    There's a "items must be in cart simultaneously" message under the carousel, which suggests there should be something special when you have several in cart or when you buy them with something else.

    Likely a copy/paste from the carousel above it.

    Well, the food shaders are available for download now in the Product Library - whole set of downloads failed once already. Will try again after breakfast and a good long walk.

    @gwp15 If you REALLY want the products, then screenshot your cart and attach it, along with your explanation in a sales support ticket. Once they get your account working, then they can manually help you with your order(s).

    Thanks.  That is what I have been doing. I take screen shots of my cart that also show the date. But this is going to be a complicated process, so I keep hoping that the payment issue will get solved.

    I have been trying intermittently & repeatedly for 2 days to download 2 items, (out of the like 21+ items I DID download) with no success.

    https://www.daz3d.com/sci-fi-reactor-corridor       [This product shows as 2 packages,  file 1of2 and file2of2;  the 1st package DID DL, the SECOND ZIP OF THE 2 STILL WILL NOT DL.]

    I was using DIM v 1.4.0.58 on a Win10 64bit pc; I downloaded about 6 GBs of items successfully, though a couple had to be restarted to succeed, but these 2 files just WON'T DL.  I tried turning off and restarting DIM, several times,  and also tried to logout of dim via  "work offline" and then logged back in and still these 2 files wouldnot dl.

    I tried to MANUALLY DL the files via the PRODUCT LIBRARY page on Daz website using the Edge browser & then Chrome.  NO GO.   In fact, three times in a row attempting to download the Antoine product CRASHED THE BROWSER.

    I also tried on a different computer (also Win10) using Chrome browser to manually DL these 2 files via the Product Library and again, got "Failed- Network error" messages on the download status bar of Chrome. On clicking the download button I saw a white page come up with this text:

    To be crystal, I am getting internet fine all this time, getting pages, and downloading the GIGS of OTHER DAZ ITEMS via DIM excepting these 2 files, and also manually downloading digital assets I bought at two other stores both starting with letter "R" so I am 100% that the problem is not at my end.

    Anyone have clues on how I'm supposed to get these product files??

    Perhaps I am just not understanding the nature of the problem. Can you give me a screenshot of your cart and I'll try to duplicate what you're doing.

    @chrom   Ist it possible that your item(s) in the cart that should be $1 are ALSO in the "Gimme-free-stuff" selection of DOs?    Because when I did that "gimme etc" deal, when I went over the $100 free limit, the cart just added a little more to my total representing the overage; maybe the DO you picked from "Plethora" set is ALSO a DO in "Gimme" selections and the little extra to your cart price is difference between the item sale price & the 1$ deal price??   I have seen it before where things show up where they're not supposed to and sort of short-circuit deals...or just don't work, like when FastGrab items also show up in deal item selections.

    You need to use each sales offer separately    So  the  GIMME-FREE-STUFF  coupon only works with the Drutherson  product bundles.
    (Please note that this offer was 2 or 3 days ago, and may no longer be current)  But if it does still work  it needs to one or both of the Drutherson bundles in the cart, and the free stuff comes from this list   https://www.daz3d.com/daz-originals#&filter_new=0&filter_platClub=0&filtered=1

    The Plethora of Daz Originals for $1 each  will work in a different cart  with a New release in it  apart from the Drutherson bundles.and the $`1 products need to be selected from this list https://www.daz3d.com/a-plethora-of-daz-originals

    So you need to make 2 separate orders.

    Your wording doesn't make clear if you have actually submitted even 1 ticket with at least 1 cart screenshot. If not, please do that right now. Open a ticket & attach whatever screenshots you have. You can update the ticket if you have more later, I believe. That's the only way Sales Support will be able to start looking into your problem. (In case you didn't know: CS and other Daz staffers don't normally read these forums)

    If you currently have a PC+ subscription(quarterly), there is no way to add the yearly (with discount) to your cart right?

    Fixed now. The productt shows with D/L options on the product page and it is also available in DIM.

    Sure you can.  Your membership will be extended.  If you are going to go with this method, you might want to cancel your renewals, though, both with  Daz and with Paypal if you use them.
