I just bought gift cards for the first time in the new store and found a limit set at $500.00. So I had to buy 3 cards, one at $500, another at $400, and a third at $100 to get my $1000 budget at 30% off. And with only one new item in the cart the above mentioned shaders at $18.95 at 30% off at 9.29 my cart showed a subtotal of $2018.95, discount of $1309.66, tax of $ 0.77, and a Grand Total of $710.06.
Where in the world did the extra $1000.00 come from?
Oh, not a fan of the new way to get the credit code into my account, the old way of clicking on the code in the email was easier than copy/paste.
And now to find out the shaders can't be downloaded either. Sigh.
Looks like it's a bug with Featured Artist Interactive Licenses for just $10** I checked Raw Art and the same, all licenses for non Daz Originals products are 50$.

Thank you for pointing it to me, this also has a bug it is not stating that I payed with store credit, only that the final price is 0 (see screenshot). But my main problem is that I don't know what I bought because there are a lot of items and I can't prove to anyone that I have that licence, and this is a big problem for me since I have to use that product in very near future.

I see that debut new releases go up in price for me if I add two to my cart. I'm assuming this is because it's turning off my loyalty discount in exchange for a smaller 20%, as the sale page says. Can that maybe be fixed so we get the larger of the two? Or are we going to have to make separate purchases if we want to buy more than one debut new release? 'Cause it seems a little counter-intuitive as is.
I dozed offf and just saw this. Do me a favor, please. Do a cart with just one new release from the loyalty promo and add the five items that should get 60% to see if that works first. These complex sales can sometimes benefit from paring down the problem and trying just one aspect of it first. I have to sleep for real now. Hopefully Richard will catch this, but I'll look when I get up if not.
Hi there, poor sleepy Cris, and Richard, that works no problem, but then I won't get the Historical Topseller discount because that also requires a new item. And since these are real pricey today I don't feel like buying two of them. So any solution in sight? Otherwise I'll skip on those darn(ed?) socks.
Why did they change the gift card limit from $2000? Makes everything so inconvenient.
Because they want us to spend less money? It almost seems as though nearly half of the things that have been changed snce the new software started to be implemented were designed to make the shopping experience here less convenient and less consumer friendly.

Howdy good people! Before I go down this rabbit hole again, can someone point me to the link of the "2020 Holiday Sale" items? It is so frustrating for me to put items in the cart, only to discover the discount doesnt apply to them. Many thanks

Top of the holiday sale ad says "Begins With FREE characters." I don't see any free characters listed/promoted anywhere in the ad. Has anyone else seen/gotten the free characters?

Still no change, unavaiable for D/L. I have asked for a refund. I am fed up with this game, no longer willing to play it.
I was told the packages had been reuploaded, about forty minutes ago. I'm still not seeing an install method on the product page though.
Nope, I had this too. Tried two different cards on two different days on two different machines. Would not let me buy anything. :(
Daz is looking into these issues. Please send me the card type (prepaid or not, Mastercard/Visa,) what browser(s) you used, and what country you live in via PM and I will pass the information on to the troubleshooters. Thank you.

Not at all, thank you for your response, I also opened a ticket and the response was that they are working to fix this issue. I don't want a refund or somthing because I need those items, and I know it sounds stupid but I forgot which licenses I bought... but I think I can go on all items I own and visually check if the license is checked. Besides I know it's a really ugly issue but at first I thought it affects only the history, unfortunately it also affects the new purchases. Anyway, I hope they are going to solve it soon.
Still no way to download the shaders.
After reading through the last couple of pages trying to figure out what discounts apply to which groups of products, what's currently broken, etc, my eyes are crossing.
@Richard Haseltine, @DAZ_Rawb, @Cris Palomino, and anyone else who might be able to talk to the Daz powers-that-be (or at least the people who write the text describing the deals) - what about adding text about whether or not the holiday discount will apply as part of the text describing each deal? For example, assuming I've managed to follow some of the explanations, something like:

What does everyone else think? Would a change along these lines make the deals easier to understand for people, or are my ideas further proof of my odd thought proceeses?
The desired sales rule seems reasonable, and I can understand the loyalty discount not applying to the 2nd debut new release (that's what the rule says, after all). I submit that the implementation of the sales rule defies common sense, and may not reflect the desired sales rule. I don't think the loyalty discount should be taken away from the first debut new release if there happen to be 2 or more. Maybe the store sale can't be this granular, I don't know.
Because the rule was implemented as it was, I chose to stop at 1 debut new release. Is this the desired effect of the rule?
