    Today I like:

Looks like Magic Brush is getting better on environments/interiors.

If you bought the coffee shop, please let us know if the front door is rigged. Thanks.

No, not rigged - not even a separate object, there is a glass prop and a metal prop that seems to cover the whole glazed area.

Thanks Richard for your insights about Magic Brush coffee shop.

I have put it on my wishlist, but have no use of it at the moment.

  • How is it, on a day with "toons" and "anime", there are no filatoon items?

That's disappointing. It looks good. But I do stories with continuity. The place not being functional is a non-starter.

He's finally here, and just as expected, hopefully there will be more characters with this style, along with various hairstyles, clothing, and accessories; this could definitely become a new category.

I love the character style, so I hope there are more in the series too.

It's absolutely gorgeous work, but I struggle to think of ways I could make him my own.

Agreed! Picked him up today, together with the excellent Steampunk clothing set by Luthbel. I absolutely love this style, painterly textures with a chisel-stylized HD mesh. What a gem!

Today's physics-defying bow suspenders brought me a solid giggle. I know it takes all types, but anyone wore that into my bedroom, I'd be laughing too hard to do anything.

There must be adhesives involved... right?

  • The 'Valentine's' stuff this year feels just so 'Tac, Tack, Tacky'. A hard no from me. Regards, Richard.

Double sided tape can do wonders...

And I think I would have used hearts instead of bows - to stay in the mood cheeky

Wire inside the suspenders could maybe be enough and the wearer has to spend some time making sure the suspenders are following their body shape closely?

The 'Ooh La La It's Xmas' thing around the figure hip, I don't see how it's staying in place without adhesive though.

Or maybe it's the power of the suspension of disbelief in both case?

  • that's sort of a staple of tempesta's clothing items. they don't appeal to me, but I'm sure there are fans. I personally like chris cox's 80s aerobics outfit.

Not double sided tape, but just tape, directly applied, ala the Black Tape Project.  Otherwise even cloth that's held on with tape is going to bunch and buckle with movement.  Interestingly, I recently came across some information on the team of Spanish artists who used to illustrate the original VAMPIRELLA comics from Warren Publishing back in the seventies and eighties.  Vampi had a similar gravity defying outfit and as the Vampi covers were all done as oil paintings, they used a real girl as their model.. and they found that the only way to get the costume to look right in the reference photos, one of them woould literallly just paint the costume on her.

LOL I feel like my elves defeating nightmare creatures on the streets of Minneapolis are more plausible than that thing. =P

As a hobby costumer, those outfits are the worst. Teen Kiddo is getting into cosplay (age appropriate, obviously) and simultaneously lerning how to make costumes and also requiring me to do most of the design/execution because they don't have 30+ years of experience under their belt. We had to have a discussion about how some of those looks only happen because physics don't apply in drawings, and no amount of skill is going to make it turn out like the picture.

I found one of the shaders that I liked, so I used it to trigger the sale of my wishlist. And of course MartinJFrost's daffodils were perfect for the spring also dropped further in price. My wishlist is only dated back to those items released in June 2025, but I am clearing out some hairs and eight Fabiana's older products brought over (yeah, metadata but I will phase them in slowly). Amazing how items not going over $3.00 or $4.00 can add up when totalled. The shaders were the only item not affected by my tokens.

I thought this was a 'store-wide' wishlist sale?

You can’t really scroll through this marketplace in public anymore. The moment you start browsing, your screen fills up with endless photos of young and teenage girls, lingerie, and barely-there “bikinis” that just keep appearing. It’s honestly ridiculous.

Ain't that the truth! And boring, so very, very BORING.

Compared to the ubiquitous modern, ancient, and fantasy styles of clothing, this design is absolutely stunning! Yes, there's very little fabric, but it's anything but vulgar; it's a true work of art, like those in a museum.

It's a beautiful design, but it would look even better with a top underneath.

Something like the double bandana top from Lilflame would look better compared to the current half top (a conditional graft could have removed half of it to end with the current design):

you could load 2 tops and scale second one -100 on X axis and set collision to the first one

At first, I thought it was an ancient style of clothing in the Indian or Persian style( like this https://www.daz3d.com/saree--charu although it was missing many parts), but now that I look closely it is more like a modern design like Lilflame. I found that its top and skirt are separate, and it should have provided a symmetrical top.

Good catch. One can always put something underneath.

Despite being enabled for dForce (Visible in Simulation On) the drape does not move
    during the simulation.
