You need a Genesis 8.1 item, not just any new release
I see what you are saying. I wonder if the coupon is misprinted and should have said 15% both times, so that it was telling you you were going to have a discount in the header and then what the discount was. As the additional 15% is from what remains after the 30% was originally taken off, that does calculate correctly - if it was meant to be both amounts, then you are correct in saying that the numbers are wrong. It seems to me that it would be a pretty darn generous offer to give 2 discounts in one go, but that's Daz for you - full of contradictions...
Is anyone else seeing this issue??? Does it work for anyone else?

I also had both coupons. Now they have clawed back the 60% coupon and left only thev 50% coupon.
Wrong title, now corrected - the body of the message was correct.
2 orange banners i one day. i still to afeared of broken prodlib again to shop.
My coupon still says an extra 10% off 3 items even though the banner has been changed to Extra 15% off

@Richard Haseltine I posted the screen shot of the coupon in my original post there is no code it just says ( see attached) but prior it said 10% off 3 items on the orange banner which was now changed to An Extra 15% off but the actual coupon wasn't changed. I am not sure why I am given a coupon that first says I get an additional 10% off 3 items, which means any 3 items, there was no specification and then decide its not the right one and just change the banner to 15% off with same coupon attached. I have 3 items in my cart but the additional 10% I was given is not applying, thats hardly good business practice.
The only suggestion I can give you is to show Daz your screenshot. As Richard had said, the title was wrong, it was the body of the message that was correct.
Today's Valentine special promises a "Free Valentine Item" on the promo shop page plus in today's newsletter mail. But when opening the promo, there is no trace of a free item.
So... how do I get the free valentine item?
Better still.... what is it...? Where do we find it..?

AS per my screenshot of my coupon it still says even in the body of my coupon An extra 10% of 3 items, it wasn't just the title that said that information. What Daz dept would I send it to so I can actually get a timely response before the sale prices ar no longer in effect on the 3 items I had put in my cart?

As far as I can see from your last screenshot, the An extra 10% is the title which is incorrect. The body only shows the extra 15% on the indicated items. As Richard stated, this is the part of the offer that is valid. To ask further, you would need to put in a ticket, show them the screenshot and explain what you want to ask.
Recycled bundle contents now joined by recycled Valentine gift. Maybe this is Daz' contribution to sustainability.

As I have previously advised (and others have found) not all of the "Eyes and Expressions’ New Releases" trigger the discount.
Richard Haseltine stated this is because:
- "You need a Genesis 8.1 item, not just any new release".
However this is not what the promo writeup states.
There is a comma between "Eyes and Expressions New Releases" and "any item with 8.1 in the title", and my understanding is that this implies "or", and thus as written there are three separate triggers for the discount:
- 1 - any of the eyes and expressions new releases, (any as there is nothing in the promo write up that states any restrictions),
- 2 - any item with 8.1 in the title (which would imply any day, not just ones from this day),
- 3 - any of the listed products below the promo write up.
Now I understand the promo is most likely working as DAZ3D intended as they would want to promote 8.1, and not enviroments etc, and that it is just badly worded, but this annoys me, as I thought I would be getting the free items as I had picked one of the new releases, and feel cheated that they were not free.
Also note that "Buy ‘Eyes and Expressions’ New Releases that have 8.1 in the title" would also not work as a correct promo write up as "Strong Love Poses for Genesis 3 and 8" does trigger the free stuff, and it does not have 8.1 in its title.

Yes, but they don't seem to be showing in the mains tore for at least some of us (they are on the promo page, newsletter, and if you already have the Valentine freebie in the onsite message in the case of the bundle). I have reported this.
Sorry, I'd skipped over the mention of new releases and the link the first time I replied. I'm pretty sure that the issue is the text, but I have reported it. If you have tried to take advantage of the offer as phrased and not received the extra discounts then take a screen shot of the current promotional text and open a Sales support ticket - they may be able to offer a partial refund to match what you expect, but they may also be able to offer only a cancellation of the order; I obviously can't say.

At the bottom of the current feature page, below the featured artists, is a selection of new items at 30% off. The exception is it excludes new items. The first 8 or 10 items are still new enough to have their release discount. The rest are within 60 days, so considered New, and excluded - at least in my shopping cart. What kind of a person would make a list using a selection criteria exactly equal to the exclusion criteria?
Why is Daz turining their store into a machne that grinds up good will and loyalty?
