A third of Outlet changed sounds about right. All of my WL Outlets are still there except for the Millawa 8 Cryomancer bundle, which is okay. I already have the components I really wanted but put it in WL when it went into Outlet because I thought some of the remaining ones might be useful.
Nothing in QG I want. KOO Caldwell HD 9 is back, I noticed, in case anyone missed him previously.

Some people need sleep occasionally. Daz doesn't care. (That is like the shingles vaccine commercials where people brag about how they exercise, etc,. and the narrator voice over says "Shingles doesn't care.")

I usually checked to see what the offer was when I was awake, but I didn't use the codes of every 6 hour period. I got some good stuff that I am happy with, but I was not a big spender. It went on too long and got boring with repeated deals. I did get a gift card at the 20% off, once when I found a new item of the day that I actually was interested in buying. Those have been few and far between with the emphasis on lingerie and such lately.
Fortunatelly i did manage to take advantage of the outlet coupon. But the 4/6 hour rotations are a problem in general for me, getting a good cart takes time and one has other things to do than to constantly look for new codes and test different carts. I would had spend more on the whislist coupons if i had the time to think more carefully, cautionous me won and discarded many 'decent' carts all three days of the sale.
And add to that the fact that often the offer is malfunctioning for some or all of the limited time...
...seems as if littlie ir anything has changed since last month, mostly clothing and characters from the "other store". In fact the first nine or so items have been the same Since September I thought the selection was supposed to rotate monthly..
I can't figure out what the cycle is for Outlet. Like you, I thought Daz had settled on monthly. Then, this time it looks like they only changed some items. With such a large number of items, however, I can't always tell if some were newly added or I just didn't notice them before.
The Xivon props - ball & bat, duffle, etc. - seem to be permanent "residents."
The closest I've been able to suss out is that it changes ahead of big sales.

TGF the outlet store
It looks to me like all DAZ Original items have been removed from the outlet store, but PA items remain, and no new items have been added. We're probably about to swap in new items, would be my guess.
It would seem likely that they took them all out because that's what's eligible for the advent calendar (at least one item I know was in there at $1.99 showed up on somebody's freebie so far)... will be interesting to see if they add PA items to compensate for the missing inventory or if they just leave as-is until January.

I hadn't noticed it was DOs that got removed/replaced, which explains why the bundle I was going to get this week disappeared. Glad I followed my own advice and wishlisted Outlet and Quick Grabs I was interested in but hadn't yet bought.
It looks like the few DOs left are co-owned(?) by Daz & PAs, like the Xivon props I mentioned above.

You are right. Except for those fixed items at the start of the list, all DO were removed. That explains why I was seeing very few items when i filtered WL
