    USER ERROR

Solved my problem with posing the MakeHuman in Blender.  I had inverse kinematics on with the added rig helpers but was trying to rotate intermediate bones.  Example, the knee or the elbow, even though it is the hand and the foot that must move with inverse kinematics.

    Note to self

Video on lengthy process to install NVIDIA Blueprints combining ComfyUI directly within Blender.

Needs significant hardware, requires lots of steps, lots of spots to miss a step, at end plops you in specific Blender scene, from which you start substituting elements to customize

copying or replicating someone else's intelectual Property is also theft but many Artists against Ai have no issues doing just that

calling it FAN ART doesn't legally excuse them

the number of anti Ai artist posting YouTube videos where they nonchalantly draw their interpretation of a well known Anime or game character while preaching their blog is astounding

oh but we drew it ourselves

OK I robbed a bank vault myself with C4 and a sledgehammer instead of committing an online cyberscam make it make sense?

some of my Ai videos at least use LoRas trained on photos of myself for example this one

Glad you got it sorted !!!

Wendy - you rock!  That is very cool.

Bunyip - Thanks.  I still don't quite have the hang of it for fine-tuning, but at least I can try.  Yay.

I downloaded Wan 2.2 for Pinokio but while the videos look good, they didn't look like my images..

... then I realised I had the text to image tab selected not the image to video one, cheeky oh duh

now it's downloading the one I wanted, Pinokio is easy to use and compensates for my lower VRAM but things take a while as a result

I am wondering if I should bite the bullet and try and use ComfyUI on Google Collab instead, still a lot cheaper than using Ai websites, there are easy to install packages

I haven't tried Pinokio yet but I see ads for it.  I am fortunate to have enough RAM for my current usage of ComfyUI, but I see trouble on the horizon.  I am going to spend the near term doing a deep dive in Blender.  For many people, the ComfyUI/AI option is a replacement for 3D, but I am finding it more like an extension.  Carrara has been a GREAT partner with my tests, some of the early ones I shared in the Carrara forum.  Blender has the potential to be even better, but I had only used the modeler and the UVMapper until recently.  I have seen a couple videos in which the use of an NVIDIA blueprint puts ComfyUI directly in Blender in a node structure.  Now that is a challenge for my RAM!  In any case, I need to learn more of the basics of Blender, such as cameras, rendering, etc.  Fortunately, the world is full of free Blender tutorials - almost too full because it can be hard to sort through them to find the good ones.

    yeah Blender surprise

I use it a bit and it is less confusing than ComfyUI if I stay away from the nodes

can say that for DAZ studio when it comes to Shadermixer cheeky

    Starting Over

Recall that my PC died.  Had way too many problems with the replacement.  Finally gave up and returned it.  Fortunately, I was in the exchange period.  Now installing all the software all over again.

I have a functioning PC.  Yay.

I did a test of using Carrara to render 4 toon lineart office renders and then having the Wan 2.2 model (AI) calculate the animation tweeners.  Kind of rough, but as it was my first try, I think it is a good start.  Again, the AI model is only calculating the tweeners, the keyframes are 3D toon renders, in this Carrara.

Rather than double post, here is a link to my post announcing Brash and Moxie romancing the toon world.
