This is Daz we're talking about. Change is on their schedule and we don't have a copy of their schedule. It's prudent to get the items you want when they appear because they may or may not remain available. The last set changed shortly after it appeared and I missed some items as a result. Some of the items reappeared in quick grab later. It's apparently designed to keep us guessing.
My assumption at present is that Quick Grab changes every week (new items on Monday, but although the old items expire at Sunday 23:59:59, it seems their replacements are often later on Monday), and Outlet Store gets updated (but not completely replaced) with a new month.
Whether that will hold, we'll see.
It seemed like last time there was a change, it was because of how Daz wanted some of the items to either interact or not interact with a sale that dropped a day or two later. With that in mind, and the fact that the membership sale is traditionally in October, I would not be surprised if there was some shuffling prior to that.
...of course, I would also not be surprised if things stayed exactly the same.
I went and checked; original Outlet set opened on May 15th and then it changed over for the first time on August 4th. So 2 and a half months. Daz deserves a lot of complaints about how they run things, but I wouldn't call that "the last set changed shortly after it appeared". That's almost a quarter of a year.
I understand that it's pudent to buy when they appear, but if I'd done that for all the things I want/wishlist in the current set then I would've bought them all back in early August and then had to pay for Outlet items I didn't want in order to get discounts in some of the sales since then.
It's getting close to when I think it will changeover (presumably mid-October based on the last dates), and I'm considering buying the ones I haven't got yet. I probably will just get them and not worry about sales. I was just seeing if anyone had a better theory/idea for when Daz were likely to choose to schedule it.
I'm talking about the set we have now. Some of the bundles that were not quickgrabs changed about two weeks in. I missed some of the ones that vanished, I bought some of the ones that appeared. Nothing is guaranteed to stay where it is in the Daz store. It's the way of things! Then again, I could be mistaken on a few items. My point is, don't expect things to stay the same in any part of the Daz store. Things change without notice!
I stumbled across this item TF Skateboard Helmet that does not show in the Outlet store pages, but it has the logo and an appropriate price.. According to the readme, it was released Aug 08. Not a life-changing oversight, but some skaters are safety-conscious...
Another interesting point about outlet store: Many Outlet Store items are not shown in the store. I actually shop the OS by sorting the whole store low-to-high. If you have a membership, the 99 cent OS items tend to be among the lowest-priced items in the store. The highest-pticed OS items are $4.99. Sometimes, I also check individual vendors who have something in the store. And again, I've seen a lot of OS items that are not shown in the store.
I think we should have some way to see the new items in the outlet by some sort of special sorting feature. I love the outlet idea, but I've basically stopped checking, because I don't see any way of finding out with a reasonable amount of effort if anything new has been put into it. Even if he have something like a changeover announcement, which we definitely should, I still don't feel much like sifting through all those pages after each turnover.
The outlet is still a work in progress I think. Hopefully they'll come up with a clever idea for handling turnovers.

Every one of my outlet wishlist items has dropped out and is now up to full price. There are a few back in from the first rotation, so I'll leave these full price ones alone & not drop them out.

Huh. Not a single thing that tempted me, which is unexpected. Hard time minding with all the great stuff I've picked up over the past month, though. Happy shopping to those who find bounty in the offerings!
It looks like a lot of the products don't have that Outlet tag (or whatever it's called) on the thumbnail. I hope that's intentional, since it seemed so hard for the Daz team to remove them when items rotated out.
It could be worth checking the Quick-Grab: at least one Genesis 9 product (the Genesis 9 Femine pose or something like that) was part of the outlet store and now that it's not but is still part of the quick-grab, it's price was lowered to 0.99 (apparently, Outlet price has priority over Quick Grab price).

I saw 0 $4.99 PA bundle this month.
The previous store had more eye candy.
I hope 700+ items will be added soon to the Outlet, as the previous outlet store had 2.5-2.6k items, and now we have under 2k items in the store.
Interesting that 'Decimator' is $9.99/4.99. I've been reading up on it, and I've been left less likely to use it than before. It seems not to be able to save any generated scene related data in the scene file, with the user needing to load the Lod extras in afterwards. Hmm. Not sure.
Does anyone know which versions of DS this build of Decimator works on? It looks as if 4.21 might be iffy (guess which I use most... yep, 4.21) I have a number of other versions installed, can anyone say what versions of DS they get their decimator to work reliably with?

It's a plugin by Daz: each time a new version of Daz Studio is released, these plugins are updated and will require that new version to work.
From what I read in previous discussions around Daz plugins, the only way to get a version compatible with an older version is to open a ticket and maybe the support will provide you an older version.

w/respect to those poses, I got https://www.daz3d.com/gothic-lace-lingerie-bundle on 9/1. They had the OS sale that day, and I spent $3.99 in discounted store credit for the bundle that includes the poses. That was a good deal, I think. And what can I say? Lingerie! Well, I got other stuff, too.
Anyway, I see some bundles and loose items in the new batch that are in my WL. Looks good to me. Dunno if I can participate due to RL stuff.
Heads up to anyone shopping the Quick Grab and Outlet store but the prices seem to be a weeeeee bit cheaper today. I don't see any mention in the rotating banners or anything.
Just came here to give the same heads-up. Couldn't figure out what caused it, either. My first thought was some coding thing with the DO headliner, but it isn't limited to DOs. Maybe a promo they forgot to list on the page?

There was a thing for Labor Day that had them discounted.
I noticed a couple of my Outlet items in my WL were super low, but on the actual Outlet page, with Only WL ticked, I don't see them. Maybe Daz tweaked the selection again today?
I'm thinking the extra discount was a mistake, because it's gone now.
