colors make your abstract pop.

Horo, both wonderful landscapes.  I like the craggy tops of the mountains.

    Hansmar, oo lala, excellent light.

    Thank you ed3D and NGartplay.

The terrain was self made and given a material combined from Gritstone Hills and Landscapes under Fantastic Skies. The building is by and from Drachenlords. Sky and ambient light by the DS-Sky03 HDRI from Deep Space HDRI 2 and the clouds from Object Clouds 2D & 3D and the key light by the sun. A research station on a remote world.

    Thanks NGartplay

The Prometheus is a freebie from Free3D, the space station by Shedder, background from the Deep Space 2 by David and Horo and an anaglyph.

Another beautiful landscape, Horo, well done.

mermaid - thank you. Drachenlords building is a bit small, click on the image to get a bigger view.
Now your space scene looks great and the anaglyph is awesome.

    Thanks NGartplay.

Horo, your terrains are always amazing, as are your skies. In this case, the sky with clouds and space objects cannot fully convince me, however.  Perhaps the star system looks a bit 'add on' to a normal sky for me.

    Great space scene, mermaid010.

Back to modified renders of older abstracts. Two renders from a file called Escher with various things changed (I cannot remember who made the original).

Two very nice abstracts Hansmar. The second one looks a bit like a head with glasses.

    Thank you, Horo.

Next a terrain with a balloon. The balloon textures have been remade in Bryce, partially transparent. There is a person in the balloon, but I might just as well not have bothered, because he is hardly visible. I added some fires from the burners too.

Hansmar - very nicely done scene with the partly transparent balloon. The ground of this mountain scene looks a bit like a carpet.

The terrain is from Premium Rendering HDRI TA Rockfall with an adjusted Tau Variant material (Pro Materials Tau_davidbrinnen 3/10). Sky, colour and light by the Gasclouds_B03 HDRI from Landscapes under Fantastic Skies and additionally a bit of light by the sun. A landscape that almost looks like prehistoric ruins.

Thank you Horo. I like your ancient (South American?) city ruins very much.

I was not completely happy with that texture on the ground of my previous balloon scene. So I decided to use another texture. But I also wanted to show the person in the basket (you still have to look carefully) and changed sky and camera position. New version uses two implementations of the Craggy landscape (one of the high resolution terrains from Horo/David B), instead of one with a simple terrain for the original version.

Hansmar – awesome abstracts, both versions of the Balloon Flights are superb.

Wow Horo, fantastic work, very realistic prehistorical temple.

The original file is by Cris333 (ShareCG) – Mountains for Bryce, lighting and materials from the Grand Mountain, the tree I had in my library.

Hansmar - thank you. Yes, something like very old ruins of a city.
Your new render with the balloon looks indeed better and the person in the basket can be seen quite good.

mermaid - thank you. Very nicely done snowy landscape with the leafless trees. We seem to have often a similar inspiration what kind of scene we want to make.

The terrain is from Grand Mountains with a material from the same set. Sky and ambient light by an HDRI from HDRI Enhanced Skies and the key light by the sun. A snowy mountainscape with glaciers in the evening light.
